Here we have a luxury 4 slide out Rv, that comes with all the things you need on your work trip here in Lakeland, located in Central Florida conveinently right between Tampa and Orlando. This is a stationary Rv and will temporarily not be available to tow or deliver, however it still makes for a great stay! We take pride and integrity in the cleanliness of our Rv's so your experience will be of the up most enjoyment. Spick and span, shiny and spotless is our motto! This Rv has one bedroom, with one queen bed and complete privacy, and an extra pull out bed that doubles as a leather couch for more room. Comes with all linens, extra blankets and pillow cases for your convenience. Includes an entertainment unit and has a one touch 4 slide out for even more room to be comfortable. The master bedroom features a queen bed with his and hers hanging closets, night stands, built in shelves, and sliding pocket doors for complete privacy. There are shades throughout the RV to keep your privacy and keep the light out when necessary. Our dining area is fully equipped with a dinette table and booth that fits up to 5 people. There are cupboards all around loaded with ceramic plates, mugs, plastic cups, paper and plastic plates, plastic and stainless steel utensils and silverware, serving spoons, grilling utensils, bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, cooking oil, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, coffee maker, coffee, coffee creamers, sugar, kuereg cups, a toaster, paper towels and basic cleaning supplies. The inside kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics. The built in refrigerator and freezer are large for this size RV with 6 cubic feet of refrigerated storage space. We will ensure the refrigerator is cold upon delivery so you can immediately begin to use. There is a 3 burner gas stove and oven as well as a powerful microwave oven with splatter cover. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with an outdoor grill with a burner stove, hand wash sink, slide out counter for extra space and a mini refrigerator. The bathroom is stocked with some basic complimentary toiletries including toilet paper, bath towels and floor towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, cotton balls, and a broom for sweeping any unexpected messes or dirt that gets inside. The RV has an AC/furnace unit and has central air vents located throughout the RV, keeping you nice and toasty during those cool camp outs. The water heater can run off of propane or electric. Outside features include a power tongue jack and fully electric front and rear stabilizers, no hand cranking needed. Front pass through storage. Fully automated push button awning has outdoor lights. Water hookup has water filter attached. For indoor entertainment we have upgraded the interior TV to a smart TV so you can stream seamlessly from your phone or with WiFi connection; you can connect the TV to stream Netflix, Hulu,Youtube etc. You can rotate the Smart TV for easy enjoyment in the master bedroom. HD antennae that will allow you to connect with free local broadcast stations if you have no access to cable hookup. We have a CD player with radio that also has speakers outside, which allow you to enjoy your music outside as well as well as a selection of dvd movies. For outdoor entrainment we have provided an outdoor mat, 5 camp chairs, a FOLDING MASSAGING CHAIR, 6' folding table, bug spray, playing cards, frisbee, soccer ball, football, games, ALL INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!
