This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It was clean, warm, and very comfortable. Loved having access to a private garage, gas fireplace, and washer/dryer.

There was so much long dog hair on every blanket in the house it was disgusting!! Down stairs smells like a dog has been kept down there. There's white spots on the carpet where they cleaned up dog urine and poop.. Tried to wash the blankets and the 1978 washer was broke.. Would not recommend!! If you have allergies I would not stay in this house.

Property was extremely well stocked in the kitchen. Beds were pretty comfortable. The kitchen and living room area was wonderful for family hang outs and meals together. The bathrooms, especially the jet components, were poorly cleaned with an orange mold like buildup. Showering would be fine, but the bath needed cleaning before using for the kiddos. We would definitely stay there again, but a deep clean would benefit the property.

We had a great time. The only issue was with the towels. When we showed up no towels were in the house. We had to call and ask for some. Towels were delivered very timely!!! However …the towels were old and some looked like rags.

This house was perfect for our group of 8. Very close to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants, as well as multiple resorts to ski. We skied copper mountain and it was very convenient!

First the bad: The second night we were there the smoke alarm in the bottom floor hallway chirped indicating a low battery. My husband took it down and removed the battery. The date on both the battery AND the alarm was 1999. That should have been completely replaced two times since then. i.e. every 10 years. We then found another smoke alarm completely removed from the ceiling and stuffed in a drawer. I would guess the same issue. SAme date on the alarm. The management company came and replaced the batteries but from what my son was told need permission to replace the entire alarm (should do all 6 in the unit).
Now the good : This condo is beautiful. Clean, lots of windows, able to set the temperature accurately (we like it cool and most condos we stay in that is almost impossible to achieve), comfortable beds, plenty of light in the living room (again, most rentals seem to lack this), comfortable sofa, well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi baths in 2 bathrooms, and a garage!
There were some minor other maintenance/housekeeping issues but I understand that with COVID there is some difficulty with staffing. Only reason I'm dinging this place is because of the smoke alarms requiring replacement over a decade ago. This is something that should be tracked by both the owner and the property management. Housekeeping should be checking every time they clean that carbon monoxide detectors are still there (they were!) and that at a minimum the smoke detectors haven't been removed.

Would have given this a 5 except for 1 big issue
