Good value. Close enough to walk to the front. It served its purpose. Had newish furnishings. It did not matter that there were no staff on site. The cleaning staff were friendly

NORWOOD FOR THE WIN- HAPPY FACE! (FOOTBALL)

The Location was great for access to Centenary Oval. The price was good for a one night stay, where you only need the room to sleep a few hours. The room was clean, spacious and inviting. Bed was great and pillows comfortable. This is a great place to stay when attending the footy, walking distance from the oval. A staff member was contactable via Bookings message or phone if needed, I asked for early arrival due to Footy starting early. They let me access the key to my room at 12pm instead of 2pm at no extra cost, so we could attend the games and not worry about doing all that after a big day out.

Automatic Key dispenser means you have no physical interaction with staff. That question in this survey should come with a N/A option as I didn't want to 'rate them down' by picking a neutral, unhappy or no face. Stairs...... second floor meant lots of stairs. Last time we were on the first floor, not so many stairs. My fault though, I should have requested Ground or first floor.

Good cheap option for short stays.

The property was comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of traffic noise and my room was on the top floor. You wouldn’t want heavy or bulky luggage as there are a lot of steps to the top floor. No toaster, only microwave and kettle.

Great stay and great location. Unfortunately on the second night the shower drain became blocked. Other than that everything was great.

Great place as a no-frills, well located, basic, clean, and comfortable place for a short stay.

I like this place as a no-frills, basic clean and comfortable place for a short stay. A little outdated but really who cares when on a quick trip?

If I had to be critical the soaps were not very good and the air conditioner is quite noisy - it's an old-fashioned inefficient air con, not a split system. The WiFi is pretty bad when there are lots of guests, outside that period it's just OK.

Very pleasant

Like that it was close to main Street for shops and got excellent views of ocean.

Did not get to see any staff as office was always closed. Did not get information for wi fi in room.

WE DIDNT EVEN USE THE ROOM. We found more suitable accommodation elsewhere. Very disappointed ☹️ i

The fact that nowhere is there any indication that the motel has three stories with iron stairs. Had I known I would have requested a ground floor unit. We are both in our 70’s with health issues and climbing 2 sets of stairs would be very detrimental to our health.

The side drive way was very narrow for my vehicle but I pulled my mirrors in to drive through.

Location is perfect. Room is clean. Nice view (face to the sea). There's a balcony on the 2nd floor. Bed is comfy.

The provided milk has expired.

Good priced basic accomodation. Good view of the ocean.

Thick black mold along bathroom window. Shower had amazing pressure but constantly jumping between cold and scorching hot.

when I entered in the room it was not cleaned, housekeeping not done after previous customer. bed was full of mess bin was full with food package. next day morning when I did complain about it then he said he will refund me full. and after few days he said he will not refund me. owner of motel is layere and rud

Did not have breakfast at Motel. The traffic noise level was minimal. The facilities are clean and well serviced although somewhat dated.

As stated above, the facilities are dated but are clean and well serviced by the staff. We had the misfortune to encounter a group of guests (2 to 4) who met up one night and talked loudly until after 2am, on the balcony outdoor area adjacent to our room on the first floor. The same group were not exactly quiet when they left at 4am after two days stay. Unfortunate but difficult to deal with if there is no on-site staff over-night.
