Der Wohnbereich ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Billardtisch und die anderen Spielgeräte sind in gutem Zustand.
Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich nur für 8 Personen geeignet, es sei denn 4 Personen wollen über eine steile Leiter in einen Dachbereich mit Schrägen klettern und sich nur gebückt bewegen. Die Sauna ist sehr klein und kann nur von 2 Personen sitzend mit angezogenen Beinen gleichzeitig genutzt werden. Liegen ist nicht möglich.
