Schöne Ausstattung, in der Küche fast alles nötige vorhanden, ruhige Lage.

Etwas weg vom Schuss, Personal/Ansprechpartner vor Ort war täglich nur 1 Stunde jemand da. Kaffeelöffel fehlten in Küche. Die schöne Lounge unten war nie besetzt , kein Ausschank . Im Winter wäre es schön wenn es einen Raucherraum gäbe.

Too much self service hotel Not recommended for non-german speaking traveller. We received instructions of check in process all in German. I don’t speak german but luckily my friend does but anyway we had big trouble about checking in process. We arrived around 9 pm and there wasn’t anyone in the hotel. According to the instructions (in German) we could not find the key box, so we got to the main entrance, there were 3 key box opened, we thought there should be one of our key. They gave us a code for open the keybox, since we couldn’t find the keybox outside of the hotel, we thought this should be one of our key. We pick a key with the number of code they gave us, and enter to a room where there were guests inside !! We felt sorry for the guests who were interrupted but how unsafe is this hotel. All key rooms hang at the opened boxes at the reception!! and no one is there. This was our check in experience. So after 20-25 minutes finding the box, we encountered next challenge but this one was ok, we spent only about 5 minutes searching for our room. The room is very nice, beautiful and clean. The bed is big and very comfortable. Except I had to put plastic bag in a bin by myself. Well, at this point we getting used to self service. and No, there is no answer on contact number that they left. Next morning we leave the hotel around 9:30 am and yes, there was no one at the reception. No breakfast service. So just come, stay and go no contact with anyone or the hotel just adjust the service very good for Corona Era.
