The communication with the owner and key-holder was very accurate. The apartment is nice and clean and the location is quiet, but close to the railway station, bus stop and supermarket. The walk to the beach takes not more than a few minutes. The two balconies give opportunities to relax in the sun or in the shadow during the day.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Beaulieu.
L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme et à quelques minutes à pied de la mer et des commerces.
On se sent comme à la maison.

Soluzione abitativa ottima: posizione centrale, vicinanza alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi, luogo tranquillo.
Appartamento confortevole e posto auto coperto.
Proprietario gentilissimo e rapido nel rispondere ai quesiti posti.
Non posso non nominare Elena, persona fidata del proprietario, che ci ha accolto e dato utili informazioni; di lei abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilità; e' stata un punto di riferimento per l'intera vacanza.
È stato il nostro secondo soggiorno nello stesso appartamento e speriamo di poter presto tornare.

Beaulieu sur mer
Ravie de cette location bien située et bien équipée. Mon fils et moi comptons bien y revenir l'année prochaine à peu près à la même période.

The flat was clean and provided with everything I needed. However, the sliding wardrope came off its runners on first use and the lighting in the bedroom was insufficient.
The water took ages to run away in the shower.
The fan didn't work and the TV kept switching itself on.

No Wifi and too hot as no aircon. No kettle, broken toaster, broken fan. Not given door code on arrival so was left locked out for 20 mins at 10-00pm. Blocked shower waste. No mention of tennis, stated as included.

È stata una settimana molto gradevole. Mi sono trovata benissimo nel Suo appartamento. È arredato con molto gusto e non manca nulla. Ci si sente a casa propria. Grazie anche ad Elena che mi ha accolto con premura e gentilezza.

And it is situated only two minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, very nicely decorated. Also, the appartment has a very well equipped kitchen and a big bathroom. Thank you to mrs. Gatej, the lady that takes care of the appartment, for the warm welcome. She was very kind and helpful. She waited for us at 10 PM to pass us the keys and gave us all the information we needed.

Vacanza a beaulieu sur mer
Casa molto accogliente , posizione centrale tutto a portata di mano . Posto auto utilissimo per la zona in cui si trova L appartamento . La signora Elena molto gentile e disponibile. L uniche due pecche è il Wi-Fi internet e la mancanza di aria condizionata . In quanto la casa è molto calda . Per il resto nulla da dire .

L’appartement en plus d’être conforme à la description est très agréable
Très bien placé dans Beaulieu, prêt d’un super U, de la gare, et d’un arrêt de bus
Pas besoin d’utiliser son véhicule pour se déplacer qui peut rester stationné dans le parking sous terrain de la résidence.
L’accueil par Elena est bien rodé.
Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet appartement et reviendrons surement.
Peut-être un axe d’amélioration (en tous cas pour nous), il n’y a pas de Four à Micro-onde

Beautiful apartment, great landlord, perfect setting
Beautiful, clean apartment in a perfect setting. Two delightful balconies and lots of interesting artwork. Well-equipped kitchen, shutters on all windows make for a good sleep. Landlord friendly and easy to deal with. Good value accommodation and a wonderful holiday - we hope to be back again!

COMODO ALLE SPIAGGE ALLA STAZIONE E AI NEGOZI (IL SUPERMARKET E' A POCHI PASSI) IL PROPRIETARIO E' MOLTO DISPONIBILE . VERAMENTE UN'OTTIMA SCELTA CHE CONSIGLIO A TUTTI.

Séjour parfait. Location correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Aménagé avec goût, propreté impeccable. Tout est prévu, draps et serviettes fournies, jeux et accessoires de plage, lecture, produits d'entretien, .... Inutile de se précipiter au supermarché à l'arrivée pour acheter les produits de 1ère nécessité. Supermarché situé juste à côté de la gare situé à 5 min de l'appartement. Idem pour la plage. Idéal pour ceux qui viennent sans voiture car gare et arrêt de bus tout proche. Merci au propriétaire et à la personne qui accueille à l'arrivée pour leur disponibilité. A recommander sans hésiter.

Unser perfektes Zuhause an der Côte d'Azur
Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern eine Woche lang zu Gast in diesem schönen, sauberen und bestens ausgestatteten Appartement! Es hat alles ganz wunderbar für uns gepasst! Alles war wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war angenehm und unkompliziert und vor Ort hat uns eine sehr nette Frau zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen und uns die wichtigsten Dinge in der Wohnung gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet, sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Sie liegt ganz nahe zum Zentrum (Post, Bäckereien, Supermarkt Marktplatz etc.) und auch zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Und nicht zu vergessen, die beiden Balkone mit Aussicht zum Meer oder auf die schönen Berge im Hinterland. Kurz 100% zu empfehlen!
