Secure double garage . Fully furnished home with 2.5 bathrooms . Open planned 8 seater dining setting ,lounge suite , large TV ,WiFi ,fully equipped kitchen, pantry and separate laundry and a guest powder room . Court yard with out door setting and BBQ. Three queen sized bedrooms .Down stairs bedroom queen size bed and ensuite, no bath. Spare room has a queen sized bed which is located upstairs .Master bedroom upstairs with ensuite and has a bath included. Work space in the upstairs alcove .Extra parking in the front of the complex .The house is provided with all linen, blankets, doonas and electric blankets .The townhouse is air conditioned and central heating throughout the house. Security monitoring system in the garage and entrance for your safety and security in the complex. Addition properties available in the same complex to cater for an additional 12 people. The 2 addition town houses are of the same standard . Occasionally, there may be a change of the townhouse . Please note we charge per person/child, per booking per night .Accepting and following the house rules is part of the booking of this property .Please be advised that there will be a flat fee of $45 for EACH pet accompanying guests .No parties or gatherings are no permitted at the accommodation.

Beds and lounges very comfy. Most holiday apartments fall down on one of these. The apartment was spacious with modern fittings. Great location a few minutes from cbd. Brunch at the broadwalk cafe on the lake and dinner at woodhouse, both wonderful. Vintage clothes shopping and art gallery a relaxing way to pass an afternoon. A short but great stay in Bendigo.

Beautiful property, loved the main ensuite. Only thing we missed was a can opener otherwise well equipped. We would stay again. Laura always replied promptly with any questions we had. Thanks for a lovely few days away.

It’s beautiful, modern, clean, and very well-equipped. Goes to show how meticulous and thoughtful the hosts are in ensuring every creature comfort is provided for. The beds seem a lot smaller than queen, though. Other than that, it’s the perfect getaway!

Excellent location. Beautiful house with modern finishings. Out door area for a bbq is great in warmer weather. Good size rooms and really nice bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect and had everything you need even a garage. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean as was the rest of the house. The whole house was fabulous. The coffee machine and full carton of milk was a bonus. Will stay again next time we visit the gallery.

Clean and conveniently located property, a short drive to main town Bendigo. The kitchen was well set up for cooking. It was at times difficult to get a hold of the host during our stay eg: may have taken more than 10 hours to respond, but overall it was a great stay and experience.

A very relaxing overnight stay - especially offering room for 6 adults. Large living area, bedrooms and amenities. Very clean and situated in a quiet street yet close proximity to Bendigo CBD.

Laura was very prompt in replying to our messages and was very kind to let us check in an hour early as we were attending a Wedding in Bendigo and needed to access the premises to get changed into our wedding outfits

Well maintained, thoughtfully fresh condiments and a high standard of cleanliness. We have a small dog, that does not shed and sometimes pet friendly accommodation can be a little "fluffy" so it was a relief to be "fluff" free. Thank you Laura

Everything from booking to checkout was very efficient. Excellent communication with the host regarding access, etc. The property exceeded expectations, and we would definitely stay again and for a longer stay.

Property looks better than picture. Luxurious feel. Only comment to make is this is a centralised heating unit. My parents loves the heat whereas I love the cold. Hence during the night it wasn’t the optimal temperature for me to sleep. Otherwise excellent place to stay. Highly recommend.

Was nice place plent of room inside outside very unkept weeds everywhere. Very small area outsdide. There was big hole in the wall where a mirror had fallen down and communication with the owner was very poor, don’t think we would stay there again.
