Our single story home features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, free WIFI/Internet, Private backyard with gated pool, chaise lounge chairs, BBQ grill and outdoor dining. It’s perfect for families so make this your next getaway! *Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows dogs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $200 non refundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home. You can also enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful courtyard that sits between the living room and the master bedroom. It gives natural lighting that is inviting and relaxing for all to enjoy the outdoor seating. The kitchen has been season with love and has everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. Just off the kitchen is a table seating for 4 plus a dining area seating for 8 great place to eat or play some games! There are French doors that lead you out to the back patio to enjoy a dip in the pool or grill up some hamburgers on the BBQ grill. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, 40” flat screen Smart TV, private bathroom with walk in shower and single sink. The first guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, 32” flat screen Smart TV and closet. The Second guest bedroom features a Queen size bed, 32” flat screen Smart TV, closet and sliding glass door out to the backyard and the third guest bedroom also features a Queen size bed, 32” flat screen Smart TV, closet The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and single sink. Don't forget there is a full size washer and dryer located in the garage for your convenience so you can take clean clothes home! Parking: Garage and Driveway Parking plus street parking is available Linens and towels provided. We also employ each bed with triple sheeting components which are laundered after each guest visit. We have available for an additional fee a third party executive transportation to and from the airport as well as to other parts of the valley, Sedona, Flagstaff and other tourist areas. After booking and upon request we will provide you contact information and you will work directly with them for scheduling and payment. Enjoy some of the area's top attractions per day including: Golf at Starfire Golf Club Medieval Times Pangaea land of the Dinosaurs Phoenix Zoo Scottsdale Segway Tours Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening. **Please note this Free Fun package is for free admissions listed above and is only available on stays beginning October 1st through April 30th. It was the perfect house and location. Loved the pool. Management was responsive. And it’s was literally 10 mins from everything!

Stocked kitchen. Comfy bed and blanket. Sensitive to fabreeze smell. But got used to it. So quiet! Pool was not working and outdoor furniture and tables were very dusty. All fixable. Great garage and laundry.

The home was large. Very well equipped and location was ideal. Close to many great places. We especially enjoyed visiting the MIM - Musical Instrument Museum.

The property was clean and had enough space to comfortably fit 6 of us. It could easily have fit 8. While the house was a little far from downtown Scottsdale, it was very easy to get to the highway. The highlight of this property is definitely the pool. It offered a nice urban oasis to hang out by.

Girls weekend
We had a group of friends who flew in from all over the country. The house was a short distance from hiking and Oldtown. The house was cute. The pictures make it look larger than it is, but it was plenty of space for our group.

Great Spot for Family get together
Great house for a family get together.! 7 of us stayed at the house and were very comfortable. House is very clean and Alexa is there to answer any questions. Location is great as you are 5 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which is great area. I recommend Tapas, Papas right on canal for a great meal.

Great house. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Would stay here again.

The interior of the house is exactly as described very clean and nice. Exterior nothing special but as described in the photos. The neighborhood was not the best it was a but dingy. We had issues when we arrived and wanted to go swimming the pool was green I contacted the Manager and he was very nice and made arrangements to have the pool guy come this was a Sunday we were not able to use the pool until Tuesday evening. This was a huge inconvenience since it was 100+ every day. The manager was nice enough to give us a credit for that time. We had a few other small issues the fire alarm battery was dead so we had to dismantle due to the beeping noise. The ice maker for the refrigerator stopped working 2 days before we left. All things considered we had a nice stay.

We had issues when we arrived and wanted to go swimming the pool was green I contacted the Manager and he was very nice and made arrangements to have the pool guy come this was a Sunday we were not able to use the pool until Tuesday evening. This was a huge inconvenience since it was 100+ every day. The manager was nice enough to give us a credit for that time. All things considered we had a nice stay.

Wonderful Home!
Staying here while waiting on home purchase. The home here is sooo nice and has a nice open floor plan. The management is super quick to respond and truly wants to make sure everything is perfect.

Great Location for Family Visit to Scottsdale!
This property is in the PERFECT location for a family visiting the Scottsdale area. We had easy access to start our activities throughout the area - including Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, North Scottsdale and even Sedona. The property instructions were perfect and communication was top notch. We WILL look to return to this property on our next visit!
