Absolutely everything! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone. The owner definitely went the extra mile on all counts. 100% perfect .

Nagyon szuper szállás! Ajánlom mindenkinek! Közel mindenhez, a piac is sétatávolság, éttermek, szupermarketek a közelben. A terasz világbajnok! Az üdvözlő ajándék is egy szép gesztus. Köszönjük!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt an einem der schönsten Plätze inmitten der Fußgängerzone in der kleinen Altstadt von Alicante. Die Geräte funktionierten. Allerdings gelang es uns nicht, bei dem modernen Fernseher deutsche oder internationale Programme des linearen Fernsehens zu finden. Weil es uns nicht so wichtig war, fragten wir aber auch nicht danach. Es lagen einige Reinigungsmittel auch für die Wasch- und die Geschirrspülmaschine bereit, ebenso eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Wein, Schokolade und ein paar Kapseln für die Dolce Gusto Maschine. Vom Balkon hatte man eine sehr schöne Aussicht.

Die im Grunde genommen sehr gute und zentrale Lage inmitten der Stadt muss man mit einem Nachteil bezahlen, wenn man geruchs- und geräuschempfindlich ist: der Platz vor dem Haus ist mit gut einem halben Dutzend Restaurants belegt. Deren Geräusche und Gerüche sind auch im vierten Stock noch gut wahrnehmbar. Auch später in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen dringt zeitweise noch vereinzelt Lärm nach oben. Gegen die Gerüche gab es zahlreiche Luftverbesserer in Haus und Wohnung. Deren Duft überlagerte dann die Eindrücke von Öl, Fisch und anderem Grillgut. Trotzdem dieser Hinweis für sehr geruchsempfindliche Menschen.

The apartment is very well equipped. It is located in one of the most beautiful squares in the middle of the pedestrian zone in the small old town of Alicante. The devices worked. However, we were unable to find German or international linear television programs on the modern television. Because it wasn't that important to us, we didn't ask about it. There were also some cleaning products available for the washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, chocolate and a few capsules for the Dolce Gusto machine. There was a very nice view from the balcony.

The basically very good and central location in the middle of the city has to be paid for with a disadvantage if you are sensitive to smells and noises: the space in front of the house is occupied by a good half a dozen restaurants. Their noises and smells are still clearly perceptible even on the fourth floor. Even later at night and early in the morning, occasional noise can still be heard. There were numerous air fresheners in the house and apartment to combat the smells. Their scent then overshadowed the impressions of oil, fish and other grilled food. Nevertheless, this note for people who are very sensitive to smells.

A gorgous apartment with a lovely rooftop terrace in an excellent location in the old town, only a short walk to the sea front. There was a lift to the fourth floor which made getting to the apartment with our cases very easy. We had great communication beforehand and were met with the keys when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I wish we had more time, because the apartment is in such a brilliant location we would have loved to have sat outside on the roof terrace and just soak up the views of Alicante.

The keys to the main door and the door of the apartment were a little tricky to get the knack of, I think they must have been freshly cut. We used them first time quite late at night and I wish we'd tried them before we left because we started to panic that we wouldn't get in. It got a little cold in the apartment at night sitting watching the TV, we covered ourselves with a blanket and we were fine then.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Alicante, with access to everything. Patio also provides an easy retreat for relaxing.

A really great location for the old town sights. The apartment was fresh and modern. Very good views and close to restaurants and bars. Apartment was very clean and the terrace was good. The housekeeper was friendly and informative. It was only a short walk to the beach.

There were some minor issues-lamp in bedrooms needed a new bulb and the relaxer chair on the terrace was broken.

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the old town, this great little apartment has everything you could want for a stay in Alicante. Near to the beach, lovely restaurants and a few minutes walk from some more lively nightlife. The apartment is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has loads of personal touches.

Nothing to dislike at all Two tiny suggestions would make it perfect .. maybe a folder with details of things to do and numbers for taxis etc would have been helpful and a parasol for the terrace that can be moved in the baking sun but honestly the place is beautiful.
