While the this property is gorgeous and we had a blast on our trip. The floors were not clean (there were footprints on the tiles) , the fire alarm was needing a battery (beeping as soon as we walked in and the entire trip) , the master bath shower was ice cold it literally it had no hot water. I wrote 2 emails regarding these issues and received only one email back about whay kind of battery was needed for the alarm. Also there was an option to upgrade and heat the pool. There was also no response about that in the email.

We rented the house for spring break, as our own home (in the same area) is under construction after being severely damaged in the hurricane. It was a lovely home! The house had everything we needed and was VERY clean! Our 3 kids really enjoyed the pool and the patio seating area with TV was very nice! Most of our time was spent out there. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well equipped. The home was very comfortable for our family and we have already recommended it to friends!

The pool and patio area were really wonderful and enjoyed by the whole family. The house was very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for baseball at Terry Park. The fields were a quick 15-20 minute drive. We spent our evenings relaxing in the pool and watching movies on the TV on the lanai. The lanai area is very comfortable and easy to hang out in. The neighborhood is quiet and the canal in the back was great for watching some birds in the morning. The location worked well for us. We didn’t mind the drive down to Sanibel and Ft Myers Beach. It was an easy drive to the Six Mile Cypress Slough for a hike. And a quick drive to check out the Edison and Ford Winter Estate, with a dinner downtown at Ford’s Garage. There’s a Publix very close for groceries, etc. Great trip and a great property.
The property manager was attentive and responsive. I was a little concerned when I was transferred to Evolve for the stay. But it was seamless.

This is a great property, the home was very clean and had lots of room. The patio/pool area was great, lots of places to sit and eat in the sun and also a covered area. We cooked all meals at the home and there was plenty of kitchen appliances and cookware. I loved the tea selection in the hall closet. We had a slight issue on Saturday morning and the management company handled it quickly, communication with them was excellent. 2 suggestions that I would say would be get a cutting board(we looked high and low and could not find one) and put a mat in the kitchen and in the master bath outside of the shower. I can not comment on the area, once we arrived we went grocery shopping and did not leave until it was time to check out. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent
This rental is great. The home was clean and there was lots of room to relax. The patio area was great. There is plenty of covered seating as well as plenty of room in the sun to sit and relax. The neighborhood was nice however I can not comment to much as once we arrived we went grocery shopping and didn't leave again until check out. We had a slight issue on Sat morning and it was handled quickly by the management company, communication with them was excellent. Great property I would not hesitate to return if we were in the area again. 2 suggestions would be to get a cutting board (we searched and could not find one) and add a mat in the kitchen in front of the sink and in the master bathroom outside of the shower.

Needs Attention
We are former VRBO owners, so maybe our eyes were keyed into certain things. With that said, there were many things that needed cleaned and repaired and a general lack of attention to detail.
The first few days I spent cleaning. Wiping out cupboards before I could use them; wiping down all surfaces; washing sheets and outdoor furniture coverings. Many items showed mildew/mold on them.
Carpets were stained. Grill was dirty and unusable. Hurricane shutters were broken and could not be raised to allow sunlight in the room (code violation and repairman fixed). Ceiling fire detection alarms were taken down/malfunctioning batteries (again, code violation and repairman came to fix). Master bathroom door lock and vanity drawer were broken.
I took it upon myself to rearrange cupboard and pantry, bedroom closets and linen closets because they were in such disarray. Also wiped walls down because of dirt. Many light bulbs missing or burnt out.
We did receive prompt response from the property manager to come see the problem areas and to try and manage some repairs. It would be better if time was allowed in between rentals to thoroughly clean and work on maintenance.

There are quite a few items and supplies stocked up in this house. Washer and dryer were great and pods for the washer were supplied. Publix grocery is about a mile away along with other shopping and restaurants. I would definitely rent here again.

With reference to decor/linens etc, a clean cohesive colour scheme should be considered in order to achieve a more high end look. All in all a great property, which needs a little more love & attention to reach full potential.

The house is equipped with beach towels, pool noodles, and floatation toys. It was very clean and worked well for our family with multiple children.

Very nice home and pool
Overall, we loved our stay. The house is clean, neat, and colorfully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bathrooms have many useful amenities that are needed on trips. There are plenty of good quality beach towels, bath towels, and linens. Giving a ratIng of 4 for the following reasons: pool was inoperable first 3 days. After some maintenance, the pool was perfect. Both bathrooms need grab bars going into showers for safety, for older renters. There are no towel racks to hang towels in the master bathroom nor was there a caddy to place shampoos, soap etc in the shower. (We went to store and bought one) The shower and toilet are situated very close to each other in a tiny room off the master bathroom. The tv outside on the lanai is not hooked up to use, despite being shown in one of the pictures. The property manager was attentive to our concerns and always returned our calls. We enjoyed our visit and loved spending time on the lanai. Lastly, there is a waterway behind the home, with numerous beautiful birds, including Herons, Egrets, Ibis, and Ducks. A delightful sight each day!

If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place to stay, this would fit the bill. This home was well equipped with plenty of kitchen housewares compared to other homes that we have stayed at in the past. Is also in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
