L appartamento è fuori dal centro ma vicino alla stazione di mergellina e a fermate di autobus. Il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti. Noi lo abbiamo scelto perché vicino al lungomare, che abbiamo goduto tutti i giorni. Consigliato.

Tutto perfetto! Casa comoda e accogliente, ristrutturata con gusto e corredata di tutto quello che si può desiderare di trovare in una casa vacanze. Posizione comodissima, praticamente di fronte alla stazione di Mergellina. Zona piacevole e tranquilla per un bellissimo soggiorno. Padroni di casa gentilissimi, simpatici e super disponibili. Giudizio globale ECCELLENTE!!!! Grazie di tutto!!!!

A localização é excelente. Além de ser uma zona super tranquila numa cidade muito caótica e barulhenta, a estação da trenitalia fica a 1 minuto e leva-nos ao centro em 10 min de forma muito mais cómoda do que o metro da linha 1. Há vários supermercados e restaurantes à volta. Também é muito fácil pegar um autocarro até ao ferry para Sorrento ou ilhas. O pessoal da casa era super prestável e simpático e atenderam a todos os nossos pedidos muito rapidamente.

O pequeno almoço não era espetacular e a cama era um pouco dura, mas tendo em conta as outras opções e preços, acho que foi a melhor escolha que podíamos ter feito.

Very cute apartment! Close to Mergellina station for connections to all attractions. Equipped with all kitchen gadgets. Hosts were quick to respond to questions. Brought us a room fan due to the extreme summer heat. Loved the little breakfast rolls provided. Big and roomy unit.

A/C doesn’t really reach main living room. Beds a little hard for our liking.

The apartment was very cosy and clean ! It is outside the center but the metro station is just 3 minute walk from there ! Nice experience!

Really nice, spaceous, clean, well furnished and equipped apartment with 2 bathrooms and enough light near the train station and a shop round the block. Transportation to the city center and to the main railway station is really easy from there also. The apartment is not located on the street (which is not too busy) but still it is an advantage. We reached the place from the airport easily and were expected by the host Pietro on the corner not to miss it. He gave us the keys, showed us everything we needed and stayed in touch with us via WhatsApp during the whole stay. Some people here critisized the breakfast, we were satisfied and who is not prepared for an Italian breakfast, can always visit the shop nearby ;). Also as it can be seen on the photos there is only 1 door dividing the two living rooms, so the bedroom upstairs is a part of one of them, but there should be no problem with that if you look properly and know what you´re booking. I would really recommend this place as the one to stay in if you´re travelling to Naples.

Very spacious, mostly silent but you can feel and hear the train although it didn't wake me up. There's also a barking dog neighbor and the neighbor from above sometimes drags things but it never woke me up. It's very close to train station which you can easily reach the central train station and Spanish Quarter and toledo.

When I came back in my first night, hot water and heating didn't work and the owner didn't answer, it was like 22:00, I had to find his apartment in the complex by looking for his last name and calling him through the intercom, he came and fixed it but it broke again two days after. That night I came very late at night and wasn't able to take a shower because of that and there was no heating on that very cold night and this time I didn't wake him up. In the morning it took like an hour to fix. You should do regular maintenance on something so important. The key to the outer door also is very hard to turn and have a special technique, when I called him saying I can't get in the owner told me it's because I'm Israeli and not Napolitan... He also asked me in a judgmental tone if I ever traveled before when I complained about not having hot water, well it's not a 500 ruppee guest house in india, hot water and being able to get to my home is basic at the price of this apartment. And I had hot water in 500 ruppee guest houses in india and keys always turned and opened doors easily. More small problems: Sweage smell from upper toilet. No way to turn on the gas, good thing I had a lighter. Also no electric kettle which is annoying to put on a gas kettle. Wifi isn't good enough for zoom calls and the cell reception isn't very good, but I was able to do zoom meetings on Hotspot. The wifi speed was about 18Mbs and on Vodafone was about 20Mbs.

Everything was great. Apartman is very spacious and beautiful, clean and very good maintained. Location is great, near Mergellina metro station. Owner is friendly and helpful, ready to help with all our queries.
