The home was perfect for our family of ten. Well decorated, plenty of room for the grandparents and two families with four kids. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and enclosure. The only thing mentioned was it could use new pillows on most of the beds and the pool was missing the pool net to clean it. Would highly recommend, very responsive via email with any concerns . We had originally booked for March and changed to first week in February, Kristy was very helpful in assisting with that as we had booked 3 houses with my siblings. Windsor hill’s community pool and parks were a lot of fun also. Thanks for being part of our memories of this great family vacation.

My family (8 adults and 1 toddler) has the best time here! The location is amazing, the house is gorgeous and the pool was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and I hope that we can some day!

We have stayed at homes in this neighborhood several times in the past - location is great!
Pros - very good game room and pool area. Hot tube was warm and outdoor area is large.
Communication with owner and staff was very good.
Cons - the accommodations are showing a bit of age. The refrigerator was not cooling properly (staff was quick to action), leaking kitchen sink and had been leaking for a while, we just happened to find it (staff quick to fix), mattress felt a little aged.
Good value for the money and we needed 6 bedrooms.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bath home was perfect for our group of 8. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The game room and pool with "pool toys" was a big hit with the 4 kids, ranging in age from 5-11.
The kitchen has all of the essentials for preparing some meals. I loved the large pantry cupboard for food storage. The host provides dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, and laundry soap, which was so helpful.
The beds are quite comfortable, there were plenty of towels, including pool towels. Nice showers too.
I would highly recommend this property!

Our family of 12 had a great time staying in Belle’s Castle! It was so clean and decorated to the theme! Most of our time was spent in the parks but it was so nice to be able to come back and swim or spend time together at the house instead of going back to hotel rooms. The 2 children in our group loved being with all of their family in the big house! Would definitely be interested in staying here again on the future!

The stay at Bells Castle was perfect. We had a large family and this house met all of our needs. The backyard with pool was a great size. The kids had a load of fun in the game room. All the bedrooms were decorated cute and were good size. Disney was located nearby and very easy to get to. There were a lot of stores all in close proximity so it made everything easy on us. We would definitely rent a house in this area again if we were ever back in Florida. We definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of coming to vacation down in Florida.

Recently spent 21 nights at this beautiful villa with my husband & 3 children. We were excited to see it as the photos look incredible & we certainly were not disappointed, it had everything you could need & more. Kristy was amazing & replied to any queries we had straight away, nothing was too much trouble. The area is lovely & 10 minutes from the parks, you really can’t get much better. It’s everything we hoped for & more! Now to get saving for our return… 😂

We stayed at Belles Castle as a multi generational family aged 6 -75 the location of the villa is a great. We’ve stayed a Windsor hills before so knew it was a great location. We didn’t use any of the other facilities within the gated community as we had such a full itinerary. The ice bowling machine & pool table in the games room were a huge hit with the whole family and the pool and outdoor space was great and a welcome break on our return from busy park days. We didn’t really cook in the villa as there are so many great restaurants very close to the villa although the kitchen is well equipped. Washing machine and tumble dryer was great quality and were used most days. Highly recommend Belles castle. Communication was great with owner and manager when required. We were provided with all the information we needed for a smooth and stress free trip.

We had a fantastic family get together at Belle's Castle. The pool/hot tub area as well as the rest of the homes amenities were Great. We had a minor issue with a defective smoke alarm but the maintenance company were prompt and very friendly in fixing the problem. It's a very comfortable and safe base to access the nearby theme parks. They communication and helpfulness from the ownership on down was terrific.

We stayed for 5 nights with extended family - there were 10 of us including 4 children. Accommodations were great and we had no issues. The only thing I would say is that the directions in the welcome packet email compared to the binder in the house didn't seem to match. We figured it all out though!!

We love Windsor Hills and this property is just as depicted. Kristy was great to work with and very responsive. The kids and adults loved the pool and game room. So much fun. We had a couple minor issues with kitchen appliances, but they were fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for a Disney vacation with our family (3 couples, 2 infants and 2 elementary age kids). The drive to the parks and Disney Springs was reasonable, the house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, everyone loved the pool and hot tub, and the kids enjoyed the game room, nearby community park, and sports equipment from the community clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our family. We were 6 adults 4 children. There was plenty of rooms and made sleeping arrangements comfortable for all. The heated pool and hot tub was the kid’s favorite all day and adults loved it to relax after little ones went to
sleep. The close proximity to Disney was so easy, 10 minute ride. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for a Family fun vacation!

The house was just as advertised. It was plenty spacious and the extended pool deck is a really nice addition. Pool was warm and the house was well equipped. The house owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. The location can't be beat, it was a short, simple drive to the Disney parks and near to groceries. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at this house. Excellent and easy communication with owner and the kids loved the game room (who doesn’t love skee-ball)! The kids rooms were also a hit, especially the princess room. Will definitely look to stay again on our next trip!

Rented the home for a family vacation and wasn’t disappointed. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It’s about 15 minutes from Disney and Universal. The pool was amazing, the rooms were spacious and we had great communication with the property manager and the owner. I would definitely come back!!

Beautiful place for a relaxing vacation.
Belle’s Castle is an absolutely gorgeous place with plenty of space for our whole family. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The whole family enjoyed the game room and the pool, and it was very close to all the local attractions. The property owner provided great information about the house and the area, and was prompt in responding to all communications. We would love to go again! Thanks for letting us stay in this gorgeous home!

Couldn't ask for better!
We stayed for two weeks in May 2022 with my inlaws (75+), spouse, and son (7). We had originally hoped more people could join us, but schedules didn't align. Needless to say, it was way more house than we needed for 5 people, but it still felt like it was well suited to us. I think the layout really lends itself to parties of any size. Lots of seating options for everyone both inside and outside the house, which is lacking in a lot of other rentals that I looked at. No one wants to get stuck sitting on the floor or some kitchen chair for their entire vacation... and you won't have to worry about that here!
The house itself was clean and well appointed. No matter what we needed, the house had it. I really appreciated the starter packs of the essentials like dish soap, shampoo, etc. Very conveniently located in the complex, with an easy walk/drive to the main pool and a quick walk to one of the parks. The pool and hot tub were amazing - kids could be jumping in the pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub (which actually was a hot tub, not just a separate warmer area of the pool).
Communication with Kristy and with the property manager were top notch. Any issues we had with the property (minor though they were) were dealt with immediately. We never felt like we were bothering anyone - in fact, it was the opposite! They wanted to know what they could do to make it a better vacation experience for us. More owners and property managers should take note, because these guys do it right.
Winsdor Hills feels like a peaceful bit of suburbia rather than some of the more raucous vacation home complexes that I have stayed in. It also has the tightest security of any of the vacation resorts in the area. Both are big wins for us.
Overall, I highly recommend staying in this property, or any of Kristy's properties. I'm hoping I can visit again soon!

This house is fantastic for groups with 4 king beds, great living space and an amazing back yard. Management is great. They worked with us on cancelled flights and were overly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend renting.

Beautiful home with amenities for all guests.
Large home, beautifully decorated with 5 bedrooms upstairs with privacy and one downstairs. Perfect for guests that don't want to use stairs. The pool area was larger than most and was enjoyable for swimming, relaxing in the hot tub or having meals & snacks. Great for relaxing after a long day in the parks. Great location.. very close to parks and food stores. Very happy with our choice and would rent this home again.
