Good and really enjoyed the staff but the request for diving being ignored was disappointing.

Staff were fantastic, food was great, room was good with a great view, pool was awesome.

I specifically advised, well before our arrival, that I was there to dive, and I wanted to dive every day. I am a certified rescue diver. First day I asked about the dive center and was expecting they would have everything ready early for my diving. Dive center didn't open until 8am. Very late for a dive center. When I went back after 8am was told by the staff, who spoke very little English, the owner had gone to Denpasar for the day. So, I missed out on an entire day of diving. Hence on the first day, when I had missed all of the other dive centers, as most leave by 8am for the day of diving, I went to another dive center just down the road and organized all my diving for the rest of the trip.

Have stayed here before so was happy to return.

Breakfast was good on first day when ordered from menu. The next 3 days when they had more guests they put out a pretty poor buffet. The staff on breakfast were nice enough to cook us what we wanted from the menu. but only because we asked. Thankyou to breakfast staff, but management need to better on breakfast. Also the fridge in room is useless. It will get things slightly cool only. No good for beer or drinks. Management know about this but do nothing about it. Stayed here last year and was the same then.

Excellent

I had a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View - it was a huge room with heaps of cupboards to unpack fully with wonderful views of the gardens and overlooking the ocean right from my bed. The views during the day from the pool of Mt Agung and the sunsets from the beach were just stunning. The location of the Seamount Hotel was perfect with many Warungs on the beach front next door or out in the street. Opposite the entrance is an Indomart with auto teller machine inside. Laundry services, scooter hire, drivers, massage shops all located in the street within walking distance. Staff at hotel were just lovely and very accommodating.

The bed was one of the hardest I've ever had in all my travels to Bali. I did ask for mattress topper but they brought me another dooner and placed that over the mattress which didn't make much difference. I folded the dooner and another rug in the room to place on the bed to try and make more comfortable. The fridge was not a fridge but one of those cool boxes however there was nothing cool about it. They swapped it out for another but this was exactly the same and other guests said the same thing. I ended up getting ice twice a day from the restaurant in a container and keeping my fresh milk and cold drinks in that. It was actually cooler to keep it on the bench in the AC room rather than in the cool box which was hotter. Breakfasts if they were the buffet were very average however one one day they did have the a-la-carte menu option available and that was much nicer choice to have fresh cooked eggs.

静かで穏やかな環境に感謝です。常にアグン山が見える所が素敵です。お部屋も清潔に保たれてるし、バスタブがあるお部屋だったからゆったりと寛げました。部屋から海が見える所を選びましたが、部屋から出て20M？で海岸、最高です。【Lahangan Sweet】ホテルから車で4〜50分かかりますが、ランプヤン寺院で撮る写真とほぼ同じ事が並ばずに今は出来ます。

Agréable séjour avec un accès direct à la plage de sable noir et vue sur le volcan

L’emplacement face à la mer, la piscine, la vue sur le volcan, le jardin et les attentions dans les chambres (eau tous les jours, bouilloire café/thé)

La dureté du matelas. Un sur-matelas comme dans d’autres hôtels de Bali permettrait de noter très bon confort pour cet hôtel. Dans certaines salles de bain, des odeurs type remontées d’égouts

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Durch die von der Straße zurückgesetzten Lage ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Aussicht aufs Meer während des Essens war sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, aber auch sehr spartanisch und nüchtern eingerichtet. Trotzdem ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle wichtigen Geschäfte direkt um die Ecke und der Weg zur Tauchschule kurz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Die immer gleiche, sehr monotone Hintergrundmusik im Restaurant und an der Rezeption nervt auf Dauer. Wie muss es wohl den Angestellten ergehen?

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Professionalität des Hotels wird mir in Erinnerung bleiben.

Super freundliches und zurückhaltendes Personal, leckere Speisen und Getränke, direkt am Meer. Gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Zimmer. Diese werden jeden Tag gemacht.

On a apprécié notre séjour

Le personnel était super gentils. Endroit surveillé toujours une personne présente à côté de notre chambre.

L’eau de la douche était froide, le lit trop dur. Pas de miroir. Le miroir de la salle de bain trop haut quand on est pas grand. 12 minutes à pied pour se rendre impossible de passer en voiture un peu loin du centre.

Le personnel était super gentils. La piscine privé.

Le matelas trop dur, 10 minutes de marches pour se rendre à la chambre à pied car pas accessible en auto. L’eau de la douche était froide et les déjeuner froid.

Perfect, peaceful, enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at seamount, close to great restaurants and snorkelling, the amenities were good, aircon nice and cold, restaurant was good enough and relatively quiet. View of mt Agung was amazing.

Be mindful that there is a temple and cemetery next door so it can be quite loud and some smoke pollution when there is a ngaben ceremony.

Great service, great location but need TLC

overall was a nice stay. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room are clean and spacious with great view of Mount Agung and the sea. Great eateries around it as well

What’s not so great - serve the same breakfast every morning, no variation of menu. Towels are grey from years of use. Bed linen was dirty when I first got in, feels like sand on it, there white dust when rubbed. I asked for it to be changed, they changed it but it still feels like sandpaper on my skin although not dirty. Think it’s just old. You can obviously see the discolouration of the linen. Mold on the ceiling.

Not bad

Location, pool, staff were lovely

Very disappointing that we had room right in Carpark area (room 205). We were staying 4 nights and asked to move as when we sat outside room we were looking at Carpark. Said no rooms available but we saw vacant rooms. There was no hot water in the mornings but hot in night. They tried to fix but only made water in night Luke warm, still cold in mornings. I was sick so this wasn’t very good for me.

Superb

big family room, big bathroom, nice and peaceful facility, great value for money, a lot of green

water in the pool was hot and could not really refresh yourself. They did not clean our room in 3 nights, even when asked. Needes to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

my husband and I took a family room in order to get the best view of Agung volcano and it was really amazing.

the view is amazing, room is clean, huge pool and friendly staff.

the only two things could be improved: the wifi connection (we didn’t find the wifi in our room, but it wasn’t a big deal for us) and the cleanliness of pillows and towels.

Luxury with volcano views

Great location with nice views of the volcano. Really convenient with several beach restaurants right next door and a convenience store right opposite. Nice pool with lots of sunbeds. The room itself (sea view) is huge, clean and quite luxurious. The wifi is nice and fast and the bed is fantastically comfy. The staff are very polite and even let us have breakfast an hour before they started serving it as we had to leave super early to catch a boat. The sunrise from the front of the hotel is lovely and worth waking up early for even if go out there in your jammies and then go back to sleep.

Quite pricey for Indonesia.

great potential

hotel location directly on the beach, but set off the main road, also with the area not yet recovered there are few tourists so the resort is quiet from outside disturbances, ocean waves only. staff are pleasant and are busy on site, the pictures on web site of the overall property view do not do justice, the trees are around the pool provide nice shelter and a comfortable surrounding. air con worked well, as did the internet. beach walks right outside the back gate. well maintained pool and grounds

cleaning inside units could be better, towels were likely white at some time but now are grey looking, and some have holes, pool towels are the same. no drying racks for wet clothes, must use chairs and patio railings. breakfast is a bit dull, becomes repetitious, walking outside the property on main road is hazardous due to excessive potholes and unevenness, not hotels fault, but walking to shops is a problem.

I must say we did enjoy our stay was great. nice and relaxing

this property is in a very good location shops around and just what you need for a few days to relax. And great for families.

Pool was great over looking the beach nice little restaurant service is good cocktails nice, and food nice too.
