Located in Winona, this attractive house for $523 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Village House is a fully restored farmhouse nestled at the foot of the bluffs in beautiful Winona. The house has been completely remodeled but still has loads of character with exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and gracious furnishings. The outdoor spaces are equally inviting, especially the patio which is surrounded by gardens with a view of our charming neighborhood. Each bedroom has a full private bath so no one has to share. We're conveniently located just minutes from historic downtown Winona, two university campuses, and the Mississippi River. We are inspected annually by the MN Department of Health and licensed by the City of Winona. We have cameras facing only our parking lot. The cameras are on for security and safety of our guests. There are no cameras facing the house, patio, porch or inside the house. We fully respect the privacy of our guests while providing a safe and secure home. This may rank as our favorite stay yet. The house is impeccably maintained and furnished, as well as beautiful and full of character. We stayed here with three other couples when we visited our college sons (who are roommates). The house is absolutely IDEAL for groups. Every bedroom has its own bathroom (INCREDIBLE) and there are multiple common spaces in which to congregate. The grill was a huge plus for our meals. The neighborhood was perfect for walking. We can't wait to stay here again!

This was about the 10th time I have stayed at this property; family and girls weekends. It is by far the best place we have ever stayed. My sister-in-law said she wishes she could relocate this house every time we need a VRBO stay any where! Thank you!

We loved the house! So comfortable. As elderly people we appreciated no steps for entry. Appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom ! My friends tell me they want to come again!

Lots of indoor and outdoor living spaces including a patio, porch, a little library, a living room and a sitting room / study. The beds where comfortable and the bathrooms stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and tea. There were games, movies and books for the kids. I'm sure we'll be back

This home is wonderful. It is spotlessly clean and has multiple amenities. The gathering spaces are great. We loved the outdoor patio. The beds are comfortable and the attached bathrooms were wonderful since we all needed to get ready for a family wedding. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The neighborhood is cute and I’d say the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a gem. The communication was excellent and we appreciated the responsiveness We have stayed in many short term rentals in the past 7 years. This one is a definite 5 star for sure👏

Spent Labor Day weekend with extended family. The place was exactly as advertised. Especially liked a bathroom for each couple! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was the highway noise was noticeable, particularly the first night there. Easily got used to it by the second night!

We really enjoyed our stay! Winona is beautiful and there is so much to do on a long summer weekend. The place was even better than I expected - ample room for 4 of us to have a common space as well as our own privacy. I recommend - this was so worth it. And I appreciate the check-out policy - just emptying garbage and putting away dishes.

We came to Winona for 2 reasons - 1. To celebrate my birthday (too old to mention my age!) and 2. My son pitches for St. Mary's Cardinals' baseball team. The house was right across the street from campus and we could walk to the field! The house was absolutely perfect! All the amenities we needed, and then some. Everyone was happy to have their own bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing WSU reunion weekend getaway! This property was PERFECT for our group! It is a beautiful home! We had everything we needed at the house. The outside patio area was amazing! We had so much fun laughing and catching up! We even went to watch part of a WSU football game! We will definitely be back!

Family Get Together for Soccer Game

From the first step into the house it was clear this was a quality location. After a quick tour and settling in - we all got very comfortable - a few inside and a few outside. Everyone in the group - from youngest to oldest - were commenting how nice the space was and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance to St Mary’s to watch a soccer match made for a good stretch of the legs. Looking forward to our next trip and we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for being part of a wonderful family weekend.
