Great getaway.
Excellent place to stay, still has areas of improvement:
Main entrance to property not signed
No lights over main entrance door
Very dusty under bed
Coffee maker water tank needs cleaning
No place in shower for toiletries

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the lower rates during the week, making the mini vacation post-retirement more affordable. The property manager, Destiny, was extremely welcoming and even brought me a card and a bouquet of flowers for my retirement when she learned of it. So thoughtful!! We loved the back patio, which was very peaceful and being in Boerne where we could easily walk to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen with TV was great for meals we brought, so we wouldn't have to eat out all the time. Overall a wonderful experience, and we would stay here again.

Centrally located in the beautiful Hill Country
We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the lower rates during the week, making the mini vacation post-retirement more affordable. We thought the place was cute, charming and clean. Great location to downtown. Only opinion would be that the water pressure was really low in our shower.

The place was very clean and felt right at home. I enjoyed being close to river and walking distance to the restaurants and shops in Boerne.

There are four rooms in the house and a shared kitchenette common area. We didn't hear and rarely saw our house mates at all. Very private and cozy, we had everything we needed. Cant beat it for the price and convenience. I will be back there for sure.

We loved this room at Andrea’s place! Great setup. Had our own bathroom and even a nice size tv in the room. Common area and breakfast food were great. Would totally stay there again!
