Spacious home in South Venice. Two areas inside the house to hang out, screened in patio with tables and chairs. All bedrooms have TV and internet access within the house. Manasota Beach is 3.4 miles away with free parking. Also close by is Blind Pass beach - 7 miles; Venice Pier - 6 miles; Venice Beach - 6.4 miles. All these beaches have free parking. Entertainment, restaurants, grocery and general shopping within 2 miles. Master Bedroom - King bed and private full bath Bedroom #2 - Queen bed Bedroom # 3 - Two twin beds Bathroom #2 - full bath. Located in hallway between bedroom #2 and #3 Living room with sectional couch. Dining Room with table for 6 Living nook with couch and two stools with the kitchen counter. Screened in Lanai with table for 4. Two additional chairs with a small table as well. All bedrooms and living room have TVs and internet access.

House is very well stocked…just bring yourself and your clothes!! Loved the neighborhood and how close we were to the Manasota beaches and legacy bike trail. Don’t forget go to Detwiler’s market.

Well maintained, very spacious. Didn’t use the kitchen much as we spent most time on the go. Quiet neighborhood and owners very responsive when we needed to use the bikes. Great stay!

Very clean and spacious home with a great layout and a beautiful Lanai to enjoy morning coffee and listen to a variety of birds. Close to everything including shopping and the beach. Great supply of beach items and everything we needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Also included bathroom and kitchen supplies which was very nice. Area is very quiet and we would stay again. Dustin was very responsive when we had accidentally locked ourselves out on the first day! Thank you for being so gracious.

My wife and I love this property, convenient to so many things, especially the beaches, comfortable, spacious, great lay out and we particularly liked the lanai and lush lot adjoining the property. Great vacation site. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay during the month of January 2023. The place was wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed.
Dustin, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had the opportunity to spend some time with him. He shared some local information with us. That was an added bonus.
We would highly recommend booking this home.

Never Winter is Amazing!
CLEAN home with plenty of room. It was close to beaches. Hosts were easy to reach and very accommodating. We will definitely book here again!

As always the Never Winter house is awesome. This is our 3rd stay at this house. Great location to beaches and shopping. This is a must stay as long as it's not when I want to stay. We will be booking it again.

The owners welcomed us to this home with fresh flowers in a vase. That impressed me. I loved the shaded lanai. So pleasant to have coffee out their or play games at the table there. The location is close to so many places you will want to visit. The owners provided a book with suggested things to do and reaturants you might like. We had an enjoyable family stay there.

Great house and quiet neighborhood
The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to the beaches and parks. We really enjoyed using the bikes and riding on the Legacy Trail along the canal. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Owners thought of everything … including baggies for leftovers & scissors for C’mas wrapping! History of area & recommendations for shopping/eating, etc. all found in binder owners put together!! Delightful!

The house was close to all of the beaches we loved to visit in the past (where it's not too busy and the hubby can fish). Owners were super sweet and left a sharks tooth container for each kid w some teeth already in them. The layout was great because we could keep the kids on one side of the house and the master bedroom and bath on the other (and gave the kids their own TVs). House was very spacious and I already miss the king sized bed. Ferry pass does come w the rental but we didn't get a chance to use it. Hoping to stay here again for next year's vacation.

The house was close to all of the beaches we loved to visit in the past (where it's not too busy and the hubby can fish). Owners were super sweet and left a sharks tooth container for each kid w some teeth already in them. The layout was great because we could keep the kids on one side of the house and the master bedroom and bath on the other (and gave the kids their own TVs). House was very spacious and I already miss the king sized bed. Ferry pass does come w the rental but we didn't get a chance to use it. Hoping to stay here again for next year's vacation.

The house was wonderful - it was way better than expected (the pictures are usually slightly better than reality in my experience).. But this house was even better! It was so pretty and much larger than I expected. Lots of little personal touches that really pushed it over the edge from great to wonderful.
It's not super close to the beach (ha - 5 to 10 min), but the pass that's included makes it better than on the beach to me!
Communication was excellent, house was clean and had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home.

Better than expected.
When I first booked the house, I was just hoping we would be comfortable and it would be big enough. When we got there, I was much bigger and more open than expected! The space is utilized very well. It’s certainly not “updated” but it is clean. The amenities were good. They left some water bottles and shark teeth for my kids. It’s centrally located near beaches and close to stores. It’s not a busy neighborhood even though there are many houses. I would absolutely recommend this house to others.

The house has everything you need including beach supplies, a well appointed kitchen, and comfortable beds. Our teenagers took one side of the house and we took the other. The property managers were great.

This house is in a great area and the property owners were very helful, they were there if we needed, otherwise they let us just enjoy our vacation. Even though there were only two of us, the house has plenty of room for families. Relaxing Place!

The owners did a great job anticipating our needs. We only had to shop for groceries. The home is in a quite neighborhood not far from the free ferry and close to stores. The unit was clean and spacious. Dustin was prompt and accommodating when we had questions. I would recommend the VRBO to either seniors or families.
