The perfect Sugarloaf Mountainside Studio Condo for a couple or small family. Recently renovated and equipped with all the high-end touches you could ask for! ** New for this season ** Brand New carpeting throughout with built in walk-off for removing wet shoes or boots A new custom Queen pull out sofa with a full height, plush memory foam mattress! No annoying thin mattress or metal bars in the back. For returning guests - unfortunately due to property damage and multiple occurrences of pet waste not being properly removed, we can no longer allow guests to bring pets during stays. We apologize for the inconvenience. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: One Full Size Murphy Bed One Queen Size Pull-out Sofa 2 Twin & Full sized air mattresses are available for folks looking to squeeze an extra guest or child in. We are so excited to share our little Mountain Chalet with everyone, and hope you will love your time at The Loaf as much as we always do.

We had a cozy and wonderful stay over the NYE holiday! This condo was just right for our little family of four. Excellent location, with a well provisioned kitchen and a cozy sofa/living room area for board game fun, we enjoyed some wonderful family ski apres in the condo after days on the slopes!

My girlfriends and I had the best Sugarloaf ski weekend! Dustan and Kyle were perfect hosts - highly communicative and have a well stocked/organized, cozy condo.
Once we got to the condo, we didn't turn touch our cars for the rest of the weekend - short walk to two of the lifts and enjoyed shuttle service to/from The Rack on Friday night.
Had such a fun, seamless weekend - thank you Dustan and Kyle!

We had a great weekend at sugarloaf. The studio space was perfect. Everything was well thought out and it was stocked with anything you might need.

Fantastic studio designed to maximize the space- truly has everything you need for all the comforts of home. Easy walk to slopeside chair, couldnt be more pleased with this location.

Immaculate little place!
We had a wonderful stay at Dustan & Kyle's condo. It is super clean and perfectly organized with all of the bed linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans and everything you need for a ski get-away. It is a small, cozy space but our family of 5 was very comfortable in our "slumber party" sleeping arrangements. :) The location is fantastic, just a 5 minute walk on the trail through the woods to the Sawduster. We will definitely rent again!

Clean and a well equipped property! Great location, walking distance to Sawduster. Host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and hassle free. Will be booking again for our stays in the future.

This is the second time we've stayed here, and it's my favorite. The owners are responsive, the condo is cozy and has very nice amenities (the whole place was renovated) and it's a short walk to Sawduster. We had a wonderful week here and hope to stay here again!

Great location and recently updated! We really enjoyed our weekend and the location of this condo. Easy walk to the chairlift. The condo was very clean and well appointed! Everything is new and very organized! Would highly recommend!

Just as lovely the second time!
This is the second time we've stayed here, and it's my favorite. The owners are responsive, the condo is cozy and has very nice amenities (the whole place was renovated) and it's a short walk to Sawduster. We had a wonderful week here and hope to stay here again!

Not only did Dustan and Kyle put a lot of thought and care into the remodel of their condo, but they are incredibly thoughtful hosts. My kids (ages 9 and 12), our dog, and I walked in to find a note welcoming us and letting us know that there were some goodies in the fridge. I also appreciated that Dustan and Kyle had left a Yeti dog dish (I had forgotten the water bowl at home) for us to use. And the hospitality didn't stop there. I received a couple messages from Dustan during our stay informing me of a potential cable issue and reassuring me that if there was a problem it should be fixed quickly. My only "complaint" is that it's already fully booked for the winter season. I hope we'll have the opportunity to stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway!
Dustan did such a great job communicating with us and the place was perfect! So clean, and recently updated. So great for my husband and I to get out of town for the weekend and enjoy Sugarloaf in the fall!

The most memorable stay!
Just a walk from the chairlift, restaurants and lodge, we found ourselves tucked away in a spacious cozy studio condo. Not a detail missed -this condo had all the amenities, whether it's a couples retreat or a family stay, you will have what you need. We had by far the most memorable weekend on the mountain and a huge part was due to the ease and comfort of this condo. We truly felt at home and can't wait for our next trip to @littlesugarloafcondo !

Clean, Organized, “Cute and Cozy”
Well done! Very nice studio apartment. Everything was clean and fresh from the bathroom to the linen. This place was stocked with all the essentials and more. Even had some coffee we could brew which was great because we forgot to bring ours. Everything had a place and was well organized. For a small place for my family of four it did not feel that small. My wife kept saying that the place was “cute and cozy!” Good job Dustan!

Perfect Ski Place
Dustan was extremely responsive leading up to the trip with check in information and any questions we had. The place was newly renovated as described in the listing and very clean. It is the perfect size for a couple or two, and the location was fantastic. Just a short walk through the woods to the Sugarloaf Inn and Sawduster Lift. The place exceeded expectations.

Sweet Studio!!
Wonderful studio with excellent amenities! Dustan was very responsive to any issues. Super cozy, great kitchen, close to Sawduster Lift and dog trail. We loved it. Attention to detail was amazing. Great place to stay!!!

Amazing use of space and so very well equipped
We were very impressed. This is a studio which feels much more like a one bedroom unit. Very well thought out modern design, extremely comfortable. We hope we can return soon. The walk to lifts is actually pretty short once you know the way. It’s A+ accommodation that is pet friendly too. We really appreciated the extra thoughtful and welcoming touch of leaving out the pet dish for our pup.

Great Pet Friendly Studio
This was one of the few places we found that would allow our two well-behaved dogs to tag along. We really appreciated the ease of the condo's location. It was wonderful to be able to walk to the lift! The shuttle is only a few steps from the front door. The condo itself has been delightfully renovated, it's squeaky clean and the smaller space has been efficiently utilized to fit in twice the house. Thank you, we will be back again.

An Amazing Sugarloaf Stay!
I had an amazing experience renting this property and the managers couldn't have been better to work with! They were extremely tentative and did a great job renovating the condo and creating a warm, homey place to stay at Sugarloaf Mountain. I will definitely be making another renovation here in the near future!

Our only issue was that we had trouble locating the property when we arrived- the entrance is not visible from the driveway and the path to the door wasn’t shoveled so it wasn’t obvious where it was. Luckily, Dustan was very responsive when I reached out and gave us directions. Otherwise, we loved our stay! We really appreciated the extra touches in the unit like the Apple TV, wireless charger, and weather station. The unit has been beautifully renovated and the location is great! We’d love to come back!

Immaculate studio with a beautiful kitchen
This condo was beautifully redone. All brand new appliances and furniture.
I cooked my entire Christmas dinner here and didn't need anything.
Even had chilled beer glasses waiting in the freezer.
It's a great location as well--about a 5 minute walk to the sawduster lift and a few more minutes to the base lodge.
Highly recommended!

Clean & Modern Ski Condo with Easy Mountain Access
This little condo has everything you could ever need while away from home and everything in it is brand new! New appliances, new kitchen accessories, new dinnerware, new bed, new furniture, new blinds, new EVERYTHING! And it was immaculately clean. The highlight was that the shuttle to the base lodge picks you up literally 50 feet from the doorstep or there is a short walk (about 2 minutes) though the woods to the lift. I used both and they were extremely convenient especially if you want to take a mid day ski break for lunch or just get out of the ski gear and get warm for a little bit. This condo deserves more than the 5 star rating I gave it.
