Modern Beach house in great location. Free WiFi & Netflix 700m to beach Modern Beach House with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two powder rooms. Large garage Amenities, Features, House Configuration. 4 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms (one with bathtub) 2 Powder Rooms 2 Living areas Outdoor decking (entertaining area with large modern outdoor spa). -------- Downstairs: Split System Airconditioner (5kw) Open plan: Modern kitchen with 4 bar stools, dining table (seats 8), large double LG fridge with drinking water and ice dispenser, lounge area with large 65inch modern flatscreen TV, outdoor entertaining area on decking with sun lounge chairs, large outdoor powerful spa. Grassed area at side of house. Master Bedroom (ceiling fan) with King bed and large ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Powder Room. Separate toilet. Laundry (Washing machine & dryer, Iron & Ironing board). Outside access from laundry. Garage (two cars) with internal access to house. Outside - Outdoor Shower, Weber BBQ, large outdoor table (seats 8) on decking, two sunlounge chairs, powerful large modern outdoor spa. Strip of grass at the side of the property approximately 8 meters long by 2 meters wide. ------ Upstairs Split system Airconditioner (5kw) Lounge room with comfortable couches (6 seats). 50inch Flat Screen TV 3 Bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. Powder room. Bathroom with bath, shower and basin. Separate toilet. ---- Complimentary Linen & Towels * Full linen is provided including bath towels. * Hand towels and face washers are provided for all bathrooms. * Doonas, blankets and pillows are provided. * Tea Towels are provided. * Linen for porta-cots is not supplied. * Beach Towels are not provided. ------ The house bedding configuration. Downstairs: Master Bedroom: 1 King sized bed (with Ensuite). -------- Upstairs: Bedroom 2: One Queen size bed Bedroom 3: One Queen sized bed. Bedroom 4: Two single bunk beds (4 single beds in total). ----- High chair & porta cot available for your use at the property. ---- STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing. Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation. Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE. ----- PETS: Pets are allowed but must be mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you have not organised to bring your dog). * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin. * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am. Stayz/HomeAway charge a service fee. This fee is not paid to us as the owners and is a charge made independently by Stayz/HomeAway. ----- ATTRACTIONS IN PHILLIP ISLAND Penguin Parade, Chocolate Factory, Wineries, Galleries, Amazing Things, Nature Park & Walks, Waterfront Dining, Boutique Shopping, Fishing Charters, Markets, Pelican Feeding at San Remo (Daily) 12noon, Surf & Swimming Beaches Galore, Spa & Beauty, Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Go Karts, Skate park, Dinner cruises, Indoor play centre, Huge sand dunes, kids and some adults love it (bring your boogie board with a hard bottom), Bike tracks all over the island

Our stay at 7 Goodenia place was most enjoyable. A great location for all our activities and a short trip to Cowes Town centre for meals etc. The house was very comfortable and the facilities were great. Unfortunately there was a power outage on the Island on the first night of the stay. (This was beyond the owners control) Mauro the owner compensated us for the inconvenience by extending our checkout from 12pm on the Monday to 6pm which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay at this accommodation again.
