Barefoot Life Villa completed an extensive renovation (2019 and 2021) that has created a warm and relaxed atmosphere that compliments its name. New to the market, this villa is in the exclusive gated community of the Virgin Grand Estates with easy access to Cruz Bay. The villa design allows guests the ultimate in privacy with three separate king bedroom suites, with private baths and outside seating areas to enjoy the amazing views. A recently added fourth bedroom is set up as a modern bunk room for overflow guests, containing 4 full size beds. Another 1 and 1/2 baths were just added outside the bunk room in late 2022 to provide the bunk room guests with all the privacy and conveniences of a true suite. The expansive patios surrounding the home and pool allow for plenty of sun, shade, and dining options while taking in the magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. A new railing system and pool guard were both installed in September of 2021 to continue the full renovation and enhance the amazing views from the patio areas. The newly completed kitchen is very well appointed with all the modern conveniences and local flair. The great room is perfect for catching up on some reading, enjoying a movie, or just great conversation with family and friends. Barefoot Life Villa has all the comforts of home, including air conditioning throughout, WiFi, a stainless steel gas grill, a regular coffee pot, a Keurig, and safes in every room. **Rates listed in calendar view are based on rental of the entire villa (6 people).
