this was a nice condo, clean and updated. it was very relaxing and close to the beach we wish there had been more activities close by... putt putt, go carts etc
boardwalk is small but has the rides and arcade Go to Michaels seafood! amazing food and close. we would stay here again

Extremely clean, well kept with more amenities than most beach condos. The property was up to date with extremely comfortable beds & great provided linens. ITrip was a great addition to our vacation, helping in any way we needed! We recommend booking through them for any rental needs. We look forward to our next vacation through them.

Located just across the street from the beach. Condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Used the charcoal grill 3 times while there. Floors were in great shape as well. Had a nice deck to relax on as well.

We had a great time staying here. Everything was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of space for two dogs and 3 adults. It was definitely a comfortable space and in great proximity to all of our beach needs. Beach access was half a block down and very easy to access. It is also not on the rocks which was awesome, so more beach space when you get down there. We had a view of the ocean from the deck. The rental company we’re very responsive and super easy to get in touch with and also very nice. I would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would have changed is the fact that there are no lounge chairs out by the pool, so if you plan on spending a lot of time by the pool to tan, definitely bring your own lay-out chair. They did have some Adirondack chairs which were fine to go out and sit by the pool, but it’s not really set up for serious pool hang out time, which really is fine because you are so close to the beach anyway. Overall, great experience!

We loved this condo near the beach! It had everything we could ask for! The pool was nice, there was a wagon and beach toys for us to tomorrow for our little one, and the rooms were comfy and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices for cooking. The beach is a very short walk. Our dog enjoyed it here too! The door was a little bit difficult to lock (had to drop everything and use two hands, so not a big deal but that’s really the only negative I could think of). Great vacation place and would definitely stay there again!

The apartment was very comfortable. Sofas and beds were very comfy. The view of the ocean was beautiful when sitting inside.

The property was nice, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location with a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Management company was very professional and responsive.

We booked this room late in the booking season so many of the rooms in the area were already booked. We found this listing and were a little disappointed to not have a view of the ocean, but again had booked pretty late so it was good enough. When we got there though, we had a pretty good view of the ocean between the houses (including the new build that was disclosed in listing). We were pleasantly surprised with the view.
We were also happy to see that some of the furniture inside and outside had been updated since the photos on the listing. Very nice balcony couch and chairs, dining room table was updated and had room for 6 people. The walk to the beach was also not bad. Very short walk and the road was never busy in that area as it was closer to the end of the beach so we felt safe walking with small children to the access.
There were a few things we didn’t love about the property. The master bedroom was very bright at night from street lights and other house lights. The curtains were very thin and gave little relief from outside lights. But that is an easy fix if some thicker or darker curtains are put up.
Another issue was the parking spaces. There were plenty of available spaces however it was a TIGHT squeeze! I drive a Ford Explorer and was not able to open the front doors and back doors at the same time from the posts. I would need to get in the driver seat, back up a couple feet, and then let the passengers into the back seat. We used the back parking spots by the pool and had to pull in and readjust every time we parked. The driveways to the back spots were also very narrow. A little annoyance but not a deal breaker for us.
The owners were amazing with communication. We were checked on via text at check-in, during our stay, and at checkout. We never needed anything from them, but knew exactly how to contact them if we did. The majority of information came via email but we also were able to communicate back and forth via text which was a great alternative to emailing. The communication was exceptional. This property was a great getaway for the weekend and was a quiet, family friendly area.

Location was fantastic for our dog to walk to the beach and enjoy the beautiful weather. The place was clean. Owner was easily available for any questions. Was offered early check in at no cost.

Lovely condo with great balcony. Prefect for our girls getaway trip. Only complaint is that the TV in the living room didn't work, which normally would not be an issue since you're at the beach, but when it storms 2 of the 3 days of the trip, a working TV would have been nice.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There were 2 nice porches that you could sit and relax on. The house was up a couple flights of stairs so be prepared. It was nice to stay so close to the beach with an 8 month old, we were able to take her out a couple times instead of having to load things in a car and find an access. We would stay again!

It was so easy to book and pay for the Condo. Communication with the property management was easy and they were so friendly. The Condo was in a quiet neighborhood, clean and a short walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our family time together. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. The only we wish it had was an elevator... lol

We stayed for labor day weekend
. The place stands true to the pictures, the floors were updated, and their was a comfortable couch on the front porch that isn't seen in the pictures. Beach is close, and the pool was clean and not crowded.
Some things that were less than great: The dishwasher was broken upon arrival, they gave us paper goods, but you still have to wash all your cooking stuff by hand and you only have one dish towel, so we went and bought more. The coffee cups were dirty on the rack, they had rings of coffee (not stains, this was recent use), the knives had meat residue on them, and the wine glasses were also quite dirty. When we told management this, they asked if we saw the dishwasher note and paper goods they left for us.....dirty dishes from the last guest isn't fixed by those responses, especially with Covid. The bedroom pillows were pancakes, so we did t sleep great. I can sleep in pretty uncomfortable places, but the pillows were rough. They ask that at checkout you leave the comforter on the bed, so you know they aren't washing that, which also seems gross with covid being so crazy.. The 10am checkout and 4pm check in was a little annoying, and there are notes everywhere with rules, which is honestly a bit much. It did fine for the trip, but for the money I'd like to know I'm not sharing spit with the guests who stayed the night before.

I really enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of issues. One was that the place had an odor, especially when we ran the dishwasher. Second issue is parking. We were in the area for a softball tournament and would visit other familkies. If we came back too late, there would be no parking spots. I think a better process would be to designate spots for each condo. It became very stressful wondering if we would find a place to park.

Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The property was super clean. Beach access was right across the street! We had 3 adults, 1 kid, and 1 dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool wasn't crowded and neither was the beach. Definitely would recommend!

The stay was good. The Condo nice. However due to a storm that happened the morning before we checked in we had no air conditioning for 18 hours and no cable/internet for 3 days. Itrip did what they could but I do not like communicating via text when there is a problem that needs to be discussed..

Ocean view is an overstatement. Other buildings with same management name across the street were right in the beach. We would have opted for that had the description been clear and the other options came up. The place was very clean and very well set up. The furniture however was very uncomfortable. New mattresses are needed! So soft and mushy, back ache and sleeplessness. Even the couches were uncomfortable. Luckily we had beautiful weather. The beds would prevent another ray at this place. Worse the the view, which calling it a view is a stretch.

The owner needs to revise the title to this property. A new house is now in place in front of this condo so there is a partial ocean view in the space between the three houses that are directly across the street that are in front of this condo. So if you stand on the balcony and look across the street and in between the houses that are directly in front of you then yeah, you can see the ocean. The ad for the condo does say there is a house being built across the street but there is still an ocean view . It's about 14 paragraphs into the description. The view issue is also addressed in really tiny print on one of the photos.

We stayed for 10 days and had a great experience. There was great communication throughout and we were able to get a few more things that we needed with no problem. Location was great - just a walk across the street to the beach - and we really have no complaints! Great stay :)
