Located in Vilano Beach, this attractive house for $711 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to “The Best of Both Worlds”. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house sleeps 10 and gives you spectacular water views from every room. Enter this beautiful home by walking up stairs and looking right out our large dining room window straight to the ocean. The dining table seats 8 guests . Walk out the front door and onto an outdoor deck with amazing beach views. Sunrise on this deck with coffee is a must. Turn around and see the gorgeous family room with a triple sliding glass door that looks directly out to the fabulous marsh and inter-coastal waterway. There is a full sized sofa that converts to a queen sofa sleeper, as well as a loveseat to enjoy the views of sunrise over the ocean in the morning, and sunset over the inter-coastal waters in the evening. A large 55” flat screen TV sits above the fireplace and has Youtube streaming of all of your favorite channels. There is a pub table for playing games, or to use for 4 additional diners. Step out the sliding glass door and onto a large beautiful screened in porch with another full sofa and 2 very comfortable oversized chairs. You will spend your every afternoon, enjoying this spectacular space and sunset views! Adjacent the dining room is a kitchen that allows watching the ocean while cooking from the kitchen window. Fully equipped kitchen with electric 4 burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and full sized refrigerator/freezer. Coffee Maker, blender, toaster, we’ve got you covered. Turn right and head toward the Master Suite. This airy room has an oversized king bed, a 55” inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite master bath connected by a large walk-in closet. The triple window gives you the same incredible marsh views as the screened in porch. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, a walk-in tiled shower, as well as a jetted tub. Just lift the blinds over the tub and the ocean view awaits you yet again. This bath can also be accessed from the hallway. On the other end of the house is 2 more bedrooms. A queen bedroom that has a sliding glass door that opens to its own private balcony and marsh view. There is also a side window view to the ocean. The 3rd bedroom has twin bunks, as well as a full sized Murphy bed that can be lowered to allow 4 guests to sleep in this room. Both windows yet again give you that awesome ocean view. The 2nd bath is located off the hallway in between the 2 bedrooms and has a large vanity and walk-in shower. Below the house is a 2 car garage as well as a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer and a dump sink. The house is steps away from the beach and a public beach access.. We are 4 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine with award winning restaurants and shops. Did you know Southern Living listed St. Augustine as the top restaurant town in the southeast! We also have several fabulous restaurants right here on Vilano beach, as well as a Publix. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do and delight in these breathtaking views!

This is a great property to rent! Carla was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house is clean, up to date, and one of the most well stocked rentals with everything you could need! We enjoyed walking to the beach and a great playground nearby as well as sitting on the back porch and watching the birds in the marsh. We highly recommend staying here and would rent here again.

My family and I went to this home for family vacations. The location is great and the communication with Carla (the owner) was really good. She's taking care of everything you need and answering every single question immediately. I will come back. The beach is only a few steps. I would recommend this house 100%.

This vacation home was just what the doctor ordered. A view of the beach from the front, and a view of the river/marshes from the back. Sunrise and sunset were my favorite times of day, as we could see both! We were so comfortable here that we never left to venture out to St. Augustine. Maybe next time, as we'll definitely be back.

We had an amazing time staying in this home with friends that came out from CA to meet us in beautiful St. Augustine. This house was the perfect fit for our 4 adults and two kids (ages 15 and 10) . It had plenty of room, not a detail forgotten, and very well appointed to have everything we might need to enjoy our trip. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might need to cook and even little details like ziploc bags, foil, and cleaning supplies. The beds were all comfy, nice towels in both bathrooms, and super clean.
The beach is right across the street and the supplies were on point with everything we could have needed at the beach and so much more. There are plenty of beach chairs, towels, wagons, and every fun game you can think of! We took advantage of the fire pit and had S'mores the night before we left. It was just a wonderful time and such a place to enjoy our loved ones.
Carla was wonderful to work with, very attentive, and super simple check in. She also offered us early check-in and late check-out due to her cleaners schedule working out to allow that. Wonderful way to accommodate guests.
Thank you again for the use of your lovely home. It was a great time for all of us! We hope to be back!

The location is perfect for a leisure beach day or for going into the historic district to spend the day. We did both and couldn’t have been in a better location! We enjoyed beach views each morning and quiet, cozy evenings inside or in the lovely sunroom. The home was the most stocked we have stayed in with cookware, beach chairs and gear, and indoor and outdoor games, etc.

This guest house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owner was prompt in communicating and has thought of the things that will help guests enjoy their stay, such as providing coffee and spices and lots of dishes/cookware. The beds were very comfortable, and extra pillows and blankets were available if needed. What sets this rental apart from others is all the beach gear available to borrow, including towels, nice chairs (with pouches for your stuff), umbrellas, sand toys, balls, and a wagon (plus cornhole for the back deck). And perhaps the highlight of staying at this house was having several outdoor spaces to relax, so you can choose where to spend your time based on where the sun is. The walk to access beach is quick, but crossing the street can take patience, since cars do not stop for pedestrians and you have to wait for a gap in traffic. However, the beach is very peaceful at this location. In March there were only a few other people on a warm sunny day, while areas farther down in both directions were more crowded. There are several restaurants close by, and it's not far from the historic area in St. Augustine, making this location a good choice for a beach vacation.

Lovely stay
We fully enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything needed in case you can’t make it to the grocery in time. The kitchen was also stocked with zip lock bags , foil, etc, which is nice!!! Instead of having to go spend money on miscellaneous items you will only use for a few days.
The best thing…. We had an amazing fire works show from the back guest room patio without having to leave.

Beautiful Views
The property had amazing views and we loved watching the sunset on the screened in porch. The home was well stocked including just about anything you'd want for the beach. Only issue is crossing the street to get to the beach as it can be a little dangerous especially with young children.

This home is perfect for a getaway to the beach and St. Augustine. It was just far enough out of town to be a respite, while still being close enough to easily sample the attractions if you wanted. The home was lovely and comfortable with incredible views. It had everything we needed and then some. The beach is just across the street and is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend staying here! The owners are very gracious and the home is well laid out for meals and family time. We especially enjoyed the games provided including the hook and washer game which is very addicting. We visited the property on Father’s Day weekend and it was the perfect weekend getaway with friends. The property had all the essentials you need for a fun day at the beach-the wagon was especially helpful in getting our small children to the beach. The views over looking the marsh were great in the evening as well. Overall we had a great time!

Nice location, beautiful views
Our family enjoyed our stay in this pretty house! The marsh behind the house was beautiful and often had egrets and herons. We appreciated how easy it was to come and go, whether heading to the beach, Publix, or for ice cream. Carla and Tim were very thoughtful when choosing amenities for the house from the cookware to the games like Cornhole. We hope we have a chance to stay here again sometime.

Family friendly & Safe for little ones
This property is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. Yet it is also secluded and kid friendly. Beach, playgrounds, and the GMA wildlife management area are close by for times when sightseeing is not on the agenda. The kitchen was supplied with all the tools and utensils to cook for our large family. The porches, deck, and cabana allowed for safe play areas for the little ones...and the tub & hose was perfect for hosing off sandy beach treasures and sandy little kids. Gathering on the cabana for sunset, quiet time stories added to our joyous experience and memories.
