This house was very large and spacious and nice on the outside but everything is pretty much broken 1 bedroom the bed was broke one bathroom was broke leaking into the room next too it we told the owner about it and he fixed it the next day 😅it was many different bugs but it’s the south it gets hot but godlee it was a lot of mildew and mode in one of the bathrooms the sink was broke as well in the kitchen the house it just pretty much raggedy as hell we made the best of it the beds were comfortable and it’s pretty much spacious but it needs major WORK B4 charging so much money the quality is very poor and shitty one if the rooms also doesn’t have a door and it was also Unsanitary 😐I don’t like making bad reviews but this isn’t it

I'm not one to write a bad review, however I'm hoping this feedback will be taken as constructive criticism and help improve the stay for future guest. Starting with something positive, the location was great and the neighborhood was very nice. Unfortunately, that's about the only good thing about this place. Once you pull in we noticed trash littering the outside of the house (especially in the back). Cigarette butts were everywhere. The AC only somewhat cooled half of the house. It didn't get below 78 degrees the entire time in the part that was fortunate to have some air conditioning. The other side of the house (which had three bedrooms) was unbearably hot. No one could stay in those rooms. There were no towels for taking a shower. Only half dried towels in the dryer that smelled terrible. Gnats and bugs filled the inside. A coworker even had a live roach crawling on his pillow. I never expect a VRBO to be like staying in a nice hotel but there are certain amenities that shouldn't be overlooked. We ended up working very long days so we could get done with our installation early and drive home. Out of the four nights I had booked we only stayed two.
