Owner did not accept booking first...later he asked for higher price...200 rupees extra.

great location on Pune outskirts
not well maintained

We didn't have any breakfast. It was served from outside,which was not preferable.
Except Break fast other things were OK. Rooms adjacent to lifts seems to be smaller and congusted.
Hot water pot with tea coffee could be smoothening especially after a long drive and traffic.
