Just a wonderful house in a great neighborhood that is close to everything.
Just minutes from the gulf beaches.
Well stocked house that is updated with everything you will need.
The owner is easy to communicate with.
Can't go wrong with this place.

We had a great time at this vacation home. It is an older home with renovations but the owners have made it cozy and comfortable. The location is great. The property is large and quiet. The beach and everything you need is nearby. Here are things we really enjoyed.
1) Two TV areas one for the adults and one for the kids but no TVs in the bedrooms (that was a plus).
2) Big stocked kitchen.
3) Large garage to park your car and laundry room (clean swimsuits and towels everyday!)
4) Available beach umbrella chairs and other beach toys.
5) Clean bathrooms
The only cons were 1) Obviously dog friendly. We are not dog owners and the smell or presence of dogs is obvious (but not uncomfortable). 2) Some fit and finish. One of the closet doors came down and the kitchen sink faucet was a little off. (but nothing serious)

Everything you need and want was at our fingertips. It was perfect for all 8 of us. Location was perfect for what all we wanted to do and see. The property was absolutely beautiful 😍!

We had a great month! Check-in was easy and the house was very clean and just as described. The neighborhood was safe and we enjoyed the yard and screened in porch (as did the dogs). Great access to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. One evening we let Jon know that the gas grill wasn’t working and he came next morning with a new grill. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our family enjoyed their stay overall. Clean, cute house in a great location and the price was good. The only issue I had was that my husband and I did not even get to stay there because our vehicle broke down. Our family, that was staying at the vacation rental was headed back home and my husband, my dog and I were supposed to occupy the rental for the remaining time. I spoke to the owner about our situation and asked if we could get a refund for those last few days since no one would be there. He said that even if he had to refund the money back to us directly, himself, he would do that. (I understand that VRBO’s policy was no refunds, even in our situation). The owner did not refund us our money but VRBO did offer us a credit to stay in the house another time. I do appreciate that. At least it is better than nothing. I just wish the owner would have kept his word.

Great clean newly renovated property with all the comforts you would want. Spacious outdoor spaces and a fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach but not too close to be in the beach mess. We enjoyed our stay!

The owners were extremely accomodating and even helped coordinate the set up a hospital bed for one of our family members with disabilites. The house was very accessible for a wheelchair. They went above and beyond and were very responsive and easy to contact. Will definitely stay again!

Nice house in a great Neighborhood.
Very spacious and very clean. Great park for walks a couple of minutes from house. Close to beachside. Host was responsive when we needed help with tv. Only negatives tv is streaming only and bed was to soft. Overall very nice property.

My husband and I and two 18 year olds just stayed for five nights and we loved the place! Great neighborhood and awesome location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location - easy access to beaches, nearby grocery/restaurants, very close to Pinellas Trail for bike rides.

The house was great and specious. Very clean, big, very comfortable with a huge backyard. The house is fully eqiupted with everything we needed, there were also board games and outdoor games to play which was super great. The host was super responsive to all our needs and more. We felt home away from home.

Fantastic Family Holiday
Our Annual Family reunion was not at our usual location but we were very lucky to have found this great place and a very gracious Host! He was very accommodating and assisted us with some special requests. The place is perfect for a large family in a beautiful neighborhood! Thank you Jonathon for helping make our reunion special!

Just as described on listing ,in a very quiet neighborhood ,the place had enough room for our family and friends plus our two small pets ,the house has everything tha you'll need, the screened porch was awesome the kids enjoyed eating and gathering on , there's 2 grills to use plus a fire pit , we feeled very much at home and without a doubt we've staying there again on our next vacation in the area ,🤝thanks Jonathon for hostpitality and will see you soon🤞🙏💯

Our stay was for a memorial service and a wedding party. We also managed to get a little beach time in. The house was close to everything we needed, including the beach. Comfortable homey house with a wonderful screen outdoor area. Beach chairs and games provided, beach towels and soft new bath towels. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this lovely Seminole home! The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood, on at least a 1/2 acre of green grass and amazing trees (with a tree swing) with plenty of privacy from your neighbors! My husband and I, our 2 sons (8 & 12), our 6-month-old Boxer, and mother-in-law were able to have our own space and privacy when needed. Loved the two living area spaces, one for the adults to watch TV and one for the kids to enjoy their shows/video games via Ruku TV. The screened-in patio made for a great place to enjoy breakfast with a beautiful view and in the evenings to have adult time! The property was clean and well taken care of, and recently renovated! Our hosts were gracious and responsive to a few minor needs! This property is conveniently located within a mile to a Publix grocery store, Starbucks, shops, and restaurants, and a 10 min drive to Madeira Beach! Definitely visit Boca Ciega Park, within walking distance! I highly recommend a visit, we can't wait to come back to this vacation home!

Exceptional hospitality
The property owner and his dad was very friendly and informative. We stayed during the tropical storm (sadly there isnt much to do). They check on us via phone/text every now and then to see if we needed anything. The house was super clean even with Pet Friendly. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed (pans, silver ware, spices, etc). Overall, exceptional place!

Clean, spacious, pet friendly, perfect location to restaurants/ beach/ stores. Owner is a gem! We will definitely rent this again. Our dogs enjoyed walking the yard, we didn't mind having them on leash but a fenced in yard would be nice.

The accommodation is beautiful the yard space is amazing a perfect spot for family fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In addition the owners are very nice people. No issues no complaints.
