Very central location - apartments are located in an old part of Naples. Easy access to everything . Spotlessly clean and recently renovated. Flights of stairs may present a challenge for some older guests.

The apartment is in a superb location as it is right in the centre of the Spanish Quarter and only a short car ride away from the Naples airport. It is also as advertised on Booking.com very spacious and neat for the most part.

We had arrived for check in an hour later than expected which I have been communicating throughout the day yet our apartment was still not finished and cleaned when we got there. We had to drop off our bags and wander the area for an hour until it was cleaned. There is also very little directions to the apartment. There is a small sign pointing you to the direction of the building but nothing indicating that the actual apartment is on the second floor which is something that I think should've been communicated prior. There were also minor maintenance issues in our apartment such as a missing soap dispenser handle or a wooden plank out of place upstairs which you could trip on.

Very well positioned, close to city center. Clean and perfect for a family trip. The host is very welcoming and friendly she gave us a lot of tips for restaurant and things to do.

Honestly, I could write a novel about how nice this accommodation was and how nice the hosts and staff were, but I'll try to keep it short. The location of the apartments is great! In two minutes walk you are just directly in the center of the Spanish quarter. Just perfect! The windows are very well insulated, so if you sleep with the window closed, you hardly hear anything from the street outside. The apartment itself is just WONDERFUL! Diego is a great host and he really renovated & furnished the accommodation with so much taste and style. 🙏🏽 Everything is super clean, the kitchen is abundantly equipped with everything you need, there are hangers, an iron and even a washing machine. Diego was always available via WhatsApp, helped where he could and responded to any requests we had. A big thank you also to señora Lia🥰 she has such an adorable & big heart and welcomed us so nicely even though we were there a bit early! As you can tell, I can recommend the apartment 1000% and would send any of my friends & family there when they make a Naples trip! Thank you so much again, Diego!

Everything in the apartment was excellent and the host Christiana was very welcoming and gave us a lot of tips on where to go and where to eat. (we asked her)

If I had to find something it would be the shower pressure which is not strong.

If you want to sample the culture of Napoli this little gem is just perfect for your stay. it ticks all the boxes. location, cleanliness, comfortable beds, well equipped. Diego was an exceptional host, he was in constant contact with me from 2 days prior to our arrival and throughout our stay.

Be prepared to climb a lot of steps.

The host is very helpful and informative about the city and the attractions in the city, helped us in a punch of matters while we stayed in Naples.

the room is perfect for family, everyone has own space. the location is perfect, attractions are all in walking distance. the host is warm and kind, gave good information about parking, restaurants, and easy to communicate.

it would be good to have some basic cooking supplies, like oil, salt and pepper.

The falt was great. The bullding is old like you would expect in napoli but after you understand that everything is great. We got a worm wellcome and were asked everyday if all is ok. Beds are comfi 2 aircon hot water and a coffee machine. All you ever need.

Highly not recommended with children. Second floor but feels like forth. Early check out with no solution to storage of luggage.

Our host, Diego was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Free water and juice was provided. Good WiFi and Netflix on both TVs. Quateri Spagnoli is a vibrant and noisy place but the double glazed windows ensure that you can still sleep well.

Could have done with a tea towel for drying dishes and also somewhere to dry towels after a shower

Three Houses is a wonderful home, the apartment was spotless. Cristiana the host was really helpful and nice and even waited for us two hours after we encountered some delays to give us the keys.

You need to take a lot of stairs to reach the apartment which may be an issue depending on luggage size and mobility. The building in which the apartment is located is a bit smelly and dirty but the house itself was spotless and very secure.

I recommend this apartment, clean, good location and Diego very helpful
