Everything was great again this year. We love this beach cottage, it has everything we need and the location is perfect! Very clean and so cute inside!

We loved our stay at this home. It was close to everything and we were able to walk everywhere, Lido Island, restaurants near the pier, etc. we will be making this an annual stop.

I can't say enough good things about this house. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one is the most true to the pictures and listing I've ever seen. The house is cozy, extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was immaculately cleaned, beautifully decorated and check in was super easy. I loved having a keypad to access the front door and not having to keep track of keys every time we went out. We had a small issue with the wi-fi when we first arrived and Kirsten was 100% available by phone and text. She was very helpful and we got it resolved within minutes. The location was perfect. It takes about 2 minute to walk to the sand and the boardwalk is right there. About 7 minutes down the boardwalk is the pier and all the cute little shops and restaurants! The grocery store was a 5 minute walk the other direction and there are also plenty of restaurants and anything else you might think of all within walking distance. We parked our car in front of the house upon arrival and didn't need to drive anywhere again for the full 5 days we were there. (We did have to move the car on Thursday morning for a few hours for street sweeping, but we were able to bring it right back later in the day) Highly recommend getting burgers and fries from Nexx Burger and taking it out on the beach for dinner at sunset.....perfect!!! A ceiling fan (or standing floor fan) in the bedroom for a little air flow would be a great addition. This rental gets an A+++ We will definitely be back!

This property is clean and exactly as pictured, and has all that you would need in a rental! Short walk to so many things, kitchen has what you need etc. Would absolutely stay here again during my next visit to Newport! Kirsten was flexible and responsive and wonderful! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This property exceeded my expectations on so many levels! The house is updated, walking distance to the beach, and close so many great restaurants I couldn’t ask for anything more! The only downside is that the house echos when people talk so it was hard for me to go to sleep when I could hear everyone in the living room. Overall I was very comfortable staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lodge and Great location for family surf trip. Close from HB and other beautiful beaches near by. Stores and supermarkets are in walking distance. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at this charming coastal cottage. It is decorated so perfectly with every detail thought out. It was fully stocked with all kinds of essentials which we really appreciated. The communication with the property manager was very easy and she responded to our every need. The location is amazing. It is close to EVERYTHING!! The beds were comfy but I think all the pillows need replacing, that would probably be our only complaint. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had such a great trip! The house is clean, cute, upgraded, and perfect location to everything! This was just what our family needed, a summer event that didn’t get cancelled!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Great spot right near the beach! It had everything we were looking for for a couple of low key nights for New Years!

The Coastal Cottage is very clean with all the household items you could need for a short stay. We enjoyed great weather during our fall break just a quick walk from the beach and many restaurants. Our only complaint is that because we have young children and they go to bed early, the weekend nights were a bit loud as the neighbors were outside enjoying themselves well into the evening.

This property was great! The proximity to restaurants and the beach were ideal. We could walk everywhere. The house is very clean and had everything we needed.

Great looking property with good renovations in kitchen and bath. Property manager was excellent in communication. Definitely needs a new bed in the master bedroom, but otherwise had everything we needed. Thank you June!

I took the family (wife and 2 boys 4.5 and 9 mos) down for the long weekend. Our first time to Newport I did my best guess on location. It turned out to be perfect. Centrally located to so many things including a short walk to the beach. The information provided leading up to and through my trip was complete and explained everything. The pictures and explanations were totally accurate. We had a great trip, and picking the right place has a lot to do with that. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Really fun little house which was perfect for our family. Our kids loved the loft and the house was outfit nicely. And it was so close to the beach! Garage is hard to park in (really tight) and someone poorly parked across the alley blocked us one evening from even trying but street parking worked fine. Overall a great rental.

We enjoyed our visit here very much. The property had everything we needed and so close to the beach and Disney! Very clean and would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here. The unit was very clean, very updated, and nicely decorated! Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the cottage and the garage space was nice. Beach supplies were in good condition. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Our family of five loved this place. The open floor plan made this place feel so spacious. The decor was perfect for the beach and so so clean with updated appliances and cabinetry. There were plenty of extra blankets, towels and beach toys. I especially loved that it was so convenient to the market and many of our family's favorite restaurants. The neighbors were friendly and the property manager, June was very professional and accommodating. We have been vacationing in Newport Beach for 15 years and this place is bar far our favorite place ever! We can't wait to go back .

We had a wonderful stay and this home was perfect for what we needed. We are a family of six and the property was just right for accommodating us. The home is clean and has a modern but cozy feel. Our younger boys enjoyed the loft area and the personal space which made it fun for them. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for cooking our family meals. The house is located within walking distance to the beach which was perfect for walking to the boardwalk or the sand. This made it easy for our family to spend plenty of time enjoying the local area. The home is also located within a few blocks of the grocery store, bike rentals and shops which was nice. We really appreciated the boogie boards and beach toys at the house as this helped us save on rental of these items. Our kids loved this! Overall a great experience. We would love to rent this property again in the future.
