Diese Unterkunft ist ein super Appartement und befindet sich in einem grossen Gebäude im ersten Stock. Gut war, dass nicht viele Wohnungen besetzt waren, so reichten auch die Sonnenliegen am Pool. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht zur Strasse haben wir geschätzt, weil der Balkon lange im Schatten liegt und im nahen Gewässer konnten wir Delfine beobachten.
Es war mühsam, dass man die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abholen und bei Abreise wieder bringen musste.

There would be NO where in Perth that has an ocean location that is low rise where you don’t need binoculars to see the beach; can float in a fabulous heated pool and feel the ocean vibe because you’re pretty much at the same level or just step out and there’s the big blue in all it’s sparkling finery! We're locals so we've stayed in the so called beachfront spaces from Scarborough down to the south west, and would now recommend Seashells to any visitors to the area as being a fabulous place to get the WA beachfront vibe.

All inclusive of everything required for a short stay. Access to the pool & spa was a bonus and the view of the lake was beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The location is super convenient to visit all the highly rated restaurants of Mandurah, city centre and Mandurah forum.
Given the property was on the first floor I assumed that the blinds did a bare minimum of maintaining privacy and retaining heat from the A/C. Another layer of curtains would have been lovely.

I love this apartment! My daughter and I come every year for a 10 night stay during summer. The facilities and location make it the perfect little getaway house.
This trip was a just a short stay for an event and everything was perfect as per usual
We were lucky enough to book before a price increase, but unfortunately we wont be able to stay again with the current price for our long summer holidays.

Great quiet location within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. Lovely views from the large balcony and the laundry facilities in the room were very handy. Wi-fi was good. Pool area was excellent with easy access to the beach.

The room was lovely, bed was huge, view was great and location was fantastic. Decor was lovely and came with all the facilities you could need. Very comfortable stay.
Rubbish bins were full and smelly, fridge stopped working over night so we lost half our food we bought, but got it going again.

Omg this place was an incredible find on a Google search! Lovely, well appointed unit with extremely comfortable bed and a spa bath you can stretch out in. The pool area is resort-class and offers easy access to the beach. Staff were friendly and the property is walking distance to everything the marina has to offer. My only disapointment is that we had only booked for 3 nights! Will definitely be returning.
The property was wonderful and located in close proximity to everything! We loved our unit, the pool area was incredible, access to the beach was easy, and it was so close to the marina we could walk everywhere. Communication was informative and easy to follow, staff were helpful with our phone query, and staff in the hotel reception were very friendly.
I honestly cant think of anything - our stay was faultless.

loved it all … oh but the spa .. unfortunately that was out of order . would have been great to use that !

The location was great - right near the ocean and beach. And walk ways along the coast. The unit was very spacious, the kitchen well equipped and it was so good to have the washing machine and dryer in the unit as well.
We were unable to get ABC channel on tv but we were able to watch the Wimbledon Mens final on the Sunday night.

Very well appointed unit and could easily stay longer quite comfortably.
No extra towels for pool usage as the hotel does not supply you any when using the facilities.
