Nestled amongst majestic Live oaks, this 1920 cottage is just a 3-minute walk to the main shopping and dining district of Downtown Mount Dora. First time on the vacation rental market, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom with 5 Star amenities. Luxury abounds with wide plank hardwood flooring and a beautifully outfitted kitchen with sleek granite countertops and a separate dining room. The kitchen offers a refrigerator including an ice maker, full-size oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from our Keurig coffee station on the homes' large front porch. A luxurious bathroom with a full-size walk-in shower awaits you. For your entertainment, we offer a 55” 4K TV in the living room that includes Netflix and Hulu Live programming. The bedroom offers a queen size memory foam bed with infused cooling gel and Egyptian cotton sheets. A 42” 4K TV is provided for your viewing pleasure. For additional guests, the living room offers a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. A washer and dryer are also available for our guests' convenience. This home has recently been placed on Mount Dora’s Historical Register making it truly one of a kind. ***Please message the Host for more information on add-on packages that we offer. The property is nice. The bed (only bed)is a full size bed. My husband is 6’4. It should state the size of the bed. We did not sleep well. The room that the bed is in has a sheer blind to cover the window that you could see through from the parking lot. We had to figure out how to cover the window for privacy. The shower tile could have been cleaner. Then we were asked to clean (or put items in the washer) bedding and towels the next morning when check out was 10am. A lot of money for one night of hardly any sleep.

We spent just one night but it was very relaxing. The historic bungalow has been completely renovated and is beautiful on the inside and out. Gorgeous kitchen and bathroom. Nice living room with fireplace. And cozy bedroom. Two TVs with all the apps and live TV on Hulu. Fully stocked and a thoughtful welcome bottle
of Pinot Grigio. The manager was super easy to communicate with and everything was a breeze. It’s only 2 blocks from the historic downtown where all the shops and dining are located. We were very happy and will definitely return again.

The property is in fantastic condition, excellent quality everything. It's so close to downtown you can park your car and never use it again. The property manager was very communicative and responsive. We had a hiccup with the water heater and while there wasn't anything to be done on a Saturday, they promptly relocated us the next day. It's Florida and it was hot. A cold shower had it's merits. :-) We have already recommended this rental to many of our friends.

Everything about this cottage was absolutely perfect. Great Location only minutes from downtown, nicely furnished, comfortable bed, super clean and updated amenities.
We loved sitting on the front porch with our coffee, wine or whatever drink of choice at the time... even when it rained, it was charming. A great little town with good food, good drinks and great little shops. It was fun exploring all the little nooks and crannies of the town and when it was time to go home, the Ingram never disappointed us. Talia was nice enough to let us extend our stay an extra night as we just didn't want to leave...we will be back for sure and hopefully the Ingram will be available when we return.

If you want to stay in the center of Mt Dora, this is the place for you. The cottage is filled with all of the necessities and the property manager is extremely communicative. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing.

OK in Mount Dora
We had a nice time. Property is very central to everything and therefore convenient. We were disappointed in the quality of the bed linens but all in all it was as represented.

Definitely 5 star luxury - nice touches, beautifully remodeled, and sooo close to downtown and the lake. This was our second stay at one of Talia's places, and we will be back!

The house had all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, dish soap, paper towel, etc. everything that you need. The location is great. Walking distance to downtown area. The property is next to a church and shares the parking area with them. There is only one parking spot available. The pastor of the church is known for towing away cars, so make sure you park in your spot. Overall our stay was amazing. The property is well kept. Would stay here again.

Let me start off That I am a Dimond Host of 6 properties here on VRBO and a Super host on the competitor site!!!! I was blown away how clean the cottage was not surprised just felt great. The other thing that was huge for me because I thought I was the only OCD host the attention to detail was nuts I care about the details This place blew my mind on the details way to many to list Oh my goodness !!!!! Now I know how my guest feel when they checkin to my places!!!!! As a host you get kind of desensitized by the weekly checkin's wow this and that it felt so good to have the same feeling my guest have it was somewhat of a reality check for me as a host to be as excited as the guest and not take it for granted. I learned a lot from this property and from the awesome host cant wait to take some of these ideas back to my two one bedroom condos on the water North Palm Beach Florida . If I could give 10 stars I would bravo all the way. We got soooo lucky because we planned a weekend of lake activities well did not happen it was super cold and rainy but to our surprise we had no idea there was art and food festival It was epic we had a blast all walking distance we never used the car everything was right there Mount Dora was awesome Thank you and we will be back

Beginning with excellent communication with the property manager, to extreme cleanliness, to very well kept and comfortable furniture, to a perfect location, to the kind gift of wine and treat of cupcakes-this home was a slice of heaven for this senior citizens couple! If we have the opportunity to return to Mt. Dora in the future, we would love to stay in this home or another with the same manager/owner!

The Ingram did not disappoint. Sophisticated details and well-appointed, elegant touches characterize this very comfortable and conveniently located getaway. We loved our 3 day stay!

The Ingram - Beautiful cottage, 5 star luxury
Beautiful, sparkling clean, extra clean cottage. Everything you might want or need was included there - a full kitchen, nice dining area, beautiful bathroom, living room and bedroom. And we loved that it was pet friendly although you would not know that other pets had ever been there. The front porch was a nice size for sitting. And the location is fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable outing.
