Perfect for visiting Hampden Sydney College 5.9 miles, Longwood University 1.6 miles, Town of Farmville 1.5 miles (Green Front Furniture), High-Bridge Trail 1.8 miles, Hospital 2.4 miles. Master bedroom is spacious with a large master bath with tub and shower (tub jets are turned off). The other 2 bedrooms share a full bath which is accessible from each bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. High chair in master bedroom closet. Sling TV account through Apple TV. Guests have access to entire house with exception of the basement. The main floor has 1776 sq .ft. Owners use finished basement when visiting family in the area when the property is NOT rented. This is a spacious home that welcomes you in and features cathedral ceilings, electric fireplace to curl up next to, and a deck off the kitchen. Please...no parties or loud music as the home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Please contact owner if requesting last minute 1 night rentals. Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m. Please contact me if you need to make other arrangements and I will do my best to accommodate your party.

Got together with some college sorority sisters for a weekend getaway. The house was perfect! The sofa was SUPER comfortable so much so I messaged the owner about where she purchased it. I would highly recommend the property!

We were amazed how beautiful and clean this home was! It is close to Main Street, however, you do have to drive. But you can be at Green Front within 5 minutes. This home is well laid out and furnished nicely. The host is amazing. She answered every question that I had. I would definitely stay again.

We were in town for my nephew's wedding. So close to downtown. We enjoyed eating on the back deck and some fun games at the large dining room table. The couch is amazing!

We rented this house because it was close to a wedding venue (The Barn at Timber Creek). It was nice having space to decompress afterwards. The kitchen had every dish and I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee while cooking-it felt like home.

This property was perfect for our stay. We were in Farmville for our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect- close to the venue as well as all our family and friends who were staying in town. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and so well equipped. Everything we needed was there. Donna, our host, was easily reached and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to consider “home” while in Farmville for such a joyous occasion. Thank you!

Our second visit to this property was as good as the first. Everything is clean, kitchen fully equipped, bath niceties in case you forget something, beds and furniture are very comfortable. Quiet, safe and comfortable community! Will stay again!

Of course there is no record of us staying at this property. We didn't, due to covid 19. Seventeen minutes after finalizing the booking we were notified of the covid situation. I immediately tried to contact you to no avail. I kept trying and finally two days later reached you by phone. I did contact the host right away. Since the phone conversation I have not heard a word, continuing to try to get a follow-up. So I'm trying again via this venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. Our niece's wedding was at the The Barn at Timber Creek, which was only 10 miles away. It worked out perfect for us. The owner was very nice and pleasant to work with. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.
