Located in Devils Lake, this charming house for $575 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 🏡Our Feature The spacious, nautical-themed, custom-built, tall-person-friendly bunk room has 2 lower Queen Casper & 4 Twin XL ComfortTech beds (6 beds total). Each guest has a reading light, USB ports on their side of the bed. A 65" smart TV with all the apps completes the room. The remaining 2 bedrooms feature a queen Purple downstairs and a king Casper mattress upstairs. So what's stopping you, book your days today! 🛏 Beds When we say our house sleeps 8, we mean each person will restfully sleep in a Casper, Purple or their own Comfort Tech Serene Foam bed. Our Comfort Tech Twin beds are XL’s, the same length as a King or Queen so all occupants have plenty of leg room regardless of bed choice. 🚽Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms, both with comfort-height toilets. Downstairs has a large, walk-in shower 🚿. Upstairs has a full size tub 🛀 and shower. Both will provide plenty of water pressure and hot water, powered by a tank-less water heater. ☕️Kitchen & Breakfast: A continental-style, breakfast is included (juice, coffee, coffee creamer, and a bread item). Plus we offer a Keurig machine, and we've supplied k-cups. We also provide several hot tea varieties if that's your jam. Planning on cooking? We've got you covered with plenty of hardware to accommodate your culinary creations - pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, sharp knives, cutting boards, utensils, all powered by a gas convection oven, and gas stove top. 🔥Electric Fireplace recently added to the living room! I has a remote and is temperature controlled. 📺TVs & Entertainment: Two 65" smart TVs, one in the main living room and one in the bunk room, with all the apps plus a selection of over 220 DVDs/Blu-Rays for viewing. 300GB-speed internet keeps things flowing. Need a work-vacation? Kiddos doing school work online? No problem, you can stay connected when needed with comfortable seating options for you and your laptop 💻, along with a comfy office chair. ☀️Exterior: We offer a large, brand new custom-designed deck where you can start off your day to the sounds of seagulls and ocean waves 🌊. The deck has a safety gate which swings smoothly on wheels, and can be latched open or closed to keep those kiddos and pups 🦮safe, adding privacy. LED lighting illuminates the deck stairs for additional safety. The solid deck wall is also extra tall for safety and privacy as well. Below the deck is a 350sf rain proof patio with LED lights, tables and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors no matter if ☔️or shine. Oh, and did we mention a hot tub? Yes! We added a hot tub in this space as well. And finally, we've also added a fence with a latched gate, so the yard is completely enclosed now. Your pups can run zoomies around the corner to the long dog run on the east side! 🐕Dogs Allowed: Dogs are welcome (Max of 2 please) no cats please 🚚Parking Spaces: With our 58 ft long driveway, parking is a breeze, even with those extra long trucks. EV charger recently added as well!

Totally enjoyed our stay! Owner gracious with continental breakfast items, stocked with those little things people tend to forget. Paved road would be a plus because you leave windows open to hear the ocean, but every car on gravel road wakes tou up. Loved the closeness to beach, restaurants. Would stay here again for sure!

Jeff and Ginger were easy to communicate with via the app. They were quick to respond (usually <24 hours) to any questions that I had or updates concerning people in the house.

The house was amazing, everything was clearly labeled, there were more than enough towels for showers and the hot tub, the outside of the property was adorned with so many flowers and plants it was truly tranquil. There were baby items like a stroller and a highchair available for use if needed and tons of sand toys already at the house. Tons and tons of seating! The bunk bed room was a huge hit with our three year old. We also really appreciated the large rolling door that blocked the stairs coming up to the front door. This allowed us to keep the front two doors open for a nice breeze and we didn't have to worry about the dog or the toddler wondering off. The doggy area is great and we appreciated the water bowls placed near the front porch and bottom porch area. My only suggestion would be, and I didn't "knock off points" because no one thinks of this (not even restaurants) would be to provide toddler silverware too, I usually pack some, but as parents we tend to forget things sometimes. I would 100% stay here again, it was such a short walk to the beach!
The hosts were amazing too! We had a small concern about the hot tub and they were quick to respond and even came to the house to check on it. They were so kind and ended up needing to drain and refill it. They were there until 11 pm working on it for us so we could have a wonderful stay and I must say the hot tub was a huge hit with everyone and we were so appreciative of their time!

This place was awesome! Every year we do a girls trip and this was by far the best trip. The house was great and the hospitality was just as amazing I would recommend this place to all our family and friends!!

It was easy to book, and we liked how easy it was to communicate with the owner. The location was perfect for us, and we had no problem finding it or getting to the activities we wanted to do.
The home had everything we needed, and then some. They thought of everything, and made us feel at home. Our 9 year old son didn’t want to go home. It was also very comfortable for us and our two teenage daughters. Even the dog had everything she needed, including bowls.

The house was perfect for our trip! I loved how they labeled where everything was, that was nice so you didn’t have to search everywhere! I loved how they left a complimentary breakfast in the fridge! I loved the enclosed hot tub area, even if it was a stormy day/night you could still go take a dip! Very pet friendly! The movie collection was impressive also. I do have to say the bunk bed room was awesome! Gave me ideas for my own home!! Definitely would rent it again! Thanks Ginger and Jeff... one last thing, they actually reached out to me because it was going to be very stormy and they gave me the option to postpone my original dates for 2 weeks later, which we did!! Great communication thru out the entire process

This is our 3rd time renting this property, and it has been great every time. Its proximity to the beach is fantastic. As is the hot tub and bunk room for all the kids. Definitely recommend this house for a larger group (we had 10).

We felt right at home at the Marine Oasis, almost everything is provided including a hot tub! There are items not even listed which kept surprising us. From the very short walk to the beach, major Oregon destinations only an hour or so away drive in either direction, close proximity to shops and groceries, this is one of the best stays we've had in Oregon. After a long day out sightseeing, walking, or hiking, the hot tub will help you relax. We honestly can't wait to stay again!

Perfect little Beach vacation
Our family had a great time at this rental. Kids loved the bunk room. Plenty of space to spread out. Easy walk to the beach and access to the surrounding activities along the coast. Ginger and Jeff were really easy to work with as our plans kept changing last minute. Would recommend and stay there again.

The house was amazing for my wife myself and our six kids aged 18 - 11. It is close enough to the beach to walk and when the windows are open you can hear the ocean. It is a nice and quiet area. The hot tub made a nice end to the day. I would definitely consider here again in the future.

Superb Rental!
This is our second summer renting this house for a week, and I have to say again that it is a fabulous rental. The bunk bed room is fantastic for the kids. And the short walk to the beach just can't be beat! The newly added hot tub is a great addition given the chilly costal temperatures. The hosts are great at communicating and have thought of everything guests might need. We'll be back!

The property has everything you need! The beds were amazing with comfortable linens. Everything was clean, and expertly labeled, so you knew where everything was. There were u expected breakfast items and condiments, which were greatly appreciated. The owners are extremely helpful and friendly.

The kids loved the bunkroom! It was a perfect place for all of them to be together. We spent alot of time exploring the beaches and hiking trails near the house.
