Located in Golden Glades, this lovely house for $733 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to our stunning North Miami Beach villa nestled on a half-acre. Enjoy the serenity of the private backyard, complete with a basketball court, screened-in pool, BBQ grill and ample space for relaxation. This gorgeous property features a 3/2 main house, with a separate 1/1 suite with a private entrance. Stay entertained with our 85'' smart TV with surround sound and fast WIFI. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and pool area. NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AND NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING THAT REQUIRES A LIGHTER IN POOL AREA! We are about 20 minutes from South Beach and downtown Miami. We are also 20 minutes from both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale Airport. Quiet hours begin at 11pm-7am per North Miami Beach’s noise ordinance. Should the police be called to deal with a noise complaint, or should we deem it prudent, all violators will be evicted with no refund. We take our relationship with our neighbors seriously and rely on you, our guests to keep noise at a minimum to reduce impact on our neighborhood. Should you choose to ship packages to this property. You will be doing so at your own risk and hosts are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you are in need of post op accommodations on and services, please let us know. Private car service/Uber available upon request. Private chef available upon request for an additional fee and The Drinking Pig outdoor restaurant located on the corner (IG @DrinkingPigBBQ). By booking you acknowledge the following additional rules and possible fees: · Booking with greater than 10 guests have additional fees · Host must be updated when guest count changes · Host must be aware if guest is booking on behalf of other and will not be present · Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is smoking inside the property. Additional fees will apply if items other than toilet paper are flushed down the toilets. · A fee of $250 will be applied at check out if coins/metal are found at the bottom of the pool. · Guest are welcome to request early or late checkout and we will try to accommodate your group as long as another group is not coming in that same day. · If early check-in or late check out is available there will be a $25 per hour fee. Check-in before 9am and check out after 3pm will be considered a full day’s booking fee. Please note that this property is surrounds by trees and reptiles and bugs are normal. We exterminate bi-weekly during the summer months. Reptiles such as lizards, palmetto bugs and spiders may be seen. Although these bugs are typically seen outside, If doors are left open for any length of time, it is a possibility that they will welcome themselves in. The lizards are very fast and intimidating but very harmless.

I'm not sure why but this house is completely decked out with Bachelorette party stuff. My friends and I were staying for a wedding, so we found it funny. Tiffany was very accommodating in allowing a last minute additional guest to join us. Everything I was worried about before staying turned out to not be an issue. There were enough towels for 11 people to use the showers and the pool! The pool got warm enough to swim in even in February. There were enough dishes for everyone to use and enough cooking stuff to make dinner. Everyone in my group really loved it! We would come back!

Stayed here and had a gathering. Our host was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. The home looks exactly like the photos. Only con is that it’s on a dead end street and that it’s next to a house that operates as a restaurant. (The food is good though)

The listing said it was a four bedroom but one of the rooms look more like the den with window curtains for the door. I say in a previous review Frm January that the door was being replaced but it wasn’t done. The A/C unit kept turning off and the house would get very hot. I was told by the host to turn it off completely for 30mins-hour on about three occasions with within my two day stay. The master bedroom air vent barely blows at all. It seems as if the host knew about the A/c issues and still no fan were provided, I had to by my own. It rained that day and the entire Block which was a no outlet one way in street, was flooded with what smelled like sewage water. I was afraid to come and go my first night, praying my car didn’t break dwn in the sewage. The house looked like it was in the middle of repairs. Two of the rooms do not have TVs and we could only get the one in the living room to work. I could barley slice a tomato with the knives in the kitchen and I had to go buy a can opener. We planned to have ah BBQ on the grill that was listed but it was old and rusty. Every time the kids or I touch the screen around the pool it would tear. The pool furniture in the pictures are nonexistent. Nothing to lounge and layout on like was shown. Just a old rusty unstable hanging chair that broke with one of my boys sitting on it, and a old four chair table set with only three out of the four chairs with moldy lining. The neighbors complained about the boys playing every minute. There was also a HUGE doberman pincher that the neighbors let roam the block. He chased my son in the house coming from the driveway. They claim events are ok but kept complaining about my son, nephew, ten friends (In and out) and a speaker was making too much noise. They would even watch us on the camera and turn off the a/c if the boy left the door open too long by the pool or txt me to keep the doors closed. I understand trying to save money but it was a bit creepy. The backyard was big but it needs a little love and care though. I bought a volleyball because the listing said they had a net but they didn’t. Guest that was being repaired also. If it wasn’t my son’s birthday, I would have cancelled right away.

After finding the house of which was on a “DEAD” end street of which was never mention of until after everything had been paid. I can say we made it in. As for sleeping arrangements if you are coming as couple’s it’s not for you. There was (3) married couples and (2) that was singles. There was one bedroom with twin beds without a door in the front entrance of the house with nothing there until we called and curtains was put up for privacy. There was another bedroom off from the house with a futon bed in it the TV had no remote and OH an air mattress still in the box in the living room of which neither one these sleeping arrangements had linen for. We had to take linen from another bed in order that a couple could sleep covered. We actually were supposed to have had (10) guests thank God it was only (8) we made it work. There was left over garbage hanging out of the garbage can on the front entrance. As for the cleanest of the house wonderful but the doors to the bedroom was not acceptable not having the windows covered and others can see out and in not cool.
