We're just back from a fantastic stay at Casa Colibri. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We spent most of our time relaxing outside by the pool. We used the bbq and outside dining area daily. We hope to be back again!

We stayed at this house with my in laws, total 5 adults, and there was plenty of beds. The house is spacious though its not a typical layout. There’s a bigger living room area right as you enter where they’ve put 3 beds and there’s a separate bedroom in that room. Everything else is upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and loved the fire pit. The best part was looking at the deer everywhere. My kids loved it.

Chloe and her home are simply amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The outside space is top notch. Beautiful space that was enjoyed by everyone on our stay. The home itself was great. Had every amenity. Beds were clean and comfortable. House was beyond clean. Beautiful views. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

Had a great time, loved the pool and the privacy. So many places close to Austin have houses right on top of each other so it was nice to have a place with some privacy, and a fire pit!

This house was exactly what my friends and I needed. The outdoor space was great as well as the different games available (basketball, table tennis, etc). Chloe has truly thought of everything. Speaking Chloe, she was great to work with and answered all of our questions pretrip as well as alerted us to somethings regarding the pool so we knew what to expect when we arrived. Truly one of the best houses we've stayed at and would stay here again.

Fam and I rented property due to cancellation of trip to HI due to COVID and it was a great stay. Chloe was very responsive and super friendly. The property was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The numerous deer sightings made the trip even more memorable. Very nice property!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Place was well furnished, comfortable and the hosts were great. Only disappointment we had was that there is no lake access if the lake is not full. Besides that, a great stay here.

This was just a perfect place for our family Christmas get together. The home is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and with all of the amenities we could need. From three different coffee maker options (standard, Keurig, espresso) to all the bath amenities one could need, the pool table and ping pong table, to the wonderful hot tub on chilly December evenings. The owner, Chloe, was incredibly responsive to all our queries including recommendations for local things to do, and places to eat. My only complaint is that we should have stayed another week! Thank you, Chloe!

I highly recommend this house and cannot say enough good things about the owners. Six of us rented this home for a long girls weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful and everything was very clean. We loved lounging by the pool and telling stories around the fire pit at night. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cookware. They even had everything we needed to make s'mores! There was plenty of room for all of us to gather and have dinner or relax on the couch after a full day of swimming. The owners really thought of everything to make our stay memorable and comfortable. They were so kind and very easy to work with. Thank you for an amazing experience, we will definitely be back!!
