This property is located very close to all the beaches, it seems far on the map but it is not. the travel time via car was about 5 mins if that and there is never any traffic on the island. the apartment is spacious 1 bed room, it has all basic needs for a couple or small family. the pool is nice at night time or during the early morning hours. the Sun kinda bakes you during the day 12-4pm. Miguel the host was attentive and gave good recommendations and was ready available if needed via whatsapp msg. we felt it was very enjoyable place to stay we went over the whole island from the house since it was centrally located to good restaurants and shops and beaches on the North south and east coasts. you do have to walk up 2 flights of steps so keep that i mind if you rent here it wasn't bad for us but some might find that troubling. its in a gate community so you have security at all times there was nothing to make us feel unsafe. there are restaurants in walking distance from the apartment or you can easily drive. the big supermarket is 5 min drive away.

This condo is located in a very quiet, gated complex. Pools are well maintained. There are many great restaurants, including food trucks, within a 2 or 3 minute walk. Plethora of restaurants and the beach is a 15 minute walk from property. Miguel, the property manager, is very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay here and will return!

Good location, easy to get to, it was exactly what we expected. Only downside is third floor and walking stairs.

Condo was newly remodeled and had a beautiful view of a hotel at a distance. It was very quiet. We would go back. The beach was only 12-15 min away walking distance. There were many restaurants within 2-3 minutes walking. We never had to share the pool with anyone. It was very private.

The apartment was very comfortable and good fit for the two of us. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The washer and dryer were a good size and nice to have available. The kitchen was adequately stocked with utensils. The induction cooktop worked quick for occasional meals. There were folding chairs available that were great for the beach. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. This unit is on the third floor without an elevator. At our age that was a big drawback for us. The complex is secure and well maintained. We were always able to get an available chair in the shade at either of the two pools. The WiFi in the unit was great for communication home and with the owner. The bathroom window could use a privacy covering, as there are apartments that look down into the bathroom. Another concern was only one way in and out of the apartment. In the event of a fire, that could prove problematic.

A great condo in a very good and convenient part of Aruba, close to great restaurants, shops and beaches. Newly renovated and very very clean. I liked that the condo is situated in the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Made me feel very safe. We were a family of four (2 adults and 2 teen boys) and it was spacious and comfortable for the four of us. David was amazing in extending our stay for additional 3 days when we decided to stay in Aruba longer. He was also very accommodating and super kind to us when my husband had to stay for an additional 5 days to isolate due to testing positive for covid prior to our departure home. David made a very stressful and scary situation of covid guaranteeing process easier on me and my husband for which I am forever grateful! Overall, before covid spoiled our plans, we had a wonderful stay in the condo and a great vacation in Aruba. Thanks!

The condo is just as it appears on the website. It has been completely redone & was so clean. The location is great with many restaurants right outside the complex & the High Rise area is a short lovely walk away. Complex has wonderful pool areas with plenty of lounge chairs available for a pool day. This condo was a great choice for us that go to Aruba many times a year & highly recommend!
