Located on Sombrero Beach Road, Paradise Cove is a new and luxurious 4 bedroom and 3-bathroom Villa with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The spacious Villa offers three Master King Suites, one on the first floor and two on the second floor. You will find a fourth Bedroom with full bunkbeds on the second floor as well! Paradise Cove features a breathtaking view of the canal from the living room balcony and 40 Foot private dock. · 4 Bedrooms will sleep 10 people comfortably. · 3 Bathrooms (Shower and Tub combinations) · 2 Master Bedrooms Suites with King beds and attached bathrooms · 1 Master Bedroom Suite with a King bed · 1 Bedroom with 2 Full beds (Bunk beds) Prepare your meals in our fully equipped, stainless steel gourmet kitchen with plenty of seating for your friends and family. Our lower level patio area provides a deep freezer for your fresh catch and full-sized fridge to stock the important beverages while grilling on our LP gas grill or watching the outdoor TV. There is plenty of seating and entertainment for everyone. We include pool heating during the cooler months and a pool chiller during summer months, what more can a guest ask for? It's ok to feel a little spoiled while you are here at our home, we do! We welcome you to utilize our beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas and enjoy the warm sand and soothing saltwater of the Famous Sombrero Beach, just minutes from the Villa. For boaters, fishermen and lobster hunters, the Villa is located on the Canal System off of Sisters Creek - all deep water, with a short 15-Minute ride out to the open water of the Atlantic. The home of North America's only living coral barrier reef, and the third largest coral barrier reef in the world is only a few nautical miles from the Villa! With the crystal-clear blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean on one side, and the lobster rich waters of the Gulf of Mexico on the other side it beckons divers and snorkelers. There is nothing that compares to what you’ll experience when you dive or snorkel the Islands of Marathon. Once in a lifetime happens every day in the Florida Keys. Our home is a duplex which includes a private backyard and patio, heated/chilled saltwater pool, dock, carport, bikes, stand-up paddle boards, and kayaks. There are no shared amenities. This home has all the amenities needed to ensure a fun and restful vacation. We look forward to hosting your next getaway!

Property was as described. Loved having three king bedrooms and a private pool. The home was extremely close to Publix and Sombrero Beach (a double bonus). Thankful the home was equipped with a high chair and pack n’ play for our 2 year old. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great vacation. The weather was overcast but warm so the private, heated pool was a gem.
The location of the home was a major plus. It is in a safe area, down the road from the grocery store and a short walk or bike ride to the beach.
Communication with the property managers was seamless. They were responsive to any inquiries or requests. It's clear they care about their guests.
The stay was delightful and relaxing in large part to the very comfortable rental.

Sombrero Beach, a 2 min drive to the end of the road was a perfect beach that just relax but also for the evening family pictures.
We highly recommend this property, and the hosts were equally attentive and responsive.

This property was very nice & clean. Jorge was very nice & helpful and promptly responded to any questions we had. The location was very convenient to the beach, stores, and other places we went to. We didn't catch any fish off the dock, but 2 manatees did pay us a visit. We used their bikes & kayaks, too. The only issue was getting the kayaks out of the water and onto the dock. We would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location to pull boat for daily opportunities of fishing snorkeling exploring. Many lunch and dinner options with boat docks.
Plus an easy car ride over to Key West for the day. We will be back.

We had 3 couples stay the week. The house is set up with 3 king beds and enough privacy for everyone. The location is close to town and the beach. We enjoyed the bikes, pool, and dock for the boat we rented. The patio under the garage is set up nicely as well. The house is set up with everything you need. I would recommend to friends and family.

My family and I had a great experience staying at this property. The house was clean, efficient and roomy enough for 6 adults and 2 children. The pool was great, we spent a lot of time swimming everyday! My son and husband fished from the dock daily and they caught plenty of fish! We saw manatees right from the dock in the canal! The house is close to nearby Sombrero beach which is a public beach with a playground. Also close to grocery shopping and restaurants. The Island Fish Company was our favorite spot to eat; great food, service and atmosphere! Everything is a 5-10 min drive. The owners are super responsive and were a pleasure to deal with!! Any questions I had they answered within minutes! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Property is in great condition, very spacious & private. Had a great time relaxing & having fun with friends. Close to Sombreo beach, grocery store & alot of wonderful bars / resturants in the area. Owner was spot on with description of property.

Only annoying part of our stay was the stove top. Front right burner was always on high no matter what and back left never got really warm. Other than that everything was absolutely wonderful! House was beautiful and clean. Pool was perfect. Master bed and bath was such a treat!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! The house was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed to avoid a late night trip to the grocery store after traveling all day (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) The rooms were beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. It was such a bonus to have the rollaway bed upstairs for my niece - she loved sleeping in her own little bed! The outdoor area was perfect for us with a grill, tv and refrigerator and the kiddos loved the pool. We brought our 34’ boat and we kept it there without issue during our stay. The owners are great and so easy to communicate with if you have any questions. You won’t regret staying here, it was amazing!

Relaxing Time
Nice, safe location. The house was well maintained and close to a walking/biking path. We were able to get our exercise walking/jogging to the beach early in the mornings to beat the heat. The pool got lots of use while we were there! The paddle boards and kayaks were a little challenging to get into and out of the water off of the dock.
Overall, the unit was nice and had most everything we would expect to find there.

Amazing rental!
We had such a great stay here. The location was perfect. Right on the canal and a short bike or car ride to the beach. The place was big and accommodated 3 families easily. It was very clean and came with lots of great stuff to make our experience a fun one. We got use of the great pool and used the kayaks in the canal. We used the bikes for rides to the beach and playground. We also used the snorkel gear and beach chairs while at the beach. One of the unexpected great things was that it came with lots of stuff for a baby, which came in handy since we had a 9month old with us. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone thanked me over and over again for finding it. We will definitely rent this one again!

Loved the property
We had an amazing time at this property. It was the perfect place to accommodate our family. Our 5 kids are ages 1-20 & this house had plenty of room for everyone. The pool & kayaks were so much fun!

4 adults, 5 teens the pool was a high point for the teens, the location at mid island was perfect with two grocery stores up the street and a mile plus walk to the beach.
We rented a boat and parking at the house dock overnight was very convenient.
We cooked In A few nights, we had everything we needed. Three full baths was much appreciated with teen girls.. Beds were soft and comfortable.
Jorge was professional, responsive and very accommodating to our questions and requests . You won’t be disappointed with this rental with your escape to paradise.

The house had all the comforts of home.
The house was stocked with all the necessities of home and then some. The kids never wanted to leave because they loved the pool. We used the kayaks to check out the manatees at the end of the canal which we had not done before which was relaxing. It was a beautiful home and a great spot for our vacation.

Magnificent
Clean beautiful property. Two families had enough space to spread out. Beautiful bike trail we rode to Sombrero beach and the store was also a quick bike ride away. Loved our stay and highly recommend.

Great location
This was a great girls trip! Five of us stayed comfortably in the large bedrooms and there was plenty of bathroom space for all of us. This property is easy to get to, down the street from the grocery store and less than 2 miles from the public beach. Only an hour drive to Key West. The pool, kayaks and bikes were added benefits to this beautiful place. Definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

Best rental ever! Jorge and Jessica take pride in their home and it shows. They respond back immediately to all requests and concerns. The small issue we had , they remedied immediately. The beds are comfy, the home is very clean, The house comes equipped with everything you can think of (including a roll away bed, bait buckets, an extra deep freezer, life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, chairs, towels, lighters) there isn’t a single thing we could think of that we did not have available to us. Bring a fishing pole, we caught multiple fish just sitting on the dock at night. We will definitely recommend this home and the hosts. TEN STARS ⭐️

Jorge was amazing to work with. Responsive before the trip when we were looking for fishing guides. We had a few questions during our stay and he called right away.. Jorge gave us 3 suggestions (he said he acquired from previous guests) one was closed for vacation so the next one that answered was SeaSquared. We had Wayne's World 1st day of fishing and SeaSquared Too the 2nd 1/2 day. We caught both days and went to different places on each and loved it. Ate fresh fish 2 nights in the home. With 3 king beds for us adults it was amazing. Loved the plunge pool and hang out area on entry level. The location was great to a few local restaurants and only a 45 minute drive. We also rented a party boat via Manic Sport fishing.. We had Captain Jake for a sunset cruise and for a 6 hour play day snorkeling and sandbar playing. He was AMAZING! We truly feel this is the perfect location to play and relax. Highly recommend! We will be back. THANK YPU JORGE!!!

rough start but the Owner's care and responded
Our stay started on a sour note because the property was not clean. I won't go into all of the details because they are irrelevant at this point. I contacted Jorge and he immediately sent the cleaning crew back out. This caused further problems and the cleaning lady seemed incapable of cleaning and did nothing but ramble and we finally sent her on our way. We stayed in communication with Jorge and Jessica and they were extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make things right. I know that they have taken actions to ensure that no future guests have the experience that we did. I could tell in our conversations that they take great pride in their property and aim to make sure each guest enjoys their stay. When we return to the keys, we will be staying in this property. It was perfect for our needs.
