THANK YOU John (Jack) & Mattie Ann Smith 6 Kroghs Lane, Sparta, NJ 07871 LAVALLETTE, OCEAN BLOCK, OCEAN VIEW, 4 BEDROOM, 2 1/2 BATHS IMMACULATE AND GORGEOUS!! We are just seconds, three houses from the ocean. We have a beautiful ocean view from the master bedroom. Our home is even more beautiful than the photos, with 5 flat screen smart TVs, WiFi, high speed Internet, hand made rugs, custom interiors, 2 matching dish sets, in addition to plastic dishes for you to enjoy on our new magnificent patio furniture, new LG washer dryer, and a new Weber grill with lovely new utensils including a basting brush. Of course there are six beach badges, beach chairs, sand toys and a beach umbrella for you to enjoy. Outside shower, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and heat. We also offer off street parking. We just closed on our Little Bit of Heaven April 14, 2016 and redecorated the entire house. Lavallette was voted the third best town to live in. Your family will just love it there. There is crabbing, fishing, swimming, rides, water park, mini golf, aquarium, Seaside Point Pleasant, walks on the boardwalk, biking, and great family times with forever memories. We just love to fly kites in the evening. There is also a back house that was just completely redone. It has one bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a sleeping loft with two twin beds. There is a lovely breakfast nook, full kitchen, full bath, an outside shower, 55 in flat screen smart TV. The back house is equally as beautiful and immaculate. 2024 weekly rates for FRONT HOUSE are May 4 through May 24 $2,450 per week May 25 through June 21 $3,950 per week June 22 through June 28, $$4,950 per week June 29 through September 6, $5,950 per week September 7 through September 13, $3950. per week September 14 through September 30 $2,950per week WINTER RENTAL available October 1, 2023 through April 30 2024 $2,750 plus all utilities The 2024 weekly rates for the BACK HOUSE are: May 4 through May 24, $1,350.00 per week May 25 through June 21 $1,850.00 per week June 22 through September 6, $2,450.00 per week September 7 through September 13, $1,850.00 per week September 14 through September 30, $1,350.00 per week WINTER RENTAL OCTOBER 2024 THROUGH APRIL 30, 2025 $1,550 PER MONTH PLUS ALL UTILITIES. Our back home is also listed with VRBO 7958837 These are strictly a no smoking homes. Families only, no group rentals, maximum 9 people including children in the front home. Beautiful, cozy, well appointed close to beach
A beautiful, cozy and well appointed home close to the beach. We were there over Christmastime and took a lovely winter walk on the beach. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, and fully equipped. Gracious and lovely host.

The location of the house was ideal! Close to the beach and most all stores and restaurants. House was very nice, very clean and the landlord was very pleasant. My family and I love Lavallette and would most likely consider renting this property again. Once again, a great time was had by all of us!

Adorable and cozy
Immaculate condition, close to beach, and a wonderful and obliging owner who actually called us to see that all our needs were met! The apartment was centrally located and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops.

Lavallette, New Jersey is a beautiful beach town
Beautiful home, very well cared for. The house was immaculate had everything you would need. Great outside shower ( that was wonderful ) . I do think the lower level could use a toilet and sink. That would be my only suggestion. My self and my family had a wonderful week there. The home is very close to the beach and to downtown shopping.

This was the cleanest house that I have ever rented. The landlord is extremely helpful, positive, accommodating, respectful and friendly.
The house was in excellent condition, everything was immaculate. It was a pleasure to spend time in this beautiful house, everything about it was perfect for my family.
The house is VERY close to the beach, easy to go back and forth during the day.
I can't wait to come back every year.

This was the cleanest house that I have ever rented. The landlord is extremely helpful, positive, accommodating, respectful and friendly.

WE LOVED THE BEACH HOUSE WE RENTED !!!!
My family loved this home so close to the beach. So much character and charm. Great for a family or indiviudals. House had a lot of room, we had 6 adults and never were on top of each other. The upstairs is spacious with Master Bedroom, and 2nd room. Main floor lovely with dining table looking out to the water and street. Kitchen was equipped with everything. Awesome basement which my boys loved, and my niece had her own room there as well. 2 showers in the house. 2 showers outside. Lovely large washer and dryer. So convenient to the beach, we want to go again and stay there. Back yard is awesome with BBQ and table with umbrella. My family just really loved it so much .... We would recommend this house to all our friends and family. The house was a great fit for all of us. So close to great pizza places and ice cream shops... beach and bay are amazing. The owner of the property is great to work with and answered any of our questions and helped with anything we needed ... Thanks for the wonderful vacation. Works well for 55+ unless you are not able to do stairs.

Wonderful beach house in a great location
This is an awesome beach house just a short walk from the beach (5 houses from the beach front and boardwalk) and the shops in Lavallette are a few blocks away. Everything is within walking distance. My family of 8 celebrated my Mom’s 80th birthday here for a the week and it was very comfortable. The house is lovely: it's beautifully decorated, has all the amenities, and was immaculately cleaned. The kitchen is well stocked. Mattie, the owner, is wonderful. She was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. There’s a great outdoor shower out back which was perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Beach chairs, sand toys, a beach umbrella, and beach badges are all included. It’s a great place for a family gathering at the Jersey Shore!
