Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this lovely condo for $427 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy the views of the Intracoastal from this unit's back balcony and views of the water park from the front balcony. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for one car is included! This 5th floor 2/2 condo and has been totally renovated and located at the 'Harborside@Marker 33' and 'Splash Harbour Water Park". A fully stocked kitchen and stackable washer/dryer are provided. Unit 5520 comes with 4 free daily splash Harbour Water Park passes and one parking pass. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, full-size stackable washer and dryer, 2 private balconies (overlooking the waterpark and another overlooking the intracoastal) and 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Think it can't get any better...There is a sundeck facing Indian Rocks Beach located on the 6th and 7th floor for you to watch some of the best sunsets you will ever see! The Waterpark and it's lazy river are great fun for young people and adults alike. Enjoy live music in the evenings and several nearby eateries/bars offering adult beverages. A snack bar, Jimmy Guana's and a gift shop are located poolside. Crabby Bills, Slyce Pizza, PJ's Oyster Bar,and The Lighthouse Donuts are just a few of the many restaurants within walking distance, and just a few miles away you'll find the famous John's Pass where the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is located. There are also many coffee and ice cream shops, bars and entertainment venues. Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint, laid-back, family-friendly beach town. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a friends get together, Indian Rocks Beach and 4416 Harbourside make for the perfect vacation destination. You won't want to leave! We're easily accessible from the airports, with trolleys available for your convenience to take you to so many places including Clearwater Beach for a minimum fee. PARKING: One (1) car per reservation can park in the Garage (or the yellow lined parking spots across from the gift shop if the parking garage is full) with the Parking Pass (pass is located in the unit). Additional cars will be a $20 daily fee, and will park in white lined spaces, attendant on duty. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, THERE ARE 2 ELEVATORS THAT TRAVEL FROM GROUND LEVEL TO AS HIGH AS THE 5TH FLOOR, AND ONE ELEVATOR, BY THE ROUNDABOUT, THAT TRAVELS FROM GROUND LEVEL TO THE 8TH FLOOR. Come and enjoy your stay! You will have access to the water park (4 daily passes come with every reservation). I am available by phone or messaging. The Water Park on premises. Your car, uber or there is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee. Thermostats: You can adjust the temperature on each one but they all need to all be on heat or cool to work. You need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop before entering the park, they will scan them and give you a wristband to wear while at the park. It is there that you can purchase any additional passes that are needed (up to 6 at a 50% discount). The pool is part of the water park. So, you do need a pass to use the pool until the park side closes (usually 6 pm). You can then use the pool from 6 to 10 without passes. Parking: One spot comes with every reservation in the garage, along the side street or yellow lined area of the parking lot across from the gift shop. If you have a 2nd car, feel free to find a free parking spot on the street or you can park in the lot across from the gift shop for a $20 daily fee. Owner/agent provides you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag and a laundry/dishwasher pod. It is up to the guest to provide whatever else is needed for the stay. Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

This place was as advertised. It was very clean and convenient. We enjoyed the stay. If I could make one suggestion it would be help with the tv channels. A little guide would be nice. Even one that tells you where the guides were since there were 3. Not a complaint, just suggestion. As we figured ot out.

The unit looked exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and plenty of start up items. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The daily water park pass was great for relaxing and we enjoyed floating on the lazy river. Only problem was one of the elevators did not work. Overall very nice!

A great place to stay in Florida! We will definitely look into booking it again next year. Loved having the 2 balconies - ensured we could sit in sun or shade at any time of day. The water park was lots of fun and our unit came with 4 daily passes for the length of our stay. Close walk to the gulf and a cupboard full of of beach equipment. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly rectified by very pleasant Bobby!

Superb accommodation. Great plot within the complex with views over both the pool as well as the harbour. Great selection of beach equipment to take which helped a lot. Pool complex was a favourite with the kids. Some crumbs on the floor when we arrived but otherwise flawless and beautiful. A few things inside didn’t work but the agents taking care of it responded almost instantly and fixed those ASAP (minor issues that could happen anywhere). Will be returning next year as it’s so good!

This place is great. The dual balconies came un handy when watching the kids in the water park and catching the sunrises. Very clean condo and this isnt something I would typically write but it was decorated beautifully. The furniture was comfy and the beach theme was spot on. The place has a lot of room and within walking distance of everything you need. We hope to be back.

Our stay was perfect! The room was extremely clean and exactly as described. We had a 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year old with us and they loved playing on the slides, lazy river and pool in the water park. The beach was just a short walk away and the beach wagon made it so easy. Having two balconies to relax on with wonderful views was a major plus. We also loved that there were so many dining options within walking distance. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was a breeze, condo looked super nice n the website but, wasn’t very clean, if you walked barefoot your feet were black, beds were very hard and not comfortable either. This is the third time staying at Harbourside and the first time in this condo. Definitely my least favorite condo.

We had a great stay. Everything was in working order. It was wonderful to have a full size washer and dryer in unit! Simple walk to the beach, waterpark and local restaurants and shops.

This was our second time and it was even better than the first. Location is very well kept and we love the recent updates to the appliances. The property met all of our needs, nice lodging, water park, and beach. We will definitely be back.

The property was beautiful and extremely clean, the water park was amazing and the kids would have loved it had it not been cold out ,everything was perfect till the doors wouldn’t work and we were stuck outside for over an hour waiting for maintenance to come let us in , i have to say that even tho it was a horrible experience the property manager and owner made the situation rite overall we had an amazing short vacation bit we will be back

We loved our stay! The unit was exactly as the description said. Views of the Bay were spectacular. Dolphins were even sighted from our balcony! There was plenty of room for our group, kids had an amazing time in the water park! We had friends come over to use the waterpark. Guest passes were very easy to get. The beach was literally steps away, and all of the beach equipment and wagon in the closet were super useful. There were plenty of beach towels. Accommodations were very comfortable. Everyone slept well! The town is adorable. Everything is within walking distance. Will absolutely stay in the future!

I’ve never stayed in a condo before where they don’t supply a small bar of soap for the shower and shampoo! We were tired and wanted a shower but had to go shopping before we could. Very inconvenient!! No Kleenex? These units aren’t cheap so the basic necessities are a must. Also it would have been nice to have a couple of lawn chairs to take to the beach. The unit was very nicely decorated.

This condo was immaculately cleaned and decorated. We felt right at home immediately. The washer and dryer in the room were a huge plus. We also enjoyed the beach equipment since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Water park was a blast for the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

My mom & I took the 4 grandkids ranging. From 9-19. The booking process was simple and complete. Communication with Debra was very clear and she was super quick to answer any questions or concerns. The check in process was easy and instructions were clear. The condo was beautiful and clean. Looks exactly as pictured in the photos. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes & beach toys. Having 2 balconies was so nice for sunrise/sunsets as well as extra space to relax. It’s a quick walk to the beach, CVS or restaurants. We were so happy to have rented this unit and looking forward to coming back. Extra thanks to Debra and her crew. I highly recommend staying here for a great experience!!

Fantastic vacation!
What an awesome property! We had the best time, from check in to check out, everything worked out perfect. The condo was roomy and decorated beautifully. The balconies on both ends had amazing views. And the location was was wonderful… close proximity to anything we needed. We are already planning our next visit to FL and are hopeful that we will be able to stay at this property, possibly this specific unit, again. Thank you for allowing us to visit and stay here!

Nice and Clean
Had a great time and the condo was great. We had an issue with the shower head. I contacted the property management and it was taken care of immediately. I would suggest larger frying pans for the kitchen and new bed pillows.

A beautiful place to stay with your family! Very clean and comfortable! Has all the comforts of home! A little playpen for our 6 month old and even a high chair! Our 9 year olds had a wonderful time as well with the water park being right there and the beach only 3 minutes away (walking)! They have everything you will need for the beach as well! Such convenience! The property manager (Debra) was great as well; always sent reminders so you knew exactly how to check in and out. Anything you needed at all she emailed right back :) Definitely the place to go!!

We were able to see the sunrise each morning from our balcony and could go go up to the rooftop deck to view the sunset on the ocean each evening. We were just a few blocks from the ocean and they had everything we needed for fun at the beach in the closet. The water park was also very nice and they had a tiki bar and a restaurant where we ate several meals right next door. They also had everything we needed to make a few meals in the condo. We rented a car but really did not need one as we were in close proximity to so many highly recommended restaurants.
