About this house rental
Nestled in White Rock, this lovely house for $619 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Just steps from East beach White Rock this newly renovated luxury home awaits your stay!!! Ocean view split level home features an open concept livingroom with nano doors that fully open up to the ocean breeze and a six person hot tub!!!! The full sun patio is perfect for watching sunsets, fireworks, and all your summer entertaining!!! Steps from the White Rock strip where amazing restaurants await and a short walk along the promenade to the historic White Rock pier on West beach. We want to assure you that we are putting extra care and attention into our cleaning routines, making our house the safest for your stay. We have always maintained a high level of cleanliness including extra attention to disinfecting all touch points throughout the house. Also all linens including throw blankets, decorative pillows, and bath mats are washed in hot water. Due to increased precautions and cleaning protocols for Covid-19, check out is now 10am to allow for extra cleaning time. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings anyone under the age of 30. The main guest booking the reservation is responsible for keeping the house clean and taking care of the furniture & belongings inside. Our expectation is the house is left reasonably clean as it was at check-in. If the house isn't left reasonably clean extra cleaning fees will be charged to back to the guest. It is also their responsibility to ensure all guests are familiar with the house rules. During this time we are not allowing any additional visitors to the house other than those staying overnight. Exceptions may be considered upon request. Please note there are exterior security cameras at the front door and back door/porch. These are only used to deter break-ins, or vandalism to the home. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. We are a STRICT non party house! The hot tub is not a party tub! We want to host guests that are low key and respectful of our house rules and neighbors. If you are looking to party or have a hot tub party then sadly we are not the right fit. Any inclination of party like activity will reserve us the right to immediately terminate your stay. The use of the hot tub is completely at your own risk. We do test the water regularly. Please take adequate safety precautions for yourself, family members, and friends when they are in the hot tub. We are not liable for any accidents in regards to the hot tub. We can only accommodate up to three vehicles max on our driveway. If you have additional vehicles please consider carpooling, Uber, or street parking in non permit areas. Our house is a thirty minute drive from Vancouver airport and forty minutes from downtown Vancouver. We are a five minute drive to Peace Arch Border for entering the US and two hour drive to Seattle!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this white rock location. The views are truly amazing. There were a couple discrepancies between the online listing, as well as the house rules book located in the kitchen. However, these were just minor issues. We had a very busy schedule and we're at the unit for a very short period of time. Would've been nice to have more time there to really truly enjoy it all.

Beautiful home, easy to communicate with the host, and only a block from the beach. We liked that it was a 10 minute walk away from the main shops so the beach access wasn’t busy, yet we could find restaurants easily as we walked toward the pier.

We booked for 28 nights. Most beautiful view. Hot tub was a great plus. Host made sure all instructions were clear. Bedding was very comfortable. Nice big dining table to have take out fish and chips! Very nice to have all the towels, beach towels and hot tub towels provided.

Our family had an ‘over the top’ week of holidaying together at Brent and Katrina’s. Their home was not exactly as described - it was even better! No words can fairly describe the view. We were 6 adults and a 2 year old and fit in their 2 stories perfectly. The bedrooms were so comfortable and linens were high quality. Everything about their home showed how much thought they put into making it a special place that you look forward to returning to. Only steps to the water and to great gelato. Perfection! Thanks for a really lovely week!

Great location and great property
We enjoyed our stay in White Rock. The house is in a great location, close to many restaurants and we even walked the mile to the large grocery store so no car is required if you don’t mind a hilly walk. We definitely will want to come back, lovely property and hosts.

Wonderful early Family Christmas
From booking to check out, our experience was great. Our hosts even provided a lovely Christmas tree for the kids to enjoy. Located a block from the promenade with an amazing view of the ocean . Spacious for the six of us. Beds were very comfy. Quiet neighborhood this time of year with great parking (rare in this area)Would highly recommend for families and will definitely be back. I can’t even begin to describe how gorgeous this place is!!! The view from the private hot tub overlooking the stunning white Rock beach was mesmerizing to say the least!
The owners are just amazing!! Were SO accommodating and kind. We left our jackets behind and they went out of their way to ensure we got them back.
This house is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to stay there again!
It truly is a piece of a heaven.

I rented this property for the night before and after my wedding. It did not disappoint! The views were nothing short of spectacular. It was clean and in a great location. Waking up the morning of my wedding to the sound of sea birds and a beautiful sunrise, the day could not have started better. Communication with the renters was easy and they always responded quickly. 10/10 would rent again. :D

Oct 4,5,6 - we waited two years and got fully vaxxed so we 5 ladies, (aka wives, mothers and grandmothers) could reunite. This open concept home had the room and the accessories needed for us. 2 ladies shared the King bed, 1 each in the queen bedrooms and 1 in the room off the kitchen that has a single bed/couch. (if you know you'll need to utilize that den area for a person to sleep in, i recommend you let Katrina know because for us, she moved the couch out and put in a single bed. Worked great! Katrina and Brent were MOST attentiive in replying to any questions we had.
The kitchen is super well stocked, the towels plush and plenty (lots for hot tub use), the two queen bedrooms were plain but beds super comfortable and master bedrrom was nice and roomy with big gorgeous ensuite bathroom in pristine condition. The photos on the site and just what we lived in .
All of us had great sleeps because the sheets / beds/ pillows were high quality. We heard the train each night even though we were up high and a couple of blocks off the beach. We had plenty of looking around the area planned and the weather turned out pretty decent to do so. Would Love to be able to rent here in the summer months, if for nothing else but the view, the beach and the beauty of the ever changing sky. We all enjoyed the hottub on the deck and luckily...no neighbours around on either side of us. (these homes are quite close together) The home could use a little decor touches to boost the ambiance, but we were happy with it and I personally am suggesting it to two other couples.
