Fully furnished unit with your own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen. Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby. Condo includes upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit. Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car. Three adults one small child and a couple of fur babies had wonderful stay . Great view great unit and host very responsive . Plenty of parking nice pool . Spotted Dolphins and Manatees from our balcony multiple times . Look forward to returning

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. This was our first time booking a VRBO, and I was happy that the property was as advertised. Communication with the owner was great as well. Location is central to many restaurants, stores etc. Would recommend!

We had a long weekend staycay and this place was awesome. The unit had everything we needed and was super clean. The owner was amazing to work with and very helpful with any questions I had about my booking. The pool area is so nice, and the location is close to the beaches. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

The unit was very clean and the complex was quiet. Everything we wanted to do was between 5 and 10 minutes away. Close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Doc Fords is good and right next door, which was nice! We were able to see dolphins and manatees right from the balcony.

Nice, clean condo with view of water and bridge. Living area tight but adequate. Felt safe in the building, and management responded quickly to issues. Beds comfortable. Some appliance updates needed.

All points from booking to communication to checking in and checking out were seamless! Gertrude was fabulous! The condo was just perfect for us! It was one of the most relaxing Christmases ever! We only wish that the weather had cooperated to be warmer - we would have spent more time on the balcony. The view was beautiful! We will book again next time we come back!

Price was very reasonable. Great location, Close to everything you need. Grandkids enjoyed the heated pool and the view from the balcony. Nice view of sunsets. Will come again.

Could not get into Apt…,bldg manager was not to swift… was calling triple A. For a door lock….went to Dinner and food shopping late..,.wasted a whole day!

The view of the bay is breathtaking! The pool area and dock were beautiful and very well maintained. The condo was beautiful, clean and perfect for us. Our two grandchildren came and spent one night and we had plenty of room. It is easy to get in and out of the property, although there is some road noise from the bridge to get used to. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay. Noise from road was only negative. Condo is convenient to beach, shopping and lots of good restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Comfy place to unwind
This property was exactly what we needed. Clean, well stocked, and close to everything we needed. The view from our balcony was relaxing and perfect for reading a good book.
Gertrude was responsive and very accommodating! Such a pleasant experience. We’ll be back!

This location was great! Wonderful view off the balcony, right on the water! Fun to watch the boats come and go!
*Supplies were a bit slim - not enough washcloths, coffee mugs or dishwasher soap.

Amazing location
We so enjoyed our stay at this condominium. It is a perfect location and the grounds were immaculate. The condo had such wonderful water views and we certainly enjoyed the pool and spa. We will definitely be returning to this great place. We brought our 87 year old dad and he loved setting on the balcony watching the sun come up and all the boats from the boat ramp across the other side of the water.

Stayed here to attend grandson’s graduation at Tropicana Field, and another son’s wedding on the beach at Treasure Island. It was the perfect spot. Also close to John’s Pass. Condo was excellent, clean and stocked with anything we needed. Owner quickly responded to any questions.

Stayed here to attend grandson’s graduation at Tropicana Field, and another son’s wedding on the beach at Treasure Island. It was the perfect spot. Also close to John’s Pass. Condo was excellent, clean and stocked with anything we needed. Owner quickly responded to any questions.

Family Vacation
We loved this condo! Easy access to all the local beaches and we could bring our dog with us. Beds were comfortable. The only downfall, by no fault of the owner, was the road noise. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and be able to be right in the water.

This was our first experience using vrbo or anything like it. Before she saw it, my wife was actually rather upset with me for choosing a vrbo rather than hotels since she already knows what she'd be getting with a hotel. When we arrived, she flew through every room and the balcony with a huge smile! We had a truly fantastic experience here. Very clean and convenient, yet BEAUTIFUL, location! Plenty of room for our 5 adults, little dog, and an infant. And I'm sure we could have fit more! Now we know where to go back to when in the area! Thank you so much!!

Great condo. Great location. Very well stocked and decorated. Very clean. We were able to watch Dolphins from the balcony. This is our second year at this resort. Beautiful place.
