We use high quality, healthcare grade disinfectants and sanitizers. Cleaners take great care to sanitize and disinfect all high touch surfaces including, light switches, door knobs, cabinet handles, remotes, keypads & locks, etc. - The linens in this unit are replaced with every guest departure. 3BR/2BA Sleeps 6 - Premier Disney & Orlando Vacation Location. New Listing for Short Term and Vacation Rental! [Recent Modifications: This Unit received brand new linens in all areas of the home in July 2021, kitchen appliances were replaced in September 2021, Living Room Couch and Washer/Dryer were replaced in June 2022, Wood Flooring and Interior Paint were redone in August 2022] Spacious, elegantly Disney themed, 3 bed/2 bath condo in the desirable Windsor Hills resort community in Orlando. Located two miles from Disney's front gates, this location is perfect for going to the theme parks, or staying in and enjoying the luxury's that Windsor Hills has to offer. The unit is self catering, however starter sets of toiletries will be provided for your. For example; One garbage bag, one Toilet Paper per bathroom, one Paper Towel Roll, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent Pod, etc. Please bring your own supplies or purchase them from the local grocery if you have an extended stay. The unit features three bedrooms containing, 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 2 Twin Beds. Each room is equipped with either a Cable Box, DVD player, or a ROKU for those with streaming services they wish to access. For those travelling with young children a Pack N Play, High Chair and Stroller are provided. The community offers a large, heated community Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, and a Water Park! Other outdoor amenities include; Playground, Tot Lot, Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball Courts, Ping Pong, A Putting Green and more! The clubhouse provides a Fitness Center, Arcade Game Room, Movie Theatre, and DVD Rentals. Swing by the Windsor Hills convenience store, or grab a bite at the Marketplace Grill. The Welcome Center provides plenty of maps and local listings, and also boast the Cyber Cafe where you can plan your trip and print, scan or fax any documents you may need for your stay!

This is the second time we stayed in this property and love the location and how quiet the unit is! We had everything we needed in the unit and that was really helpful.

The condo was clean and a very close drive to Disney. We extended our Florida trip with family in Fort Lauderdale to take the kids to Disney and it was a perfect spot to stay an additional few days. The condo was clean and we all enjoyed the pool area and amenities. We will definitely book here again in the future.

When arriving it was super easy to check in following the directions from the email. The key pad didn’t work with code given but the manager was able to get us the code within seconds. Wish we could have stayed longer, we will be a repeat guest!

We had a great 10 night stay! The condo was clean upon arrival, and the owner checked in with us to make sure all was good. Great location close to Disney, but without the higher cost of staying on property.

Very nice Windsor Hills condo. We could not access the unit when we arrived but the owners made thing right. Would definitely rent unit again. They had lots of extra things for littles.

Very clean and easy to access. Exactly as pictured. The pool area with waterpark was great for the whole family. The kids really enjoyed it. The location is perfect- quiet and no heavy traffic. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect, close to disney, very clean! We loved the pool and waterslides. Overall a wonderful place to stay! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect for our family of 4. It was very close to the parks, just about an 8 minute drive.
The neighborhood is gated and very safe. we waited in line at the gate in our car to check in and it took about 20 minutes.
We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here before checking into a Disney resort. We didn't spend much time in the condo. We were at the parks the only full day we were there but the property was clean and spacious.

We didn’t use the property for much aside from sleeping but it was exactly what we were looking for. The unit was clean, the owner was responsive and it was in very convenient and close proximity to all of the Disney parks we went to. The unit is well maintained and my parents who got the master were thrilled. I will say one thing which is NOT the owners fault but the childrens splash pad area is not heated as the larger main pool is, we only had 1 day where using the pool fit to our schedule so it wasn’t a big deal.

Definitely a great place to stay if you plan on visiting Disney. Very clean and well taken care of. We did have some problems with the resort itself. Our check-in was less than desirable. The staff at the gate were rude to us and even after the issue was resolved the gate scanner didn't work so we had to wait for a staff to come let us in every time. They were in no hurry to ever help us. Walmart was close which was helpful. We found the pool too small for the number of guests it was to accommodate. We rarely got a chair and sat on the ground often. The activities planned for the kids were not well organized and often after waiting an hour to two they just announced that was all for the day. Those aspects of the resort were disappointing. The condo itself was clean and exactly what was advertised.

The condo was a perfect layout for our family and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Our grandsons enjoyed the pool and water park area. answered our questions in a timely manner. We had a great week!

We had a great stay at this condo. Check in was easy, there was a mix up with the door code but the host and property manager had it resolved within 5 minutes. Getting wrist bands for pool access was easy as well. The condo itself was very clean and looked even better than the photos, like it had been updated a bit. It was a very convenient location to the amusement parks, as well as to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was very nice. We didn't use the exercise room or game room but they looked nice through the windows. The convenience store/cafe on property was very convenient. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills before but in a different unit and while the set up was the same we enjoyed this unit more. We liked that the couch was not a fabric couch! It sounds silly but that made a huge difference to us. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. We will definitely check out to see if this unit is available when we return to Florida.

We love staying here, this was our second time. There were a couple times where we needed extra support from property management, and everything was handled properly in a timely manner.

This place was perfect for us and our two children. My son didn't want to leave his Star Wars themed room with his own TV, same for my daughter and her Mickey Mouse room. The master bedroom was big and the bed very comfortable. It was only 10-15 minutes to Disney. And probably the best part was the pool with waterpark and slides. The kids had a choice between one more day at the parks or a pool day, they chose the pool with no regrets (we were also happy with the choice). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close by off property.

Our 5 & 6 year old grandkids loved the condo. The grounds pool was a huge hit, as well as the playground. The location was near stores, restaurants and plenty of mini golf. Would definitely stay again.

Little Issue with codes upon arrival but once that got sorted out rest of stay was great. If anything came up that we needed the property management was great to work with!! Loved the resort, condo and location to everything Disney related! Thanks for a great stay!!! Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed all the amenities. Only problem we really has was almost all remote batteries were dead so we had to purchase batteries to be able to watch tv. But other than that, things were great.

This place was great. Very clean. Directions to the place was exact. Amenities such as the pool area and game room were wonderful. Beds were fairly comfortable. The only complaint I had was that on the last night there we kept hearing a loud noise and couldn't exactly determine which unit around us it was coming from to even call and complain about it. After reading the little booklet that comes with check in , even if we figured it out we did not suppose to call security for a noise disturbance but instead you are directed to call the police. This seems like a lot of commotion to cause just to complain to someone about the noise. We decided to put up with it and it lasted for 2 hours. Other than that it was a great place.

Family stay
Getting checked in was a little bit of a challenge as the door code did not work. Nate was quick to reply to my messages and provided a new code that allowed me to open the door. My kids loved the themed rooms, and there was lots of space for my family of 5. Access to the pool and splashpad was great and fun for everyone.
