Good location, the spa and the space in the rooms !

The staff could be more responsive and helpful, the cleaning needs more attention the services were not delivered as they were not great or promising the breakfast could be more options the outside decor or the hotel sign was not visible enough for taxis to discover .

Check-in was refused and refund of payment denied by the Hotel. Staff was extremely unfriendly.

C’était sympa et personnel est très gentil. L’endroit est à’ dans le centre à côté de tout mais y avait quelques bruits à l’extérieur à cause des travaux.

Le bruit et la vue d’extérieur 

Nous avons énormément aimé cet hotel tout était très bien et surtout le personnel qui est tellement bienveillant, à l’écoute et d’une gentille incroyable. L’emplacement est parfait, tout les endroits phares de Marrakech se trouvent à proximité. Et le restaurant de l’hotel est vraiment très très bon ! C’était propre est très spacieux.

Nous avons eu un petit problème de clim en arrivant mais le personnel a été très réactif et nous a tout de suite attribué une autre chambre.

Une adresse bien située à proximité de Guéliz, au calme pour les abords extérieurs directs. On peut tout faire à pied et même aller jusqu’à la place Jemaa El-Fna ou prendre un taxi à moindre coût [ne pas oublier de leur préciser d’enclencher le compteur pour éviter les mauvaises surprises à l’arrivée]. L’ensemble immobilier est propre et joliment décoré. Le personnel est aux petits soins : attentionné, courtois et extrêmement respectueux. Arrivés tard pour prendre possession de notre appartement, nous avons été bien accueillis par la réceptionniste qui a pris le temps de nous enregistrer et de nos expliquer les modalités ainsi que les règles d’usage de l’ensemble immobilier. L’appartement occupé se composait de deux chambres suffisamment spacieuses pour notre séjour de 4 nuits et équipées de lits très confortables. Par contre, le salon recevant une petite cuisine aménagée était relativement étriqué et sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Mais bon, on s’en accommode sachant que l’essentiel à visiter est à l’extérieur ! Personnellement, nous n’avons pas cuisiné dans l’appartement, préférant déjeuner et dîner à l’extérieur. Cependant, les personnes qui souhaiteraient cuisiner dans la petite cuisine de l’appartement, comme indiqué précédemment sans fenêtre extérieur [quid des odeurs de cuisson], seront frustrés du peu d’ustensiles pour cuisiner ! On a eu quelques petits soucis sur la télévision [non réglé malgré l’intervention d’un technicien], anecdotique n’étant pas au Maroc pour regarder celle-ci mais quand même, et sur la climatisation sachant que notre chambre était orienté plein ouest avec des murs et des fenêtres brûlants en fin de journée. Malgré, l’intervention rapide d’un technicien la climatisation continuait à brasser de l’air chaud par intermittence, pas l’idéal quand il fait 32 degrés dehors. On peut légitimement s’interroger des épisodes de très fortes chaleurs ! On notera également quelques petits soucis d’insonorisation entre appartements.

Le point noir de cette adresse et que le complexe n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilités réduites et ce, malgré la présence d’un ascenseur clairement indiqué sur le descriptif détaillant l’ensemble immobilier. Dans personnes à mobilités réduites, j’englobe aussi bien les personnes handicapées [fauteuil roulant par exemple], les personnes âgées, que les personnes avec une canne par exemple ainsi que les parents utilisant une poussette. En effet, il vous faudra monter trois marches, j’ai bien dit trois marches, pour accéder à l’ascenseur qui dessert les étages où se situent les appartements. Je sais cela peut paraître ubuesque sachant que l’immeuble est relativement récent. Mais, ce n’est pas la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à ce type de mésaventure au Maroc. Mon conseil, veiller à appeler au préalable les établissements pour bien vérifier l’accessibilité des équipements. On notera le point positif suivant qui est que le rooftop est bien desservi par l’ascenseur et ce, sans marches une fois là-haut arrivé ! A ce titre, le rooftop est des plus agréables en fin de journée avec une petite piscine, certes pas profonde, mais au combien agréable après les journées bien chaudes de Marrakech pour se détendre avec des serveurs au top : agréables et souriants ! On peut y commander de quoi se désaltérer et/ou manger !

Breakfast was the same each day, needed more variety, cleanliness of apartment, especially bathroom wasn’t brilliant, the wifi connection wasn’t that great, pool was quite small and the timing was only 12-6.30, also the 2nd pool was only available at extra cost

Quite a walk to the centers

Bad experience not for kids at all,swimming pool in six floor very small and limited hours witch is stupid and no connection at all in 5th floor so you won’t have wifi . They will give a code but won’t work so from my experience stay away from this hotel there are so many hotels around it very nice other thing it was so hard to find it with taxi so be careful. You will end up paying more money for something not worth it.

Being Vegetarian and with small kids I am happy I could get good range of options for breakfast.

The SPA closes at 20:00 and wish it could have lasted up until 22:00(Being a tourist we will not have time in the mornings and its prime time at 19:00, where we will be out for dinner)

The staff were very helpful. I like how they organised a birthday cake for my sister's birthday on short notice. I like the proximity to different shopping centres and market.

I did not like how the breakfast was exposed to flies and different stray animals kept coming to the breakfast area. The air-conditioning in the room was faulty and they had to resort to a movable one which meant opening the windows which made bad smells come into the room. Also, the shower drain wasn't flowing properly.

Location - good for commute into city centre. Call out to the lady at reception (Ms Imahe) whom is super friendly and helpful!!

Breakfast - spread was meagre and daily hosted at the entrance (quite odd as the food would get cold & next to road does not help) - unfortunately, staff forgot to serve on our last day morning (mistake maybe). Rooms - good & tidy, could help with proactive cleaning and changing linen without reminding daily. Spa - while a board mentioned 10% off for guests, however spa manager outrightly refused - not sure what happened. Overall the charges I found were high compared to what another equivalent city would have offered... but people generally warm, so no complaints. Swimming pool - too small & at best you can float in it (if staff opens on time).

Price performance hotel. Kind stuff especially head of the reception. Terrace on the top of the roof. Clean.

Ramadan limitations. Neighborhood is a little freaky. Some girls in the reception didn't understand a word of English.
