As a setup, it has a good foundation to be a very nice place, all the conditions are there

Staff's attitude was more than unacceptable - there was nobody on reception desk for 20 mins, took them 1.5 hours to provide us with a room, despite that we were there an hour after the start of the check-in time, instead of apologizing, they told us not to be that agitated ; not speaking a word of English; I had to ask for towels and toilet paper to be changed., the cleaning ladies clearly didn't notice the need. A lot of things can be improved in terms of service.

The location is great, just 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. The apartments are new and big and the ones facing the forest are pleasantly quiet. The restaurant Amalfi offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is great. The pool is maintained. Overall a good stay for 8 days but the place could definitely use some improvements.

The check in and check out experience and the cleanliness are below standards. There was no one at the reception, we had to call 4-5 times and someone arrived 20 min later. With babies/kids the wait was unpleasant. There was only 1 housekeeper for most of the rooms in our building, which is not enough. The sheets/towels were changed only 1x during our 8 days stay and unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was not cleaned once...only the garbage was taken out daily and the floors were cleaned, which is the bare minimum I guess..

Spotless clean

The hotel, overall was good, good facilities, very clean and polite. Its a brand new hotel, everything is clean and new, beds are really good. The pool is big and not so deep (1.5)

Despite that, the location of it is not the best, its too far from everything and you will always need a car or taxi. There is no restaurant and cafe in the hotel and within 0.5km, the nearest one is on the beach. However, the hotel is brand new and they will open a restaurant soon.
