Beautiful overall impression, the house is cute and well located, it is very organized with modern appliances, a lot of towels, enough seating, shampoo, cooking utensils etc, the communication with the owners is good, the place is not noisy, Publix and Walmart are close, overall very enjoyable place

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean and had super cute decorating. It was the perfect size for my family. It was only 10 minutes to the beach. We would definitely go back!

Beautifully decorated property with everything we needed. Quiet, convenient location for access to Sanibel/Captiva, Bonita Springs and Cape Coral. We did not want to leave. Highly recommend the Beachhouse!

Loved the outdoor space and the privacy. The house is tucked away at the end of a street. Sitting on the patio in the morning and evening was amazing.

The home description is accurate. We appreciated the amount of available space and the near proximity to many different locations, e.g., Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Sanibel / Captiva Islands, Bonita Beach, Cape Coral, and many more destinations. If you have small children, there are a couple of playgrounds in the neighborhood. Marisa and Jeremy are holistically good hosts, and I will rent from them again in the future.

The home was extremely clean and the space was perfect for our family. There is some work to be done as a result of the hurricane, but it wasn't extensive and did not impact the safety and cleanliness of the home. We were pleased with the space and the home during our stay.

Great stay! Super clean and easy to check in and out. Centrally located between ft. Meyers beach and sanibel. Stayed with 3 kids and was more than enough room. Very kid friendly with bunk beds in one of the rooms and some toys for young kids.

This is a great house for a family! So much space for our family of 4, and everyone had their own bedroom. Everything is well appointed and very spacious. All beach necessities included--what a plus! Cute decor, cute house and great location! Convenient to everything.

I had high expectations and they were all far surpassed
First thing we noticed was the property being on the end of a dead end which was excellent because that meant we didn't have any traffic going by the house at night. Stepping into the house, it was clean, beautiful, and was a nice temperature to walk into from the hot sun. The couches and chairs were comfy and a nice, spacious kitchen to set up in for the next few days. The bedrooms were all nice and clean and comfy as well. Literally the only problem we had if I was held at gunpoint to choose something wrong, was the DVD player in the bunk bed room wouldn't read the DVDs which wasn't really a problem, just literally the only possible thing anyone could complain about. Great stay. Would stay again. Longer even.

One extra night
Ok, so we booked this on a whim when we decided to head to Fort Meyers a day early after Disney. This is by far the absolute cleanest place we have ever stayed. Everything was clean, from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. Bedding smelled and looked clean, towels were clean and had extras there to use, chairs and cabinets didn’t have nasty food finger marks, I mean, I didn’t have a single complaint other than I wish we had booked our whole stay there. I was sad to check out and move 5 minutes up the road the next day to our new “home” which was definitely not as clean and waaaay more expensive. Anyway, this property has EVERYTHING you need, it was the best experience at a vacation home we’ve had and we have taken many many vacations. My family and I will absolutely look into availability at this home next year for our spring break break trip. 10 out of 10!!!!!!

I stayed here with my family of 5, including three school age kids. The place is beautifully decorated and had everything you could possible need. The beds, sheets, and towels were luxurious. I would have loved to stay longer. Great location to go to Sanibel or Fort myers beach.

Every inch of the house is spectacular, it's full of details and art pieces to admire.
Everything is alignment, you literally don't need to bring anything, they have it all!!

Family vacay
First and foremost, the host were an absolute delight, extremely accomaditing. The house was equipped with anything you could possibly need while on vacation. I felt at home. From the second you walked in the house smelled delightful and the decor way beyond expectations. We really enjoyed our stay at the #beachhouse we will be visiting again.

One word "AMAZING"
My husband and I decided to have a staycation since we just had twins and didn't feel ready to take our now family of 7 too far from home and found this beautiful beach house on VRBO. Scheduling was easy and Marisa contacted me right away to thank us and see if we needed anything. She and Jeromie bought a pack and play for our 3 month old twins to sleep in so we wouldn't have to worry about the twins sleeping arrangements. Right when you walk into the beach house you feel like you are at home but 1000 better. The beach theme throughout was amazing and honestly I could tell we weren't going to want to leave! Our kids immediately found the bunk bed room and all the amazing toys, games, and movies and were so excited and literally played the entire time we were at the house. We did venture out to the water park, fun center, and of course the beach. Anything and everything and I mean everything is with thin a few minutes of this house. The location is absolutely perfect!! Marisa always checked to make sure we didn't needed anything and made sure we were ok. When it came time to leave, we wished we had booked a longer stay. My kids were so sad and didn't want to leave and we felt that way too. Already looking to see when we can go back again. Marisa and I had so much in common and I definitely see a a new friendship with her and Jeromie. Want an amazing place to stay, I highly recommend this beach house!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful furnishings, so nicely decorated, could be in a home magazine. Everything was provided, the best beach towels, toiletries, fun board games for the whole family, bicycles- everything needed for the beach or just hanging out. Marissa, the owner was very warm and friendly. The home exceeded all expectations, would highly recommend.

We traveled to Fort Myers for an overnight stay with our 2 sons and their wives. We wanted a VRBO so we could all stay together and enjoy our evening instead of being stuck in 3 hotel rooms.
Finding a VRBO for one night can be challenging but we found the Beachhouse and the hostess was amazing!
Not only did she accept our one night stay she greeted us warmly and surprised us with a bottle of wine, sparkling water and snacks!
The Home is adorable and was very clean. We loved the patio area and the perfect spot to gather after dinner.
The front porch was cozy and I enjoyed watching a morning rain shower there with my coffee.
Our hostess checked with us in the morning to see if we needed anything before checkout and offered us a late checkout.
It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again!
