We stayed at this property with my mother. We were in town for DCI finals at Lucas Oil, which was about 30 minutes away. We have family in Noblesville, and this house was very close to them. The neighborhood is an older area. The house was clean but very basic. Be prepared to bring your own hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and soap for showers. No surfaces are available in the downstairs bathroom to place your makeup or toiletries on, which makes getting ready inconvenient. The bedroom downstairs has the worst mattress I have ever attempted to sleep on in my life. I ended up with pain in three places in my back and a migraine. The beds upstairs are all new and comfortable, so if you rent this house, bypass the downstairs and just stay upstairs. Overall, my husband loved this property and I would say it’s just ok.

Due to bringing a large group with us this year we had outgrown the ability to stay with relatives in town so we found this house and it was a great decision to stay here. Close walk to downtown Noblesville that has a cute older downtown area with shops and places to eat and drink. Be sure to have a cold one at Syds Bar that has been there forever. The house had four bedrooms with a large kitchen and living area. Second floor had a separate living area with TV so we could spread out as needed. AC and heat worked fine. Communication with the home reps was awesome. Thanks and see you again next May we hope!

We enjoyed out stay at this beautiful home. Although we were gone most of the time for a family event, we came back to feeling like we were at our own home. Lots of room and even had a office space area which I needed to use for work. We will be back!!

Loved the space and the walkable accessibility to Noblesville attractions.. Easy Check-in and very responsive hosts. Not a lot of outdoor seating but that's OK - it was Winter! - And more summer = more walking to the many venues in Noblesville. Centrally located to get to Fishers, Noblesville Generally, Carmel, etc.

This old house had great bones...plenty of charm and character. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here, especially given that it was just a short walk to Old Town Noblesville, where we enjoyed walking and shopping in all the local businesses (especially the antique stores)!

My family rented this property as well as the property directly across the street. The house is a great house and was pretty clean (though we did find some left over wrappers and snacks under one of the beds). It has huge rooms and giant kitchen. The house lacks any warmth or coziness. There are very few pictures and decor and most of the furniture is on the older side and average. We may not have noticed but since half of our family was across the street and managed by the same company, it was an easy comparison. If you need to be in the area and 515 S 10th St is available, that's the better choice. It's a good house, beds are fine, but just no frills.
