The location is perfect. The apartment was clean and had everything one would need. I would definitely book here again!

My flights and my work schedule forced me to make sudden arrangements to PR. I had to be there so I could finalize my Dad's memorial service for Sunday, the 19th. My host was able to get me into the unit earlier as scheduled, It made me feel like I actually mattered and that I was not just another guest checking in, The unit was clean, pretty and comfortable. I would rent it again in a minute, I actually would like to rent it in the fall if it is available. I felt safe and loved everything about this unit. Great experience and I have only good things to say. Thank you. I will be seeing you again.

Ideally located first of all to the beach, and then to grocery store, drug store, fine dining, casual dining, casinos. No need for car rental. Easy check in and only 5 minutes from airport. Common areas were kept very clean and secured. Will definitely return!

The property manager Angie was over and above terrific. she came over to help us when we had a problem. The apt was well equipped. I suggest that written direction’s should be given on how to use the two remotes for the TV. It was very difficult to figure it out . ELLEN Y.

The Coral Beach building is in a centrally located area of Isla Verde, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The beach is steps away, beautiful, and the ocean is relatively calm. On one side is Tartak Street which is one of the public accesses to the beach, but in general it was busy but not overcrowded. The unit was very clean, however, I noticed it needs some renovation work in the bathroom area. Some of the doors and baseboards are yellowish, with cracked paint due to old age and the shower also needs work. The bath towels looked very worn and of poor quality and there were no kitchen towels. Nevertheless, the rest of the unit was comfortable and well decorated.

The trip was very last minute for me a single mom and her two kids but the apartment was very clean and spacious for the three of us. The pool was down for the week we stayed but I was informed before paying and I was also allowed to check-in early with no extra charge. The location is so convenient to food, the beach and sites. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot wait to visit San Juan again!

The check in process was a bit rough due to my plane landing before check in time and nowhere to go for 3 hours while dragging my luggage around the streets of San Juan in the heat. However, once I received the door code information I was able to enter the building easily. The building is very well protected by security and uses a key fob to enter the premises by way of a front gate and a rear gate. The beaches in Puerto Rico are free and open to the public and the tower sits directly on the beachfront, so the security made me feel more comfortable as a solo female traveler. The location of the apartment is ideal with central access to CVS, Walgreens, a plethora of restaurants, bars and beachfront access to a gorgeous beach. From the balcony there is a partial view of the beach. Regarding the neighborhood, it gets very loud and sketchy at night. There was a police car with lights on every night beneath the bedroom window dealing with some sort of issue and a homeless man who roamed the neighborhood daily with a mental illness issue that seemed to be a mixture of schizophrenia and Tourette’s syndrome, who would curse incessantly and yell at the top of his lungs while punching the metal gates of the garage ways each night. The apartment itself was more or less as depicted in the photos, the bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom clean despite the shower needing a very deep scrub due to mold build up, prior tenants hair found randomly around the apartment, pigeon droppings all over the patio furniture and 2 dead roaches found in the bedroom closet. The pool was under construction for the entire 2 weeks I rented the apartment. When I contacted the owner Jaime about the roaches and lack of accessibility to the pool he defended that the apartment had been fumigated and deferred to an extermination certificate displayed on the kitchen counter and said he never had issues with bugs before. Regarding the pool, the owner said he contacted the management who stated that the pool was under construction for a few more weeks. I was upset with the both the roach situation for obvious reasons and the lack of access to a pool since the advertisement for the apartment features a beachfront pool and felt it was false advertising. I asked the owner for some sort of compensation to help offset the aforementioned issues and he never responded which made me feel very unappreciated as a guest. There was no apology or accountability whatsoever taken by the owner.

Very convenient location only issues are air conditioned very loud and we were unable to use the balcony due to pigeons living under the AC unit and full of pigeon droppings. We will recommend to friends but with the pigeons warning.

Everything was great! Literally steps away from the beach. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Awesome pool and diret access to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops in the area. CVS and Walgreens across the street. Foxwoods Casino less than 5 minute walk. Not one complaint. I highly recommend this location for a nice calm relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days in Puerto Rico. Jaime's apartment was very clean and comfortable with a spacious balcony and a view of the beautiful, blue ocean. I fell in love with the mattress on the queen sized bed and plan to purchase one for my bed at home. The surprise washer/dryer combo in the unit was a welcome surprise. Jaime was a wonderful host and was very responsive to any questions that I had. The portable beach chairs were a nice bonus and we used them everyday. There is a CVS on the corner where you can get everything from snacks to souvenirs to liquor. One of my favorite restaurants is Alambique which is beach front right next door to the building. There are plenty of restaurants and markets within 5-10 minute walking distance. We will definitely stay at this unit again.
