Gated community with concierge 24 hours, security, natural pool, adult and children, self-guided trails, waterfall in the condominium, Dona Graça kiosk / restaurant, (serves breakfast and lunch, upon direct request with Grace) Loud sound is not allowed because it is a gated community that contains rules of conduct and status.
