The condo was comfortable and well equipped, we cooked a lot of our meals and had everything we needed.
The view is amazing and access to the beach and pool was easy.
Only con was charge for the fob that gets you into the building and beach etc. I feel it should be included; or at least, the $30 charge should include 2 fobs.

The view is the best around. Being on the 10th floor made the ocean view glorious. Balcony was the best spot for morning coffee and night time wine. Spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo. Bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were all really tidy and clean. Caretaker made it easy for the registration to receive the key fob and pool wristband for $30. We did not have a car - so we didn't need any of the extra costs for parking. Hallendale Beach area is close by and have fabulous restaurants. The Hollywood Broadwalk was really fun with the stores and food. Definitely going to book for next year's girls trip.

This unit leaves a lot to be desired. We first walked in and saw a one lame pillow on each bed position. This was the first bit of trouble. The paint was peeling from the walls. Tiles in bathroom were all patched. Stains on the ceiling. Our master toilet ran the entire time. Master TV didn’t work and was told I needed to go buy batteries for the remote. Here is one of my favorites…the sheet pan for the oven didn’t even fit in the oven. We had to use microwave only. Host wasn’t helpful and couldn’t be bothered. I would look else where if I were you. But it was beach front so that was nice. This made me lose trust in Evolve

My family and I stayed (2 adults, 2 children) in December. The unit is on the 10th floor and has a direct view of the ocean. Absolutely beautiful with floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The unit itself is a bit dated and shows the normal wear and tear of the ocean air, but is overall well maintained. There are a very limited number of outlets (as expected of a property that age) so recommend bringing a power station for charging all your electronics. The kitchen was equipped (standard coffee pot/not a Keurig.) There were plenty of filters provided. There is a beach closet inside the unit with chairs, coolers, and way too many beach balls… We added our own sandcastle kit. It was convenient to avoid having to rent, but a couple of the chairs were broken. The unit was functionally equipped but quite sparse, nothing to make it feel homey or comfortable after the beach. There was a crib, although I don’t know if it meets current safety standards. I had no problem using it for my 18 month old (bring your own sheets). The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and beach towels. Although they definitely need to be replaced as they are showing their age.
The property is directly on the beach. The pool was advertised to be heated, but was not working during our stay. Thankfully, there is a sister building, and we were able to walk over and use that one. Not crowded as it was December but small for the unit, so keep that in mind in peak season.

Really enjoyed this beachfront property. The cafe /store on the property was convenient. Only downside was the heat in the pool not working. Didnt find out we could use the other pool til the last day we were there.

We realized soon upon arrival that we paid for the view not the space! Needs updated and many repairs needed-bathroom faucet broken, bathtub faucet broken, patio door wouldn’t close, keypad lock on door needed repair. Generally, the space is outdated! Over priced-pay for the view elsewhere. Heads up-if you rent this space, bring towels, wash clothes, etc. We had 4 adults and were provided 3 towels and 2 wash clothes. Also washer and dryer are NOT located in unit and there is a charge.

Overall the stay was good- unit was as shown. Check-in process was confusing. $75 to park which was on the listing, $30 for a key fob, and $20 refundable for a parking tag. Location was good- convenient pool and beach access.

Condo is very well located and spacious. Two separate bedrooms makes it ideal for a family of four with two kids. However, the condo is not very well equipped with amenities to truly enjoy all that it has to offer. The kitchen is very dated with very old appliances and very few cooking amenities for cooking. Could not find anything to be used in the oven. Old cookware was available with scratched anti-stick coating. This was a real disappointed as we wanted to cook nice dinners during our 10 day stay. Bathrooms are also very dated and old. There were very limited amenities for the beach: very small umbrella, one beach towel, and four very old chairs (two of which were non-reclining kids’ chairs). This was ultimately fixed after we provided feedback, but the replacement umbrella broke after one use. Other families we travelled with had much better amenities and gear available to them. Overall: not worth the money we paid.

We had some issues as the key fobs didn’t work for 3 days, note this is not the owners fault as it was a building wide problem they claim hasn’t happened in over 2 years but was a major issue as we could not get to or from the beach or into the building. We had to tailgate and this caused issue with urgent need for the bathrooms. Please note the unit doesn’t provide any sample size shampoo, body soap or lotion. We found bar soap hidden away on our 3rd or 4th day. We had some issue with some broken chairs but local manager replaced them in 2 days with non-reclinables which wasn’t ideal but sufficient. Unit definitely not updated and seemed to be an un-handyman special but all worked and the balcony was fantastic and beds were very good. This is not a good location if you don’t have a car unless you are prepared to use public transit for everything. Walmart is within walking distance but was a long way to carry any significant amount of grocery or heavy liquids. A Publix showed on google maps prior to trip but is not yet built and we had depended on that. There are very few reasonably priced restaurant options within walking distance. Pool was nice and no issue getting chairs though we never actually used it. Beach is a bit crowded in this area but it was fine. Ocean did have some seaweed but was cleaned up midweek. We did not rent chairs/umbrellas but had that option for $35/day for 2 chairs and an umbrella. The unit had 4 sand chairs and 2 umbrellas, one of which was flimsy and could use something better.

Perfect location!
Even though the room could use some upgrades, the price was fair for the view, amenities and cleanliness and security of the property. It was a nuisance to get parking pass and fob... but I felt totally safe on the property. It was very thorough. The elevators were broken the week we were there... but it was the Property's lack of handling the situation not the rental company. Other than that this location was perfect for us!

This property was not well kept air conditioning didn’t go down below 72 was very uncomfortable couldn’t get hold of owner to do anything about it. we had to use service elevator felt like one of the staff instead of our vacation. for a family of 4 we had 3 rolls of toilet tissue and a half of roll of paper towels and 2 garabage bags when we ask for more they said that’s all they supply. Had already paid 50 dollars for parking 40 dollAr to unlock gate to pool and beach.We didn’t enjoy this property at all the air conditioner leaked in the spare bathroom and slipped on the floor because it was wet very outdated the view was great and beds comfy but all I can say but the worst part was they didn’t supply enough tissue, paper towels or garbage bags if you want to be nickel and dimes stay here but I will not return

Building has private residence so please be respectful while on property. Property has 24/7 security and as do all the properties in area so felt safe during our visit. Theres is a beach chair/umbrella service on the beach that only charged $35 for the day for 2 chairs and an umbrella which is well worth it. Walkable to Hollywood Beach broadwalk, There is public parking garages, Uber/Lyft is also available in area. There is a cafe/minimart in lobby with great pool food and deliver to pool or unit. Theres also a 7/11 minimart just across the street and Walmart is a 5 min drive away. If this unit is available definitely rent it, you will not find better unit with awesome views. We had a great vacation staying here.

This was the perfect girlfriends getaway! The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a blender! The only drawback was the no washer and dryer in the unit. The management was great to work with and the staff and security were present and very helpful.

Great View!
This was the perfect girlfriends getaway! The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a blender! The only drawback was the no washer and dryer in the unit. The management was great to work with and the staff and security were present and very helpful.

Oceanfront, amazing view, great resort pool, very secure and clean. Both beach and pool were not crowded in any way. The property manager Oscar and his wife were so helpful, friendly, informative. Cafe in building has excellent coffee and delivers free to your condo. Plenty of local eats that deliver. Parking and check in process are annoying and inconvenient but that is the condo, not the unit. We would definitely rent this again.

The property was clean and well kept but linens have been well used. Could use replaced ! There was a supply of beach things available for use which was nice ! The door to balcony didn’t seal properly and the windows were fogged and need replaced. Showers were dated and the shower doors were old but hot water was plentiful and shower stream was adequate. Would stay in this area again. Hopefully after COVID is under control. Very hard to find places to eat without making reservations a day or two in advance. We had three beautiful beach days due to weather but had a great time
