The place is wonderful! The hosts do not!

The place itself was excellent. Not a big room but with a modern/high-tech design. Very digital. There is a nice coffee corner. The shower is perfect The towels were really good. The hosts thought of every detail. The apartment itself is perfect

The hosts are not telling the truth!!!! In the booking, it appears that payment is only by credit at the accommodation!!, and the hosts demanded payment from me using Bit (a common payment application in the country), and they also do not give the guest a receipt immediately. When I contacted the booking company they lied!! That I don't agree to pay by credit, that's why I had to make a conference call with the booking company and the accommodation, and then they admitted that they were lying!. When I actually arrived at the apartment, the payment was made over the phone with the delivery of the credit number (unsecured transaction). The drainage in the shower is not good (the hosts claimed that this is a new place, so they are taking care of it)

Exponential amazing experience

First the host is so amazing! Very helpful on everything. The room was exponential clean towels . Even the Shampoo smelled great. Very close to everything and even if there was a small issue that there wasn't they would help right away .

The apartment is perfectly located and the staff was very friendly. We were able to leave our suitcases in the apartment after checking out and were able to spend the day at the beach until our flight home.

Perfectly located modern and spacious room

Very nice modern room with spacious bathroom, cute balcony and amazing rooftop. Perfect location which is very close to center, beach, amazing brunch and coffee places.

the rooftop wasn’t very cosy and nice, it needs a glow up also we stayed there for 7 nights and it would have been nice to have someone to clean the room from time to time. tv remote is unbearable

Good location but bad value for money

- very central location - spacious shower - they let us check out 2 hours later - there is a rooftop that's nice

- 550 ILS per night, for 6 nights and they didnt come to clean once, said it has an extra cost - the room is on the 3rd floor, no elevator - the room looks at a dog park area, was waking up from dogs barking - the curtain doesn't cover the whole window, daylight was coming in - they only left us 2 towels for 2 people which were dirty. I asked for 4 clean towels (2 for bod, 2 for face/hair) and they left us on the doorstep a black bin bag with 2 towels. had issues after that too - impossible to wash your face in the sink, too small - the room has 5 small lights that are very annoying when trying to sleep (2 in TV, 2 in switches and 1 on the ceiling) - not good sound proofing, good hear the neighbours

highly recommended to stay here

the area is amazing (supermarket and the market is 2’ walk, beach is 10 min walk, bars/shops/malls.. best location). super nice owner, was checking on us and was very helpful. the room is new, comfortable beds, warm (we were in the winter), great small balcony facing the park. great value for money

We had a very pleasant stay here!

This place is well located, at walking distance from the beach (15min), from Carmel Market (5min), from Sarona Market (15min) and from Jaffa Old Town (30-45min)! The host is very nice and comunicative, in permanent contact with you and the place is clean and cozy!

A bit small, but I would not downsize the rating on this behalf.

Superb

Everything you need is close by, there's a Mall within a 5 Minute walk, and some Bars in the opposite direction. The Room was cozy and clean and the Staff was very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. An underground Parking is nearby (not included) for those who travel by car.

Superb

Location is good, specially for those who miss dogs park in the garden next door. Grocery is just in 20 m at opposite side. Staff is friendly and helpful. We were suggested to change our towels having just 3 nights of booking. Early check-in was agreed as well. Absence of construction work is advantage.

It would be great to have ordinary TV system during FIFA World Cup ;)

My general impression was excellent.The host was ready to help in all even if I called in late hours

Everything was very good. I especially like little, but very sweet, balcony, with the view on the park and a bit street nearby. With it, I felt included in the life in the central area outside. I also got a fast answer on any question I had, not only about my room, but useful things outside - how to pay tickets in the bus, where are exchange offices, where I can buy Israeli sim card, what is open for Shabbat...

Hair dryer didn't work. I couldn't find TV program, as I couldn't start streamer. Still, it was not too important to me and I had impression that the host would solve these little problems easily if I asked him.

Location, cleanliness, and the strong internet including Netflix 🙌

Tenants should be advised to observed silence specifically night time , I understand Shabbat day but not everyone does it,traveler want to sleep well after a long day😊
