When renting MI Happy Place Island Resort you will be getting all four individual units with each unit having a maximum occupancy of 6, making this the ideal setting for family reunions, romantic beach weddings, corporate functions or just plain fun! These units can also be rented individually, so be sure to check out all 4 units, MI Happy Place Sand Castle, MI Happy Place Sand Dollar, MI Happy Place Sea Horse and MI Happy Place Sea Turtle. The amenities provided will make your Anna Maria Island vacation a pleasant one while you enjoy a weekend getaway, or an extended stay. This delightful island locale is situated conveniently across from the Manatee Public Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Walk to the Cafe on the Beach, West Coast Surf Shop and the nearby Island Centre Shopping which serves all of your shopping needs including eateries, specialty shops and other island conveniences. You can hop on and off the free trolley all day everyday with trolley stops just across the street. Many Florida attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Mote Marine Lab and Disney World, are a short drive away. The MI Happy Place Island Resort has a shared laundry room, heated pool, a 30 x 40 foot deck at poolside and a covered grilling area with a gas grill. It’s a perfect spot to gather in the evenings after a lazy day at the beach. The possibilities are endless to make this a great getaway and you will want to come back for many years to come! Parking is limited to eight vehicles. Parking is available for boats and trailers. 7 night minimum You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

We were an extended family of 15 adults, so we rented all 4 units at MI Happy Place. Having the property to ourselves gave us a lot of flexibility to gather as a group or spend time alone. Because it was hot, the pool was our favorite place, and we really appreciated all the seating around the pool. Being able to walk across the street to swim and play volleyball at the beach was just a bonus. Everything we needed (groceries, restaurants, shops, recreation) was nearby. We definitely look forward to a return trip and highly recommend to others! You just can't beat the location of MI Happy Place!

We vacation every year in Florida. This was by far one of the best rental we have ever stayed in. Units had everything you needed. Management company was quick to respond when we had a few small problems, grill not hot, doorknob broken in bathroom. They were there within hours of our phone call.

We had a group of 17. The 4 units were amazing. Our party consisted of 17 type A women. Everyone had their get away place. It was perfect for our group. We will do this again but with our family.

By renting all four of MI Happy Place units we were able to have separate but close places for each of our children and their families as well as our own quiet place. The only detriment was that in our unit the bathroom sink did not drain for the entire time. Guess brushing teeth and washing up in the kitchen sink was part of the adventure.....

We rented all 4 units for our family vacation. Each unit was beautifully decorated and had everything that you could need. From the gas grill, to the beautiful heated pool all the way to the laundry room. The beds were so comfortable, I slept better there than at home. Each bungalow had beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of toys...it was absolutely perfect. Just a little suggestion, for the cool nights a nice throw blanket on the couches would be nice to curl up with. We will be returning for 2 weeks in February and we cannot wait❤️

MI Happy Place is a great place for big groups. We had all four apartments and it was fantastic! The space is perfect for cookouts, Publix is around the corner and the beach is just crossing the street. The rooms are in good condition. We had a problem with the cable and one of the maintenance guys came over and send Dish to fix it. We also had some random people go into the pool while we were there, and again the maintenance crew came to check it out. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay together. Some of the rooms needs a bit of upgrading. Sand Dollar, the attic opens and closes at night (weird), and the BBQ area needs a bit more light, especially now that the sunset is so early, it definitely needs more. Maybe hanging lights. Overall it was an amazing experience. We can't wait to go back!

Owners and Rental Company were very receptive to any questions. The houses were clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. The outside grill was a big hit, used it almost everyday. Close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants. Only thing we could have used were inside mats at both doors, tiles could be slippery. We have already booked again for next year.

We arrived on a Sunday for a week long stay. We rented all 4 condos and they were perfect! Every one had everything we needed! The pool was perfect! We were right across the street from the public beach which was a great surprise! Each house was well stocked with towels and all the kitchen things we needed. Very impressed with the beach chairs and wagons available!!! I would recommend this rental to anyone with a family! Excellent for multiple families vacationing together!! We loved our stay!

We were all very happy with our experience from check-in to check-out! The kids loved the pool and the beach was 5-10 minute walk. Early morning visits from an Ibis, beautiful palm trees provided excellent shade from the heat. Units were clean, beach and kitchen were well stocked with gear. I highly recommend this property!

The place is very cozy & it was great for our group! If not for the ongoing pandemic & Hurricane Eta which passed a day before our stay which caused several of the family members Having to cancel, it would have been a perfect place for our celebration!!! But we made the best of the situation!
