Newly renovated in 2020, modern luxurious finishes only compliment nature’s breathtaking beauty visible through a massive window wall. The open-concept living space is comfortable for large groups complete with a chef's kitchen and anchored by a strong stone & steel fireplace. Perfect for groups or families - this rental includes a unique 2 house setup. Guests will have access to both units. The main house features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. A separate studio apartment sits above the garage and comes complete with a full king bed, bath, kitchen and living room. Incredible location - Only 1.5 miles away from the Mountain Village Core, where you’ll find shopping, dining along with the free Gondola that links directly to Telluride. Park your cars in the 2-car heated garage or 2 driveway spots and never drive using Mountain Village’s free Dial-a-Ride. Ski-in using the Prospect ski trail and ski out with a short 0.1mile walk to the Sundance ski trail. Main House: Renovated in Nov 2020. The main house has three levels and features two walk out decks plus a brand new 7 person hot tub. New solid wide plank Hickory flooring is used throughout. Enjoy the company of friends and family in the great room with a massive stone and steel fireplace framed by log beams. Its open floor plan allows for everyone to be part of the action or duck into a cozy reading nook perfect for a book and an Irish coffee. The remodeled chef’s kitchen features high end Viking, Bosch, Sub-Zero appliances, Calcutta marble backsplash and a breakfast bar for four. The marble dining room table can seat 10. After dinner send the kids downstairs to the den while the adults enjoy the great room. In the morning, enjoy the views of nature from the window wall, or slide the window open to extend the great room onto the deck. The deck features a gas BBQ grill. The main level also features one bedroom with a king bed and brand new bedding. The bathroom has been refreshed and a 5 person ski locker completes the main floor. The entire upper level is the private Master’s quarters, complete with an en-suite bathroom. After a long day of skiing, enjoy soaking in your private jacuzzi tub for two or enjoy your own steam shower. The king bed has a brand new Casper hybrid mattress, new bedding and a walk in closet. Smart TVs are connected via wired ethernet connections for streaming. Smart home features abound with voice control of thermostats, lights and speakers. Guest House: Invite another couple to join your family in the mountains. The Guest House is separate from the main house and features a private 500 sq ft. of living space. It’s an open floor plan with a king bed, kitchen and living room. The living room features a soft comfy sectional and smart TV. A full bathroom is located off the kitchen.

There were 7 teenagers and 7 adults that stayed at this house. Everyone was able to sleep in a bed which was nice. Overall the house is in good shape and well maintained. There are a few things that need attention but nothing serious. It should be listed as a Ski in/Walk Out house (it is not a ski out house). It is a 5 minute walk uphill to get to Sundance where you can ski out. And at 10,000 feet of elevation it was a harder walk for some of the older people. You can ski in on a cat track run that starts at Prospect Express and ends up behind the across the street neighbors house. The Village Dial a Ride service is great. We never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for them to pick us up. Overall a good house.

This place is truly awesome! Beautiful, giant log home with every imaginable modern comfort. 5 min walk to the slopes at the beginning of the day and can ski to within 20 yards of the house at the end of the day. A true gem.

We loved the house, location and amazing views. . The owner communicated regularly and offered many great tips. The house was really clean and it was obvious the owner wanted us to fell like an owner and not simply a renter or the house was just an investment property. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was fitted with the latest technology. Each room had. Smart TV and the family room had a wonderful remote controlled fireplace. The house included a large mud room which was perfect to come in out the snow and easily store our things in custom lockers. Furniture was clean and comfortable. We had easy access to a free local sHuttle and hitting the slopes was easy. We were very pleased and plan to stay again in the future. The house really made our family vacation memorable.
