Poor

I didn’t take my breakfast there. the staff was nice

the sheets were dirty, the air conditioner cut off constantly, the smell of gasoline from the generator went back into the room, there was no mop in the toilet or toilet paper, there was no light in the hall of the room and the shower was without light. and in addition they refused that I pay by credit card.

Exceptional!

I like the fact that there was light throughout my stay there, without the need for generator. I understand they have a full complement of renewable energy. The suite is so private and peaceful with a very nice bathroom.

The bed is lovely and comfortable but the size is just adequate for one person, and not a couple.

Good staff, excellent location and good value for money.

Cooked breakfast was one of the criteria I used for chosen this accommodation. I was told this has been stopped a while ago. No boiling kettle , no functioning fridge and AC not working. The information the website needs to be updated to reflect what is provided.

An amazing experience!

The cleanliness of the apartment is top-notch any day/time. The property is excellent! exquisitely furnished and stocked and the staff ensured the apartment is well taken care of, provided fresh towels …. ! There is a separate visitor's toilet. The location, the gym, the smart TV (you can watch Netflix), the stand-by vehicles, the big fridge in the kitchen, I loved it all. Always a pleasure to be back.

Perhaps it will be nice to have umbrellas at the reception.

I had an amazing time and will be back again and again

The apartment is absolutely stunning with excellent management and great communication. The property is the best in terms of value for money. I do not know of any other place in Lagos that would beat m3 Place in terms of affordability. The environment is safe and quiet, with the gate always bolted to ensure the security of the guests. The classic Suite where I stayed was super cosy with its own private lobby and a spacious, neat and lovely bathroom. I loved the fact that there is an individualized decoder in every room. And the hosts are so very attentive. Everyone I came in contact with was lovely and kind. My big thanks to Innocent, he is a remarkable man, great personality and very professional. I had an amazing time and will be back again and again.

Only one guest is permitted in the Classic Suite, so couples cannot stay there.

Great value for money

Started off with a lovely free room upgrade and the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is great. The facility is beautiful, with earth-coloured tiles all over the outer and inner walls. There is 24 hours light (mostly renewable energy) and a lovely ambience. Everything in the facility worked well and I truly enjoyed my stay there. Best of all, the price was competitive.

The location is good. Place is easily accessible. Price is also avoidable and booking was upgraded free of charge from standard to deluxe

I booked the place for my wife. The convenience is on the other side of the room, meaning she had to come out of her room to use it. Generator was directly behind window and noise was unbearable
